Inviting tub in room however there isn’t enough hot water available to fill the tub. So, if you are looking for a relaxing bath you won’t get it. I recommend saving the money and renting one of the rooms without the tub

Pack light, you’ve got 4 flights of stairs but it’s worth it and they will send someone to handle your luggage if needed. The room was really great, and the location ideal.

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice

Stairs are steep at the top and could be an issue for large luggage or people with mobility limitations

Another big plus is the ability to pay by bank card, which is very convenient. The location is great: a quiet and peaceful place, only about 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is no noise from cars or busy streets

Revelation. Mega clean, nice and helpful owners. Apartment very well maintained, fully equipped. Free covered parking place, free wifi etc. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. I highly recommend.

I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and pleasant vacation by the sea. Would definitely come back here again!

Very cool and quiet place! Nice owners, always clean, there is a place to park the car, we were a family of 4, so apartment number 1 was perfect, 2 separate bedrooms, and a separate kitchen with a corridor, everything is completely new and modern! My only recommendation is that the 2-person bed should have 1 solid mattress and not two separate ones (it was like that in one bedroom)

As for the location, you have to walk a bit up the hill, but this is no problem, because we are only 400 meters away from the water and the promenade. The walk is downright pleasant in such a neighborhood

Splendid accomodation very close to beach. Staff is great and very helpful. if you are looking for an elegantly furnished villa for a reasonable price, this should be your choice

We also had lunch and dinner at the Revelin restaurant, tasty and inexpensive / prices and dishes on the menu are about the same as in other restaurants on the island

The hotel rooms are clean, tidy and air conditioned. Delicious, hearty breakfast, a choice of four options or a combination of each according to your desire

This is a very good place to stay at when you are at Kastel Luksic. It is central, clean and has a great breakfast included. The family that owns it are so nice and easy ti talk to and recommend this place to everyone

Guesthouse Varnica is easily accessible, clean and tidy. The owner Claudio is a gentleman. He waited for me till late night for check in because I was late due to the border control queues

The coolest hotel around, best view ever, and coolest bar with billiards and awesome stuff. Amazingly merged old-fashioned style with the pop art details in the bar. It is not about the luxury, it is about the great vibe

So you might wait if you will want to shower immediately after coming in in the afternoon. The staff as many others said already were really friendly and speak english so it shouldnt be a problem navigating around that

Hotel offers exactly all what you need for vacation. Clean rooms, good meals and profesional always kind and happy staffs. The best one is the fact, that building is tightly near the see

The problem is also with water as there is no hot water if you are at higher levels (I was level 7) due to lack of pressure and peak hours

The food was also good enough and you even get drinks at breakfast lunch and dinner free of charge including red, white wine and beer

So were you wishing u fly back 50 years this hotel is perfect for you snd honestly for the cheap price you get an amazing offer

Fabulous Stay Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing

Split perfection What a wonderful home away from home in Split! Perfect location, incredibly generous size, clean, parking on site. We arrived late, and Julia was just so warm and accommodating and generous and friendly

The place was spotless and in a beautiful location on the Adriatic Sea. Absolutely gorgeous views! A car is recommended because this property is 20min from Dubrovnik. Anka made our stay very easy. Would recommend.

For me, this was completely unexpected but absolutely welcome! The hospitality is amazing. This goes right along with the view too, which overlooks the sea on one side and faces the mountains on the other

Fantastic views! Immaculate apartment and welcoming host. Good wifi and a two minute walk to private pebble beach( as most are in Croatia). Absolute silence at night which was beautiful

She walked me through the apartment and helped with my luggage. Additionally, there was a plate of local sweets on the table waiting, and she brought up a glass of wine for me at no extra charge

Very much enjoyed our stay at Guest house Nikolina - Nice clean room with all expected amenities like airconditioning and a fridge - Bed's were fairly comfy - Nice balcony with great views of the coast - There was dedicated parking, although a short walk away - Great location, right next to a couple of nice restaurants, 2 mins from a bus stop that will get you into the old town in 5-10 mins, 20 min...

This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen

This was a very clean room and beautiful view of the sea! Although only 20 minute walk to the Old town, it’s all uphill on the way back

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. Tons of stairs to get to the apartment, so this is not suitable for those who have any sort of physical ailment or the elderly

We even had juice in the fridge and sweets! Everything was great about our stay. Loved getting back after an evening out and sitting on the lovely terrace with a glass or two of wine

Walk 100 meters and you will find a bus stop with no 6 bus which takes you to old town pile gate. Sunset beach and promenade 5 mins walk away. Fully worth every penny spent on renting this property

There is an area center with several great restaurants, a beach and some shopping, so you don't need to worry at all about the location being "off"

I stayed with a friend for five nights, we went on trips during the days and in the evenings we played videogames in the sofa and sat outside and drank wines we had stored in the fridge

We visited this summer (2020) with our two kids, had a small but nice and clean appartment, with a wonderful view of the beach. The house sports a cosy wine bar and has tables on the quay under big umbrellas

We had the 2 room view apartment (room 4). Fantastic view, The staff were professional and friendly. We had a welcome drink of Prosecco. Beds were ok, starting to get dips in them from wear

What makes it really special is the staff and especially the owners Delphine and Marko. Delphine seems to know whatever you need in advance and 'no' doesn't seem to be in her vocabulary

you will have THE best view of Dubrovnik Old Town, lovely accommodation, amazing host, very informative, staying here means you get the amazing views and are just a few minutes walk from the incredible old town, & if the steps concern you, it's €9 from the bottom to the apartment, we definitely did this a few times! Showers hot & powerful, kitchen, just what you need for a few nights, bed comfortable...

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning over the Old Town and just a short (~10 mins or so) walk right down to the sea

The view does mean the apartment is a bit high but Uber’s are really cheap (24 kuna) from sea level

If you take Uber, it is very easy to move to old town but If you would like to move by foot, It is not necessary to go to gym. The balcony view was one of my best view to see sunset and the beautiful scenery of Dubrovnik

We loved our stay at Guesthouse Home Sweet Home with an amazing host Zrinka. It has a bit of steps to get up to but it was well worth it with amazing views of Old Town and Lokrum Island at your door step

Incredible view from my balcony! But you pay the price with walking up those stairs :P. Very helpful host who lives on site. Host offered taxi service for my arrival and I'm glad I did

Wealth of knowledge and appears very well known in the neighbour hood by the random people that would talk to him. 5 minute walk straight down to the beach. That has trees for shade from the sun

House is close to the beach and motorway which allows you to travel to other places in Croatia. I stayed there with my wife on my honeymoon

This is the best guesthouse in Dubrovnik, not too far from the old town. It has easy access to the old town by bus, taxi, or walk if you prefer. Also, you get great harbour views, which are stunning

Rooms are a bit outdated, but all is clean and good price for money in Dubrovnik. 25min to the beach and same to the city center. We walk a lot, so it was good for us. Keep in mind it is on the hill
