It's like staying with family you like and actually want you to stay with there. Rustic cabin feel and such a warm welcome. She had the heater on our 1st day...that was nice since it was raining all day. Definitely stay here again. Thank you for being great hosts...that includes the dogs and cats that greeted us. ❤️

This is a fantastic place to stay when exploring Plitvice Lakes NP. The property is in a quiet location with plenty of parking and a nice place to relax outdoors. The room was super comfortable, very clean and quiet and we felt very relaxed there. Everyone was really friendly and the check-in/out process was simple. We had breakfast at the nearby restaurant Vila Velebita (same owners) and it was fantastic...

The hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms were very cozy, large and cute in orange. Everything smelled great. AC, wifi and free parking were available as well. The staff was very welcoming and polite, waiting for us to arrive at the property late in the evening. The price is amazing for this place! Definitely recommend!

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

Lovely little hotel! This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!

Absolutely an enjoyable place to stay! We only booked it as a quick sleepover on our way to Split, but honestly, I wish we had stayed for a few days. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature, and it feels perfect for unwinding after visiting Plitvice Lakes. The host family welcomed us very warmly. We had a beautiful double room with a double bed in each of them. The location was very convenient as it was near the waterfalls. The guesthouse offers food in the morning as well as in the evening. It's a pure relaxation place. If we pass by this region again, this would be the first place we'd look for.

I absolutely loved this place! It was so, so cozy and comfortable. Our host, Neb, was so kind and thoughtful in every aspect. I received tips on bus stops before coming, as well as recommended trails, restaurant locations, and umbrellas in case of rain! Everything was so thought out to give an easy, and pleasant stay from the moment I booked. I would definitely come back again!

The host is friendly, the room is clean, and it is close to the bus stop. You can also walk to Plitvice Lakes. It takes about 20 minutes, but men can arrive even faster, and the path is beautiful, so it is not tiring.

Haha. This place is another gem that was probably big in Yugoslavia. The rooms were nice and clean, honestly no complains there. The only conplain is lack of AC so if you are in during the afternoon you will feel like you are in sauna. We were absolutely delighted with our hosts. They were VERY helpful and extremely friendly. Their place is in a great location, very close to Sunset beach and a ton of restaurants. If you are energetic you can walk to old city. Plus the promenade walk is spectacular. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much.

Fantastic views! Immaculate apartment and welcoming host. Free parking. Good wifi and a two minute walk to private pebble beach( as most are in Croatia). Absolute silence at night which was beautiful. Easy drive to Dubrovnik, Montenegro and Bosnia. Would definitely stay again if In area as great value for money rather than rip off Dubrovnik prices.

This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. Tons of stairs to get to the apartment, so this is not suitable for those who have any sort of physical ailment or the elderly. Would visit here...

This was a very clean room and beautiful view of the sea! Although only 20 minute walk to the Old town, it’s all uphill on the way back. Very cool and quiet place! Nice owners, always clean, there is a place to park the car, we were a family of 4, so apartment number 1 was perfect, 2 separate bedrooms, and a separate kitchen with a corridor, everything is completely new and modern! My only recommendation is that the 2-person bed should have 1 solid mattress and not two separate ones (it was like that in one bedroom).

Really nice, clean and comfortable place in a good location. The owner is very helpful and nice, but not overbearing. As for the location, you have to walk a bit up the hill, but this is no problem, because we are only 400 meters away from the water and the promenade. The walk is downright pleasant in such a neighborhood. Room perfectly clean and fragrant.

Kind of mixed feelings about this place. The owner is very nice and the location and value are great. But! There's like no sound separation. Like, none at all. I could hear conversations from the other room as if they were right next to me. I couldn't have conversations in my room without disturbing other folks. I've heard most of old town is like this, just be aware!

A wonderful apartment to stay in while exploring the city of Split! We stayed in the loft apartment room which was comfortable, cosy and instantly felt like home. This room had it's own small, well stocked kitchenette as well as access to the main kitchen in the main area. The host wasn't there while we stayed, but her mother was an absolutely wonderful host - very friendly and full of helpful information

If you take Uber, it is very easy to move to old town but If you would like to move by foot, It is not necessary to go to gym. The balcony view was one of my best view to see sunset and the beautiful scenery of Dubrovnik. I would like to stay again definitely when I visit Dubrovnik later.

So as long as you're ok with a few (ok maybe more than a few!) steps...you will have THE best view of Dubrovnik Old Town, lovely accommodation, amazing host, very informative, staying here means you get the amazing views and are just a few minutes walk from the incredible old town, & if the steps concern you, it's €9 from the bottom to the apartment, we definitely did this a few times! We loved our stay at Guesthouse Home Sweet Home with an amazing host Zrinka. It has a bit of steps to get up to but it was well worth it with amazing views of Old Town and Lokrum Island at your door step. Amenities were good enough for us on a short trip and a small kitchenette was handy too. Thanks to Katarina too for helping with any queries we had along the way

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. 20 minutes walk through the woods took us to thr park entrance, avoiding any parking costs or issues.
