We were at Hotel Delfin in September and it was a great experience. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, the staff was friendly, it was fairly clean and the food was good. The beaches were beautiful, there were stones (not sand) but the water was crystal clear. The hotel has only 2 stars so we didn’t expect much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!🙏

I arrived at your hotel with little expectations, as i saw the earlier reviews, some were right and some were wrong. When it comes to the rooms, they are small and yes, without air conditioning and not very renovated, but the view was just stunning. The hotel is wonderful. In front of it, there is a spacious beach, and the territory is large and green, with a children’s playground and a big parking lot. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Absulut absburde about this hotel. We have a kid about 7 years old ,been here till 14:00 am and still waiting for a room. Stuff had nothing to do with all this , but people vent crazy. People had babys and this wasn the whorst nightmare. Give people at the reception a rasie because they dont deserve that. And we hope actually we want money back 18:42 o clllok we stiill waittg for the room!!

Very nice that my dog was also allowed, but inadequately expensive with 17 euros per night for the dog (and my room 34 euros including 2 meals). And wasnt allowed to come to the restaurant. Personel very friendly. Not very clean but ok.

Small rooms with nice balcony. No AC but it doesnt get too hot so it’s managable. Nice sea view and cool breeze in the evening. The food is good but a bit crowded during dinner time, hard to find an empty table

The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money. The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable.

okay..where should I start...staying here was one of my best lif choices I made so far. It has quite a distance from old town, but it is worth it. For a fee you can always take the their shuttle to town within 30 minutes. The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular..it was just so nice..the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals....I will come back for sure. Please dont hesitate...

The hotel is a stunning oasis of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an elegant atmosphere.

It's great. There are lots of fun things to do on the beach. The sea is crystal clear. There are five delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are all facing the sea.

The hotel has complete facilities, warm service, comfortable rooms and is very suitable for living

The view was amazing. The staff was great. The cleanliness was excellent. The buffet and food left a lot to be desired and it is difficult to get up and down from the beaches.

The food was magnificent, both dinner and breakfast, though breakfast could be improved with machine-made coffee; there was only Americano, and it was very weak, served at the table. The juices were just regular sodas. Everything else was exceptional, as were the cooks at the buffet. The waitresses were slow and not very friendly.

Nice location. Close to beach. Close to airport. Around 20- 30 mins by taxi to the old town around 20-25 pounds in Uber).

I can't find any faults. Everything is perfect, including the environment, hygiene, and food. The waiter cleans up twice a day. You have to pay for the snacks in the refrigerator, and you have to pay for the chips outside the refrigerator, just don't touch them.

Had a lovely apartment with outdoor space, and all the space you could hope for. Really well equiped kitchen with dining table and masses of storage space too. It was cleaned every day too

The beach we experienced in Pula was footsteps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It about an hour walk from the arena.

Amazing stay Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently. Restaurants cheaper off site but expected , staff friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more

Cat poo under bed. Generally good but really nasty surprise to find cat poo under the bed. Cleaning routines clearly not working.

Great resort for families. The apartment had narrow steep stairs to the main bedroom so not good for elderly people The pool area doesn’t open u til 9am so you need to queue up from 8:30am to get lounge and umbrella. The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities.

I've been coming here on vacation for almost 20 years... In my opinion, the value for money is top notch. It's clean everywhere, safe, and there are fantastic places to visit.

Nice apartments, really close to the sea

One of the best places I've been in Croatia. Nice apartments, nice beaches, good restaurants. Prices are quite high, esp. for the beer. There could be more noise isolations between the apartment's wall, but still OK. Service staff is giving clean towels and toilet papers almost every day. I enjoyed my vacation there and would not hesitate to spend there summer time again.

This is a lovely resort, we stayed at the adults only site, which is only a short walk to the beach and promanade of Rabac. There was a road train that you can use if you didn't want to walk, it runs from one end of the resort to the other end past all the restaurants and bars, this cost €3 each way. We stayed for 2 weeks in Maro Suites as a family of 4. We were very fortunate as we were allocated a larger suite with 2 bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 which we really appreciated. Congiere, restaurant staff, house keeping and actually all staff provide exceptional customer service!!!! The only iissue I had is with head office transfer team who booked shuttle taxi for the wrong day…… I ended waiting for 2 hrs for pick to the resort, staff at the resort more than made up for head office error

My favourite hotel once I'd worked how to minimise dangerous steps. Lovely pool, pool staff & new Manageress Ivana (to whom I sent an email) Housekeeping a bit haphazard ... Sorry they lost the Bank supporting their non-functioning ATM. It recognised me but failed to deliver the €150 requested, so tipping was limited.

Good value for money, relatively pleasant rooms, accommodating service, food - surprisingly - good with varied menus, nice beaches, not overcrowded. The only minus is lack of activities for people who prefer active holidays. We will likely return for a shorter holiday.

Last visited 94- it’s been done up since then. A bit out in the sticks. Get uber from trogir about 6 e, cab from rank about 25!!! 1 hour walk- flat. Rooms on small side. Showers really good. Views lovely from upper floor rooms- I was on 6th. No gym. Pizza joint onsite closed. Nearest beach bar closed. Perhaps a seasonal thing. Staff- professional- first class. Breakfast ok- loads of choice- hot stuff...

Pine Beach Pakoštane truly feels like paradise – stunning nature, photogenic surroundings, cozy wooden bungalows, and a buffet so rich and tasty you don’t know where to start. I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.

food was good - lot of options, vine and beer gratis. but the plates and glasses was dirty. the little house was fair. no climatization. but we know it. you can reserve some sport activities on the reception and enjoy it. there was a windsurf. I ve been with my family for 3 nights in this 3 stars hotel in Njivice, Kirk. Very good hotel for e stars, many variety of food, we had buffet diner and breakfast included in the ofert. It’s very close to the beach, not sandy beach(peoble beach) with natural pines and umbrellas and chairs at 10 euros /one. I will recomand this hotel. The room was clean, (superior junior suite)

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly.

We had an amazing time at Magal Maradiso! The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety every day. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beach was clean, just steps from the hotel, and perfect for children to play safely. A fantastic choice for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation. Highly recommended!

It was fine. The room could do with some updating. We sat on the balcony and so did smokers on other balconies. Maybe designate a smoking and nonsmoking parts of the hotel so they don’t interfere with each other. North section no smoking and south section smoking.

This is a wonderful hotel. The spa was amazing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the city center, plus the views are absolutely stunning. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so! Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves. Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles...

Services, location and facilities are excellent. Only food quality is good, while price is not so expensive. Best wit for couples, families with large kids, but we were still able to enjoy with my 5-year-old daughter! Pool opens late night. We will reserve again if we have chance to visit to Dubrovnik!

For a 5 Star Hotel, the TVs are absolutely tiny and so outdated you can’t even mirror your phone or get Netflix on them. No coffee machine in the room is also terrible for a 5 Star property. Trying to get coffee at Breakfast was even a task. Drink is extremely expensive and the lunch and evening meal we had there was very poor quality.. Would not return

Fantastic view from the hotel Nice rooms but small, old hairdryer but new shower, nice sea view and you can also see a bit of Porec town from the balcony. Fantastic to swim in the sea and can go straight up to lie down by the pool again. Bikes are available for rent and it only takes 10 minutes to cycle from the hotel along the sea. Porec town is a beautiful town. Highly recommended❤️

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. We went to get some dinner at 8pm and there was hardly any food left, when asked if there was more the chef came out and said sorry no. The food we did manage was awful, chewy overdone...

Resort is excellent, especially great animation and entertainment for both kids and adults. Animation team with Ivan as their leader, have great games, quizes, dancing coreografies, and are very cooperative and friendly to all guests, they are awsome

What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink. The hotel is not located in the city...

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. There was a price difference, but Trip.com covered it. We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very "tired", something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01...

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The service was very lackluster and unmotivated. At breakfast, you almost felt like you had to apologize if you needed cutlery from the staff. All in all, this hotel does not justify the prices charged. The worst 4-star hotel I've ever stayed in this price category. The location is okay, 10 minutes from the beach, but there's a fee of €25 per day for two...

On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... On our second night, we returned to the hotel after sightseeing...

The room was small, but it was considered a good value hotel for the area. The view from the room was great, and the breakfast restaurant was also quite large.

Very nice hotel, service was great, breakfast good quality, staff friendly. We spent most of the time on the beach, but there are many swimmingpools as well. Husband and I stayed for two weeks, enjoying ourselves by the pool with an amazing view, which you can even walk up to the beach that is few meters away. The stuff is very polite and have an outstanding service. The food for breakfast was also amazing and we noticed that dinner always had different dishes, which is also great. Overall we are very happy we choose this resort as our little summer getaway...

I'd like to recommend this hotel/resort. 20 years ago it looks like this was amazing. At times we could overlook things and had a great time for a bit. However overall this resort has not been maintained and is not properly staffed and it shows. Deferred maintenance, overflowing trash cans, rust, crumbling facades. This could be a 5 star resort but needs a major rehab and an owner that is committed...

Hotel Brioni In Pula Croatia is a very nice property in a beautiful area. The Hotel is clean and architecturally appealing with a very private, serene location on a peninsula near Pula. All restaurants are good and we had an excellent dinner at their upscale restaurant Sophia which had an incredible view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fantastic property I would definitely stay there again.

Service was top of the line, food fantastic and location to dream for. Only negative was the people taking sunbeds and not being there. Some took beds both in the sun and in shadow, but only used one spot. Leaving towels by the pool and then going to the beach all day. Why?

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team. Animation team, reception, everyone else, super friendly and attentive, especially with our little boy. Big tnx!

We couldn't go swimming because it was too windy, but we had a good time. I can't forget the seagulls floating on the outdoor pool.

What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza. Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. A very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A particularly positive aspect: it's wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with disabilities. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently super friendly. Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead...

The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...

Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.
