So, how come there was no room one minute and there is now? There was even a previous guest's eyelash on the phone, and the walls were covered in dust. I'm shocked that this is a chain hotel. And the most disgusting thing is that the skin that came into contact with the sheets and blankets itched and turned red. I didn't sleep a wink all night and had red eyes the next day while rushing to catch the high-speed train. I specifically chose this hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I will never stay in Vienna again.
