Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient
A rich menu of dinners and breakfasts, friendly and nice personal, clean and big rooms, hotel is located right on the beach, clean pools and much more
Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.
Very nice hotel! Pool area was great and the restaurant between pool and beach had good meals
At first there were difficulties with our booking, but the employees in the hotel tried to make the time until clarification as comfortable and stress-free as possible
We are not in Medulin for the first time, but we have vacationed in the hotel for the first time. We found the stay very good and did not expect it to be so good
Hotel with spacious and comfortable facilities. Excellent option for the airport. The golf cart that takes you to the center of Cavtat and the beach (with full facilities) is charming
The hotel is very nice and highly recommended!
Nice location. Close to beach. Close to airport. Around 20- 30 mins by taxi to the old town around 20-25 pounds in Uber).
The view was amazing. The staff was great. The cleanliness was excellent.
The buffet and food left a lot to be desired and it is difficult to get up and down from the beaches.
Comfortable room, good mattress, good bathroom. Breakfast and dinner (which can be included in the rate) are poor. Dinner serves large amounts of flavorless food, with nothing tasty. Breakfast is pretty much the same
Yes you have 131 steps to climb and go down to the town but if you have an issue with this don’t book the Hotel but you can use the golf buggy. Cavtat is a lovely place to walk and adventure out further
2 beach bars that are a little pricy ( we paid $20 for 2 drinks). Overall would reccomend Pine Beach!
Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff, calm sea. We would love to come here again in the future. We can definitely recommend to visit.
We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped
The location is absolutely fantastic, you are in a pine tree forest and swim in clean waters with islands all around. The resort is well equipped with plenty of deckchairs and shaded areas, as the sun is very hot in July
We had a great stay, with plenty of activities when we wanted, all sorts of watersports: sailing, kayaking so you can move in the water - or at other times we relaxed on a deckchair and went for a swim
This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets
It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying
The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere
The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink
The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels
Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us
The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background
Spacious room, delicious food, excellent service in all (for example, the bartender realized all my fantasy cocktail), a complete infrastructure for leisure. The hotel has a beach with good entrance to the sea
One of the greatest hotel I’ve ever been to and one of the best in Croatia. Amiable and sure-footed staff, diverse and tasty food. Private beach & perfect weather❤️
Been there twice and will def come back.
Marie J waitressing who welcomes you every morning and always has a smile on her face. Ruza and Dijana who are really attentive and do a great job. Finally boss lady Ivana at reception who is always happy to help
Would recommend it to anyone to go there. Friendly helpful staff, it's pristine clean and the food is amazing
Each room needs tea bags, coffee, and milk in a room replenished each day. Currently you have 1 tea bag and 1 coffee tube for the whole week with your kettle and cups, id expext better for a 5 star hotel
First time staying here and would return. Immaculate clean hotel set in a quiet location on the beach. Surrounding area of Slano is beautiful and quite, great for long walks and hikes

Our room (with a quiet garden view) was spacious, with a good walk-in shower, a Nespresso machine, and a small fridge. Housekeeping was excellent — fast and thorough. The beach area is the true highlight
Nice newly renovated rooms with nice private beach, including an adult only area. Great staff, all we met were very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was great with an amazing choice of options
The "beach" is a concrete pier with deck chairs and umbrellas, which are free, but many guests reserve them at 8 am and do not show up until noon. The access to the sea is thus either by ladder or by diving
The adults-only section is small, private, and located in a calm bay — perfect for early morning swims as the sun rises and you are the only in the sea, or for enjoying a quiet coffee with a newspaper
The garden-side seating is lovely, especially since the main terrace can get quite hot in the sun. It gets busy after 9 AM, so going earlier is best. The main downside: prices for food and drinks
This is a high-class hotel in the beautiful bay of Chikat, surrounded by pine-trees. Parking for check-in was limited and full. Parking near the hotel costs, but is free across the street
The hotelroom was great, same floor as reception. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. When we asked for water cattle, the staff provided immediately. Hotel situated right at the beach, perfect for long walks
This is not heated (certainly didn’t feel it!) despite what hotel website states. Views across Vodice were amazing though. Large pebble beach within 2min walk of hotel but there is no sand at all , completely pebbled
A modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms. (No kettle just coffee machine) Sea views are exceptional but some guests may be put off with music from nearby beach bars etc every day approx 17
Beautiful hotel, everything looks great, people who are working there are very friendly, nice, welcoming, we had beautiful vacation for a woman’s day, everything was perfect, specially food and the view
Plenty of fresh salads, always plenty of fish, meat or cheese to choose from, variety of choice for bread, many desert choices. If we would come again we will book again the half board option
Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, beautiful a la carte restaurant. Restaurant for half board evening meal- terrible! Like a bad motorway cafeteria, not enough trained staff and awful food
The staff made sure that the dishes were replenished, plates on tables were cleaned away as soon you finished, and plenty of wait staff to take drinks orders. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful
I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews but the hotel and staff definitely exceeded our expectations. We got a free upgrade with our room and it was big and had a lovely view of the sea
Our room was cleaned everyday (even when we forgot to leave the tag outside on the door) and was provided with a complimentary bottle of water as well. The facilities were clean and not too busy
We went during the off-season so a lot of places were closed but some lovely restaurants and cafes still open. A nice little town to wander around
Overall, a positive experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is located near the old town - a nice 30 minute stroll or a €5-
€7 Uber ride
Great activities for kids - the staff were warm and playful (my daughter loved them!). Lots of choices at the breakfast and dinner buffet
The environment is invincible, and the hotel is very cost-effective. As soon as you enter the lobby downstairs, you will be shocked. There is an invincible sea view and a private beach
There is a small beach club in the hotel. Some marine activities can be played in the private waters. The hotel also has a brochure recommending various local marine fee projects, which can be booked through the hotel
Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Fabulous location with a lovely walk alongside the coast into town. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful choice & coking station for fresh eggs & omelettes
Perfect location with fantastic sea view!!!
Staff are super nice and genuine service
The breakfast buffet is great, with various selection of items, hughly recommended for couples and families
A rich breakfast
You can also consult travel information and book travel itineraries at the hotel. 6 bus stop outside the hotel that goes directly to the old town
The view from our room was possibly the best ever. Thank you we would come back again one day
Pools not bad either could do with more umbrella to keeps the sun off. Some building work going on at the beach at the moment. This could put some people off
I really enjoyed my stay here, sauna was great and so was the pool, location is truly the best of all
Hotel is a bit old style in terms of aesthetics but everything was functioning and people very attentive, will be back again
We walked along shoreline trail
Walked to multiple dining locations
Walked to bus for downtown Dubrovnick
Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well
Location is pretty ideal with a quick walk to the beach and Lapad as a whole is a lot more peaceful then the old town area
There are only sunbeds for rent on the beach, but this was known in advance. Payment by card is not yet possible at the pool bar, but I think it is a matter of time and they will solve it
in total it was quite ok! the hotel is furnished in a modern way and fully equiped! the pool is crowded and very noisy in the main season, prepare to reserve your sunbeds there in the morning around 8 am :) you get breakfast and dinner at a buffet together with ~500 other guests - don't expect haute cuisine! the rooms are definitely too tiny, but clean at least! enjoy your stay there, very well-meant...
Very clean and big hotel. Romms little on the small side but ok. Friendly staff. Payable parking location in front of the hotel. Food ok.
Classy beach hotel
A large beach hotel with a modern exterior and a very nice lobby
Fantastic to swim in the sea and can go straight up to lie down by the pool again. Bikes are available for rent and it only takes 10 minutes to cycle from the hotel along the sea. Porec town is a beautiful town
Positive: Very nice facility, friendly staff, tastefully decorated hotel, decent food, very good value for money.
Converse: Standard room for two people very small (narrow passageways around the bed)
Great hotel just by the sea offering inside, outdoor pool, and the beach is just beside the hotel. Food was great with lots of options to choose from
The hotel's ambiance is wonderful, facing the sea and offering fresh air. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and we were given complimentary wine, sparkling water, fruit, and snacks, which was a real delight
Facilities: The hotel has a heated indoor pool with seawater, which is great at night. The only downside was that I left a set of makeup and a makeup bag in the bathroom
There's no dedicated parking; it's located in a park, so guests have to compete for space with other people enjoying the beach. Because it's located in a park, traffic is very congested in the afternoon
Does this mean that if a guest isn't staying at the hotel and their belongings are left there and don't generate any revenue, then the staff shouldn't be concerned? We called four times, and now 48 hours have passed, and there's still no response from us, and no intention of resolving the matter
I discovered it the night I left the hotel, and I contacted the hotel early the next morning. Two days later, they still hadn't responded to my email, as if they didn't care. I found this service attitude very wrong
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any hassle
The hotel itself is spotless, with exceptional attention to cleanliness throughout. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and top quality every day
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm hospitality to the amazing amenities. I can’t recommend Hotel Maestral highly enough and will definitely return!
A special thank you to Tereza, Mia and Dragica, who went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism – they truly made our experience memorable
The hotel is best for couples, solotravellers, groups of adults or families with older children. The hotel has a nice and chill atomsphere. The neighbouring hotels has a lot of families with young children
Everything you need to have a great vacation is here. Service, location and the food. Rooms are really clean, staff extremely friendly
Wonderful Hotel Luxury great breakfast with lovely sea view
I love it so much
The location was little bit far from center but bus stop is 2 minutes away
I particularly loved the property's location, as it offers a stunning view and the area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.
Beautiful location. Room feels upscale and new. Bus ride 20 mins from town. Get sea view room if u can
Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night
Excellent for a leisure trip. Highly recommended, I'll definitely return.
The beachfront is absolutely stunning, and the lobby and restaurant perfectly complement the setting.
Our room was facing the light house. I enjoyed the scenery looking out the Adriatic Sea. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dine in 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was marvellous….
Absolutely loved staying at the Palace! We had a beautiful room with a balcony that we very much enjoyed. Lots of space around the pool, great pool bar. It’s also walkable to restaurants around Lapad
The spa was amazing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the city center, plus the views are absolutely stunning
Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles and stiff communication
Excellent experience at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace. Elegant setting, impeccable service, and a discreet sense of professionalism at every level. A hotel that truly embodies the highest standards of Adriatic hospitality.
It has the vibe of an old hotel!
However, the hotel's setting is excellent, and its orientation provides an amazing sunset sea view (as shown in Figures 3 and 4)! It definitely beats RIXOS in that regard! The hotel's beach isn't large, but it's not overcrowded, which also gives it an edge over RIXOS! RIXOS's service staff are pretty much the same
I think the maximum I stayed in line was 5mins, maybe twice in 10 days. • The soft drinks aren’t “undrinkable”. Not your standard Coca Cola, Sprite etc, but I wouldn’t necessarily expect this from an all-inclusive
Great staff very clean and fabulous views and outdoor areas . Food was good for breakfast but very basic lunch and dinner. Evening entertainment was good fun
We were anxious about our visit based on reviews of this hotel - totally unfounded. If you want a full English breakfast, maybe don't go to Croatia! That said, there was a lovely lady frying fresh eggs each morning
So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty
But for each night there was always plenty of different options which varied throughout our holiday. Yes, if you wanted pizza / meat from the BBQ there was a small line. But we’re talking a few minutes here
Room was lovely and clean and spacious (we did have a deluxe room with balcony). We found all the staff polite and friendly. Beautiful location, 15 mins easy walk to centre of Cavtat
I reported this issue to the reception by email, politely requesting either a change of room or some form of compensation, but my message was completely ignored. Regarding cleanliness, everything was satisfactory
Excellent hotel, city center, embankment and beach, everything is nearby... I'll be happy to come again
Our stay at your hotel left us very disappointed, and I will not be returning in the future. It is completely unacceptable that the wall between two neighboring rooms was constructed from a wardrobe
Excellent hotel , very good staff ,great food and drink. Very comfortably rooms with fresh towels every day. Nice pool and spa and very good cocktails
Nice hotel close to the beach. Small restaurants in the area with short walking
I have just had one of the best facials at the wellness spa in the Malin. I felt very well looked after by E n I s a. Thank you for looking after me so well. I would also recommend having a massage
The hotel is very well located, right on the beach.
Service very good.
Food was also good, more "freshly cooked" food could be offered.
Very good value for money.
Clean hotel / great food choice / lovely hotel great helpful staff.
Expensive drinks
Minimal evening entertainment ( Games area )
Cannot recommend highly enough. Gentleman at front desk (wish i got his name) was kind enough to upgrade us to room with balcony. Shoutout to Branko who was our server at Puz restaurant
There are two little villages each a 10 minute walk along the beach path in either direction. The gym is small, but you can do a workout and it's right by the sea so has good views. Breakfast had lots of options
Lovely hotel on the coast between Dubrovnik and Split. Rooms were a touch on the small side, but adequate. The pool areas were lovely and there are steps straight down to the beach
It must be crazy high season!
Resorts very close by with lovely walks along the beach path
Location is great with a beautiful 10 minute walk into the centre and close to a beach and some beach clubs
If you book through Trip or any other broker, the hotel will make sure you are placed in one of the worst rooms in the hotel. The staff are efficient, the rooms are well maintained, and the location unbeatable
However, be prepared for obnoxious crowds of noisy drunks at the pool
We also got stuck in a Soviet-style elevator in the bad part of the hotel and had to endure an interesting ride up and down for several minutes until hotel staff came to rescue us
Nice hotel but only if you can get it around 250 euro per night - any more and it’s probably expensive for what it is but hey it’s Hvar and nothing is cheap
The rooms are nice and AC works well
The Breakfast is very good and Marko and his team really go above and beyond
The location is excellent right on a little beach which is free but chairs need to be rented and a 10 min walk along the boardwalk...
They even went above and beyond by adding an extra bed for our child, which was a pleasant surprise and definitely exceeded our expectations
The hotel is located quite far from the center, you also need to walk 350-400 meters to the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach as such. The food is not very varied. The rooms are tired.
Beach very clean make sure you pack beach shoes you will need them. Could not fault chefs as catered for dairy allergy going above and beyond at times
We highly recommend. Everyone was satisfied. Perfect rest for everyone. Everyone will find something for themselves. Lots of animations, great animators. We will definitely come back.
The hotel was second to none ! Food was enjoyable even had fries on our holiday which was nice room was kept clean, very clean hotel, all the staff were very friendly
I like everything, food, people, pool, animation fifty, restaurant , all inclusive is super. My children realy like it very much and we will come again
Only gripe I had was we expected a sea view with our balcony but had carpark view everything else was spot on !
