Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed, and the pool was emptied after one day, despite perfect swimming weather (23 degrees Celsius and sunshine) and despite the promise that the outdoor pool would be open during our stay, as requested in advance. It's a little far from the old town, so you'll need to take the bus or Uber. It takes about 15 minutes and costs about 9 euros.

It was very close to the sea, we could swim in the Adriatic Sea, it was a very nice stay. You can go to the Old Town by bus, so you can enjoy sightseeing and the beach. I would like to stay here again when I come to Dubrovnik.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, the workers were always helpful and welcoming, the room was perfect and the hotel provided a good variety of things on site such as the cave bar or the two swimming pools. One thing I would note is the hotel is 30/40 minutes walk away from the old town or Taxis are about €8.50.

Good view which located on the cliff. But the service here is really poor. I got a room with broken air conditioner in the bathroom. After arguing with the staff in hotel for hours at night, I finally changed to another room. Be carefully! It may destroy your holiday!

We booked a room through trip.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea.  Room was an interior room with no view.  Feel clearly misled by trip.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room.  Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. The hotel is lovely, in an old fashioned way. The rooms still have keys which can be a bit fiddley to work. The rooms were very clean, a good size, the hotel was quiet. Staff was lovely. The accommodation is good, clean, and the service is very good. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The breakfast is also good, delicious, and looks good to eat. It's right on the beach, so you can go swimming. It's very convenient, but it takes a bit of time to get to Old Town, but it's walkable.

The hotel staff were all friendly, the included breakfast was excellent, and the hotel facilities were clean. I chose an ocean view room with a jacuzzi, and we were able to enjoy the fireworks that marked the start of the summer festival. If I were to return, I would definitely book here.

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.

In general, the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bathroom had a lot of different problems and needs be fully reconditioned. The bath/shower was dirty and difficult to use without spraying water everywhere. The room has an alarm or detector that blinks brightly at night and the bulbs for lights over the paintings flicker even when power is turned off requiring a sleeping mask.
