They gifted me a cake on my bday! The seaside is amazing, loads of pools. Restaurants inside the complex were really good too

The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money

The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular. the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals. Please dont hesitate to stay here

Due to the war between Palestine and Israel, the flight was temporarily adjusted. I am very grateful to the hotel for communicating with Ctrip and agreeing to cancel one night's hotel

It's great. There are lots of fun things to do on the beach. The sea is crystal clear. There are five delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are all facing the sea.

The hotel is a stunning oasis of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an elegant atmosphere.

Others than that, the hotel will clean, very modern, had an amazing swimming pool and spa area which was free to use for all hotel guests

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels

Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

The smart rooms are great! Impeccable room service, cleaning staff, the pool guys, ocean at a very good temperature, everything is very well clean and kept impeccable

One of the greatest hotel I’ve ever been to and one of the best in Croatia. Amiable and sure-footed staff, diverse and tasty food. Private beach & perfect weather❤️ Been there twice and will def come back.

Each room needs tea bags, coffee, and milk in a room replenished each day. Currently you have 1 tea bag and 1 coffee tube for the whole week with your kettle and cups, id expext better for a 5 star hotel

This place is somewhere to reset and relax I loved the food here and really appreciated the amount of local dishes( you need to be willing to try something different) , if you are a basic pasta and pizza type go elsewhere

If you are expecting any Benidorm/Aya Napa style experience then this is not for you and would serve the majority of others better if you went elsewhere

In my 15 years career as a hospitality manager position on one of the best five star cruise lines in world, I can only say one thing. This is our second time in Falkenstiner Punat

We especially enjoyed morning training in the pool, afternoon games for children and adults and evenings with open-air cinema and music quizzes. Hope to come back next year again

Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Benjamin at the bar was great

- Rooms are really small - Black mould on the corridor on the second floor - Food is not good quality exept pizza and something from the breakfast - Food = some semi finished products (from frozen foods), overcooed pasta - Layout of kitchen area / Too many people storming at once - The sea in front of the hotel is slimy, you have to walk for 5-10 min to a better beach - Elderly people at the hotel...

Hotel situated in a beautiful setting by an inlet surrounded by Pine trees - 20 mins walk on a scenic pathway into Vrboska. The room was basic but clean & functional. Good shower / fresh towels daily etc

Food is great and staff is amazing. There was a fire during our stay, and I would just like to thank the staff and management for handling the situation without panic and making sure that all the guests are well

Lots of sun loungers in shade and sun and with amazing views. Nice rooms (yes, there were some stains on carpet, but they were clean, so clearly old ones) and modern, clean bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bed linen

We had a lovely few days and would've given it 4 stars were is not cut short by the hotel fire, which did highlight the lack of staff and of course H&S (with no smoke alarms operating)

The pool and wellness area are also very nice, the gym is well equipped - but the staff is exquisite, we have never experienced this kind of hospitality before - the receptionists, maids and especially the waiters (with whom we had the most contact) were exceptionally kind, complaisant, polite and professional

Beautiful Hotel, we were amazed at the apartament and the interior. Amenities are very nice and the massage is highly recommended. Pool is very nice and there are two Finnish and one Turkish sauna

However, the ac is right above the third bed so either the person there is freezing or the others in the main bed sweat. They’d charge €30 euros to use the pool

Great stay, minor tweaks to be brilliant A lovely hotel, ideally located. Though advertised as 5 star, the housekeeping was limited (clean towels and bed made), no replenishment of coffee or water

It is a great weekend gateway, we got offered the apartament instead of the room (for the same price) since we came in late post season. Crikvenica is amazing and the view to the sea from the room is marvelous

Nice rooms, cosy beds, great variety for breakfast, polite stuff, clean pool area, spa and saunas working nicely and available whole day. A/C works properly in rooms and rooms are quite and sound insulation is superb

Hotel is old, but it has a kitchen, allows dogs, sea pool, and leads right down to the ocean.

Great location right on the sea. We went beginning of June and hotel wasn't so busy yet. Food at the pool restaurant was very good. Make sure you book rooms that are newer

– In the spa area, it was too hot on the loungers and there was no real way to cool down unless you moved to the pool area in another room. - It would be nice if still tap water was offered free of charge with dinner

Very nice stay! The rooftop spa was cozy with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby bar was also a highlight, with great vibes and live music in the evenings

50 per day, the garage is actually a good deal. Suggestions for improvement: – A drying rack in the room for swimwear and towels would be helpful, especially if you don’t have a balcony

– On the pool terrace, water from the upper level sometimes drips onto the loungers below. This could easily be solved by adding gutters

The infinity pool, spa, and saunas with breathtaking sea views were just stunning. Honestly, those views alone are worth the price

One of the best things was the variety of beaches to choose from. Each day, we could visit a different one. There was also a water park and an indoor pool facility in case of rain

Sitting in the room to watch the sunrise and sunset is simply amazing! The hotel gym is fully equipped with equipment, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. After dinner, you can experience it

The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including seawater swimming pools and rooftop infinity pools! After the second day of the tour, come back and enjoy the romance of the infinity pool, accompanied by the sunset of the Adriatic Sea, don't be too beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also a seaside table, where you can enjoy delicious food while watching the sea view

The facilities are simply the most comprehensive I've ever experienced in Europe, with two full gyms, four swimming pools, and direct access to the sea

The pools are cleaned daily, but if you're a good swimmer, I recommend diving directly into the ocean; the water is incredibly clear

The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it! Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink

The breakfast is plentiful, and the included dinner is also excellent, saving you the hassle of finding a restaurant. Highly recommended; the experience is definitely better than any hotel in the old town

Every single staff member was genuinely warm and super-friendly and we felt pampered and almost part of the family! In fact, we learned that the Navis was actually family-owned and got to chat briefly to the owner ourselves

We loved the pool terrace and beach area which always had plenty of sunbeds

We both got great massages from Alma, definitely the best of our holiday! It is a little bit peculiar that in order to access the sun terrace, guests have to walk through the spa – which is not conducive to creating a tranquil atmosphere in the spa

Knowing Croatia well, we were prepared for having to climb down a ladder into the crystal-clear sea (there is also a very small pebbly bay but you’d need swim shoes to go into the water there)

The Navis’ restaurant is simply outstanding (separate review). We enjoyed one superb dinner on the terrace. The included breakfast buffet was great and offered a lovely variety of dishes

Another minor niggle was the shower above the bath (luckily, we are both fit enough to climb into the bath but it could be an issue for somebody with mobility issues)

The only thing it lacked was a cold bottle of complimentary water, not a big deal but most 5* do this. Mateo is still there, service with a smile at meal times. Will always return and recommend

Everything was wonderful. This is the best hotel in the whole area. The staff were all so hospitable and friendly.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and kind, and she even gave us a free early check-in, which we really appreciated—especially since the hotel was quite full

While the buffet selection wasn’t huge, you can order whatever you like, which more than made up for it. We also had lunch at the beach restaurant a few times—the food was excellent, and the prices were very fair

The rest of the staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available if you needed anything. Breakfast was delicious and served with a beautiful view

The only thing that was not fully satisfactory, was that the beach was quite small and thus very crowded. All in all a ln outstanding stay at the Amabilis

Food choices are really great, there is lots of variety, clean pool and all around premises. The rooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of modernisation

Food was very delicious and had a wide choice on buffet. The buffet is nice decorated und all of the services are extremely friendly. The rooms are always clean and offer a cozy atmosphere

Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom was not working really well at first. But after giving the information to the rezeption, the „problem“ was fixed really fast

Coffee machines at breakfast time were really slow and lots of waiting in queues was taking place, they could do with a re-think of the whole system

The initial start of the holiday was a bit shaky as the food was cold, we paid for an all-inclusive holiday, however the holiday was not all inclusive as the Hotel Punto does not offer all-inclusive, Although Thomas Cook sold it as all-inclusive

I was charged €6 for three tea bags to make tea in our room. The room initially did not have a kettle. I had to ask for a kettle to be arranged. The fridge in the room wasn't working as well as the light in the room

There were several concerns about the staff not being very welcoming. On day 5 of our 7 day holiday I was chased out of the restaurant told that I'm not allowed to fill up a water bottle

The offer included food in the restaurant but however any drinks must be in the restaurant and only during meal time. Anything outside of dinner times are payable, even the tea

However, after speaking to the physiotherapist in the spa, they make the staff entrance available which allowed disabled people access to the spa

After I've spoken to the director of the hotel she apologised for the poor standard and things changed. The staff was more welcoming and helpful

The surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant to walk around, and the children especially liked the outdoor pool! The bed was quite large and comfortable, as was the whole room, in fact

The hotel is a wonderful base when travelling by car and we visited many beautiful places Trogir and Hvar being our favourites together with Krka waterfalls

What a beautiful hotel, the room was extremely comfortable, the pools were amazing, spotlessly clean and really comfortable loungers

It wan not easy to find the parking nearby, as the hotel one seemed overpriced. Yet the excellent gym facilities helped in soothing that pain.

The location is convenient, it is close to town and the airport. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in and out were both quick and the facilities were nice and clean

Rooms average and missing some facilities for a five star hotel - small swimming pool, very limited gym and no kettle in room. Odd layout going between two buildings via lots of lifts

The price and the hotel were amazing. I got lucky and got a great deal on the cost, sadly our room is right by a construction site. In good news, I haven't heard it at all and in general it's not really troubling

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Antunović in Zagreb! We absolutely loved our room—the views from the room were amazing and made our stay even more special

It's clean, it's spacious enough so that you can avoid other users with no problem (if there even are any), there are plenty of refreshments and the staff is professional

I have stayed in several hotels in Croatia. This hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough and the ceiling is high. The decoration style is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good and the breakfast is rich.

Also, while being an ******* gold member and getting the perk of 20% off the personal RT airport to hotel transfer that’s very convenient however there is an option to save money, there’s a ferry to look up no one told us about that option so I take away points for that but I also don’t mind the convenience of personal travel it just cost significantly more

Only other slight negatives were the Wi FI and hot water in the rooms shower (temperamental to say the least). Otherwise hotel, staff, location, food and other facilities were excellent

Lovely relaxing hotel and facilities. Lovely hotel with everything you could need for a nice relaxing holiday. Private beach and spa was gorgeous, well looked after and not busy

Coming to the end of the season so some of the area around the hotel was showing a bit of wear and tear, (decking on walk to private beach)

Of course I’d go again hopefully the gym is upgraded next time

BUT carpets throughout very stained, basin plugs leak, inadequate lifts for size of hotel, units in rooms badly designed with many sharp corners, inadequate lighting especially in area with kettle…outdoor pool large and pleasant but to access must exit hotel past kitchens, down service road, cross public area, climb flight of rusting steps… Buffet breakfast good, dinner inconsistent ( not always hot...

Several times we have come upon dog poo in the stair wells. Large breakfast buffet but nothing special about it. Outdoor pool is large but outdated and not in best repair. Staff is lackluster for the most part

Our room was 206, I just couldn’t get my head round that we had to go down in the lift from reception not up! Our room had twin beds pushed together, a nice compact shower room, a stocked mini bar with a place over the top for my travel kettle (reception hire kettles too) and a gorgeous view of the marina

Sometimes too cold but opening the patio doors soon warmed it up! We asked for a rubber bath mat for the shower and it was delivered next day. We had bathrobes and slippers. The food (we were half board) was amazing

At dinner you could opt to sit outside but the pigeons drove us mad so we preferred to eat inside. Never a problem finding a table. Everything cooked well and sometimes on the spot in front of you
