What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza. Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age and needs renovation. The exterior also needs some updating. The food was good, and everything was served by friendly staff.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

The view was amazing. The staff was great. The cleanliness was excellent. The buffet and food left a lot to be desired and it is difficult to get up and down from the beaches.

The food was magnificent, both dinner and breakfast, though breakfast could be improved with machine-made coffee; there was only Americano, and it was very weak, served at the table. The juices were just regular sodas. Everything else was exceptional, as were the cooks at the buffet. The waitresses were slow and not very friendly.

I can't find any faults. Everything is perfect, including the environment, hygiene, and food. The waiter cleans up twice a day. You have to pay for the snacks in the refrigerator, and you have to pay for the chips outside the refrigerator, just don't touch them.

We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.

On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money. The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable.

okay..where should I start...staying here was one of my best lif choices I made so far. It has quite a distance from old town, but it is worth it. For a fee you can always take the their shuttle to town within 30 minutes. The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular..it was just so nice..the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals....I will come back for sure. Please dont hesitate...

The hotel is a stunning oasis of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an elegant atmosphere.

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Husband and I stayed for two weeks, enjoying ourselves by the pool with an amazing view, which you can even walk up to the beach that is few meters away. The stuff is very polite and have an outstanding service. The food for breakfast was also amazing and we noticed that dinner always had different dishes, which is also great. Stayed a week for cycling off road. Amazing trails within a short distance and 1,000's km of trails of all types. The staff did all they could to assist our group. The restaurant has a large selection and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special diets. The swimming pools are of a high level. Really reccomend this hotel.

This hotel is part of a larger resort complex. Frankly, most of the properties under different brands here are quite similar, although the 'Blue' one does seem to offer slightly better facilities. Overall, it primarily caters to tour groups, so it's usually very crowded.

The hotel is right next to the beach. We had a 2+2 room, which was really spacious and comfortable. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast/brunch is served from 7 until 13 h, so you can drop by to eat any time you want. That's excellent for those who like to sleep a bit longer in the morning.

I had a 1-hour full body oiled massage and it was fantastic. Jessica, the therapist, was very professional and skilled. The setting by the beach was incredibly relaxing, and the whole experience left me feeling refreshed and recharged. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Thai massage.

Our room was cleaned everyday (even when we forgot to leave the tag outside on the door) and was provided with a complimentary bottle of water as well. The facilities were clean and not too busy....

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel was spotless, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with lots of choice. Review of our stay as a couple at Valamar Tamaris hotel mid september 2025. The hotel looks nice and the complex is situated in a beautiful green environment with lots of trees and nice flowers. Lots to do and fantastic food/drink. Kids club is adequate and there are other kid activities in the evening. Surprised that everything else costs extra. The inflatable on water, sunbeds/umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. That being said, it had a hefty price tag. Dogs are 30€/nt each and if you get a villa, there is a substantial stroll in the weather.

This is a heaven for kids: animation team is doing their best to make sure kids are entertained and parents are having the best vacation possible. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the location is ideal – quiet but still central. Breakfast was varied and of good quality!! A special thanks goes to Dora, who always greeted us with a smile. She was not only incredibly friendly but also consistently helpful – truly a great asset to the hotel team. We stayed at the Valamar Tamaris Resort all-inclusive hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maro Club was a great place for the kids and to earn some points and get some presents. Gabrijel, Ivona and Patricija. Food was deilcious and well organized. Spacious room we had and no noise at all. We would be happy to go back again to a Valamar location.

Very helpful reservation team, they provided us with the exact room wanted, excellent food, great children program, unfortunately rooms were not cleaned well, not vacuumed at all, 2 old filthy carpets on the floor.
