Great hotel very clean and all the services you want. Beach and water is fabulous. Love this place. Surrounded by lots of green trees. Lot of choices of food. Recommended AAAA

We were at Hotel Delfin in September and it was a great experience. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, the staff was friendly, it was fairly clean and the food was good

The beaches were beautiful, there were stones (not sand) but the water was crystal clear. The hotel has only 2 stars so we didn’t expect much, but we really enjoyed our stay

In front of it, there is a spacious beach, and the territory is large and green, with a children’s playground and a big parking lot. The staff are friendly and welcoming

i really want to address the management about two cooks that were working on the lines for the buffet table, they were very friendly and very helpful, the young lady that was working explained everything about the food and made my choice easier (i’m not entirely certain but i think her name is Dorotea)

And the gentleman that was working with her was highly professional and fast with filling up the food trays so i had a chance to try everything that was recommended

Everything else — the room, the pools, the beach access, the spa, service, the holiday feeling — were stupendous! Make Sun Gardens your resort of choice without hesitation!

The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money

The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular. the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals. Please dont hesitate to stay here

(The only drawback is that the drinks and snacks in the mini bar need to be charged separately. The hotel did not inform in advance. Maybe different hotel models are different

The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable

They gifted me a cake on my bday! The seaside is amazing, loads of pools. Restaurants inside the complex were really good too

Just back from Hotel Croatia and had a fantastic stay. Hotel overlooking the sea staff in the restaurant and Piano bar lovely very pleasant. Not sure why some complain about the staff or food

Awesome resort with really lovely views of the sea and islands. Unique sunbathing areas. Indoor & Outdoor pools. Food is OK No halal or kosher options But made us vegetarian pizzas

What an amazing hotel, set on a peninsula the panoramic views are awesome. Opt for a sea view room and it will feel like you are on a cruise without the movement! Cavtat is a beautiful place totally unspoiled

Hotel with spacious and comfortable facilities. Excellent option for the airport. The golf cart that takes you to the center of Cavtat and the beach (with full facilities) is charming

Nice and clean place with a pool, slide, Internet, trampolines and all entertainment. Also very nice rooms.

Had a lovely apartment with outdoor space, and all the space you could hope for. Really well equiped kitchen with dining table and masses of storage space too. It was cleaned every day too

The beach we experienced in Pula was footsteps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It about an hour walk from the arena.

Amazing stay Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently

The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities

Invincible hotel, invincible sea view, the room is also very large, the beach is rocky, but the water is very good. The only drawback is that there is nothing to eat near the hotel

Nice apartments, really close to the sea

One of the best places I've been in Croatia. Nice apartments, nice beaches, good restaurants. There could be more noise isolations between the apartment's wall, but still OK

I've been coming here on vacation for almost 20 years... In my opinion, the value for money is top notch. It's clean everywhere, safe, and there are fantastic places to visit.

I FOUND ALL THE STAFF KIND AND PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND HELPFUL. VARIETY OF FOOD A varied entertainment program, especially for children

Service staff is giving clean towels and toilet papers almost every day. I enjoyed my vacation there and would not hesitate to spend there summer time again

Except for minor errors, everything works well. With a few exceptions, we have been coming back here for almost 30 years

We stayed at this hotel in August/September 2025. The location was beautiful and the hotel was excellent with large family rooms a great and friendly cleaning team and very helpful and friendly staff

The all inclusive drinks were also good, with great cocktails and fun bar hands. Beaches were pebbly but we knew that from the photos and took water shoes

This is a lovely resort, we stayed at the adults only site, which is only a short walk to the beach and promanade of Rabac

One negative is that we were not able to leave our 7 months old baby in the baby club as staff said they would not be able to give her milk and if she fell asleep, they would have to call us to collect her after 15 minutes (otherwise there would have been a €25 per hour charge)

I feel it would have worked better if the baby and kids club had a 2 hour reservation system and I would have been OK to pay a fee but not €25 per hour!! The kids club for ages 3+ also got really busy, especially when the weather wasn't too good

I was pleasantly surprised with lots of sports facilities in and out hotel like tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, soccer playground and fitness studio inside the hotel

My favourite hotel once I'd worked how to minimise dangerous steps. Lovely pool, pool staff & new Manageress Ivana (to whom I sent an email) Housekeeping a bit haphazard

Sorry they lost the Bank supporting their non-functioning ATM. It recognised me but failed to deliver the €150 requested, so tipping was limited

Good value for money, relatively pleasant rooms, accommodating service, food - surprisingly - good with varied menus, nice beaches, not overcrowded

From the point of view of the location it is ok, there is still a lot to do. the internet is almost non-existent and I give the 5 stars only for the bartender Damir. The only one that makes your stay there worthwhile

Beautiful mediterranean pine forest, crammed with little straw huts, crystal clear sea, very crowded, loud music on the beach, plenty of organised activities and extremely poor food

We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped

We definitely recommend this place if you like a holiday in contact with nature and the sea. If you feel active there are plenty of activities to do in the resort

This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets

The location is absolutely fantastic, you are in a pine tree forest and swim in clean waters with islands all around. The resort is well equipped with plenty of deckchairs and shaded areas, as the sun is very hot in July

Our room was facing the light house. I enjoyed the scenery looking out the Adriatic Sea. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dine in 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was marvellous….

The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so! Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves

Absolutely loved staying at the Palace! We had a beautiful room with a balcony that we very much enjoyed. Lots of space around the pool, great pool bar. It’s also walkable to restaurants around Lapad

The spa was amazing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the city center, plus the views are absolutely stunning

The front desk manager was nice but seemed ineffective. The attitude and expressions of the restaurant and bar staff were hit or miss; some were good

It has the vibe of an old hotel! However, the hotel's setting is excellent, and its orientation provides an amazing sunset sea view (as shown in Figures 3 and 4)! It definitely beats RIXOS in that regard! The hotel's beach isn't large, but it's not overcrowded, which also gives it an edge over RIXOS! RIXOS's service staff are pretty much the same

in total it was quite ok! the hotel is furnished in a modern way and fully equiped! the pool is crowded and very noisy in the main season, prepare to reserve your sunbeds there in the morning around 8 am :) you get breakfast and dinner at a buffet together with ~500 other guests - don't expect haute cuisine! the rooms are definitely too tiny, but clean at least! enjoy your stay there, very well-meant...

There are only sunbeds for rent on the beach, but this was known in advance. Payment by card is not yet possible at the pool bar, but I think it is a matter of time and they will solve it

Food was excellent, staff was excellent, pool is really nice, and everything is handicap accessible, sea is 2 min walk from lobby. The only thing I had a hard time with was, how small the rooms were

Fantastic to swim in the sea and can go straight up to lie down by the pool again. Bikes are available for rent and it only takes 10 minutes to cycle from the hotel along the sea. Porec town is a beautiful town

I feel as though the resort has taken some of the critique to heart, and emproved alot of the complaints. The Agave pool had lots of sunbeds available, and the program was well assorted

We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle

Overall, a wonderful resort with great vibes, excellent service, and a team that truly cares about their guests. We would absolutely come back again!

- the location of the hotel i s great - really close to the sea ✅ - the minus is that the parking is small and if you move your car once it is very hard to find a new place ❌ we were located in the depandance of the hotel which really needs to be renovated … the door of the room is color printer but really old❌ and the room is vrty simple without safe depozit❌ also the bathroom very poor ❌ - animation...

There are several beaches in the bottom of the hotel, so you can pick the one that is best sutiable for your needs. Beaches are very clean and sea is perfect!

The beach was clean, just steps from the hotel, and perfect for children to play safely. A fantastic choice for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation

It’s very close to the beach, not sandy beach(peoble beach) with natural pines and umbrellas and chairs at 10 euros /one. The room was clean, (superior junior suite)

We had an amazing time at Magal Maradiso! The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety every day. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

Luggage storage is available, and you can use the facilities after check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied

The hotel was also connected to a beach which has outdoor dining and lots of seating. Parking is available for those who are coming in their own car, however, daily parking charge is kind of high, at €15 per day

The location is okay, 10 minutes from the beach, but there's a fee of €25 per day for two loungers. The city center is about 15 minutes away by taxi. The cleanliness of the room also left a lot to be desired

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The service was very lackluster and unmotivated. At breakfast, you almost felt like you had to apologize if you needed cutlery from the staff

The room was small, but it was considered a good value hotel for the area. The view from the room was great, and the breakfast restaurant was also quite large.

On our second night, we returned to the hotel after sightseeing. Before bed, someone kept knocking on our door, but we looked through the peephole and saw no one. Too tired, we went to sleep and ignored it

This made us doubt that we hadn't been careless and left the door unlocked on our first night, and we wondered who had the ability to know when we would return to our room

Husband and I stayed for two weeks, enjoying ourselves by the pool with an amazing view, which you can even walk up to the beach that is few meters away. The stuff is very polite and have an outstanding service

A Perfect Babymoon Escape My husband, a friend, and I recently stayed at this resort for our Babymoon, and it was a truly special experience. Being pregnant, we requested an apartment closer to the beach for convenience

Not only did the staff fulfill this request, but they went above and beyond by giving us a larger, more cozy apartment than expected. It was spacious, beautifully equipped, and felt like a home away from home

We loved the numerous pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and of course, the stunning views from everywhere in the resort. The à la carte menu at the various on-site restaurants was another highlight

Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious, with an incredible view to match. The whole breakfast team was excellent, making every morning a delight

First time staying here and would return. Immaculate clean hotel set in a quiet location on the beach. Surrounding area of Slano is beautiful and quite, great for long walks and hikes

This place is somewhere to reset and relax I loved the food here and really appreciated the amount of local dishes( you need to be willing to try something different) , if you are a basic pasta and pizza type go elsewhere

Some staff really stood out and they make this place great Firstly in the restaurant the cheeky Perina in who makes some excellent poached eggs, would ask us every day would we want some, she has a great personality

Each room needs tea bags, coffee, and milk in a room replenished each day. Currently you have 1 tea bag and 1 coffee tube for the whole week with your kettle and cups, id expext better for a 5 star hotel

There should be water available in restaurant with all meals Staff working here are friendly and helpful without the obsequious nonsense you get in some countries ( don’t expect American style service)

Pula Delight Beautiful resort with all of the amenities available! Excellent staff! Use of the spa (steam, pool, sauna) included in room price! Wonderful! Modern rooms with gorgeous sea views

The super beautiful infinity pool can directly see the sea. There are little wind and waves here, very calm. The facilities in the hotel are great, the scenery is very beautiful, suitable for lying down and sunbathing

Beautiful relaxing hotel. Car is handy to have to drive into town or see other towns in the area. Excellent pool/beach area lots of areas to sit and eat.

Service was top of the line, food fantastic and location to dream for. Only negative was the people taking sunbeds and not being there. Some took beds both in the sun and in shadow, but only used one spot

You can see the clear sea directly on the cliff. However, the service attitude of the staff is very poor, especially the two check-in ladies at the front desk

I frankly thank them a lot not to mind too much about strangers ? Go on guys, they like seeing strangers in their pool

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team

We couldn't go swimming because it was too windy, but we had a good time. I can't forget the seagulls floating on the outdoor pool.

What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza

Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead of €20)

I stayed there beg Oct (so after the main season) in a family room with breakfast. After 1 night in standard, I moved to Premium (both in A building)

The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.

The beach is typically Croatian, with rocks, but very well maintained

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...
