Staff is very pleasant and made our stay very calm. Clean and warm rooms! We enjoyed our stay very much! The barbeque place is perfect for bigger number of people with all neccessery barbeque accessories

It's like staying with family you like and actually want you to stay with there. Rustic cabin feel and such a warm welcome. She had the heater on our 1st day. that was nice since it was raining all day

Very peaceful place,cleaniness is excellent, there are free bikes available however they would need a service ;-) Dejan the owner and his Mum do a fantastic job to make sure that you are comfortable

Fabulous Stay Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing

Perfect stay in Plitivice, we had a wonderful stay ! Hosts are very attentive and want every thing to be perfect. The house is brand new and house is perfectly clean. Food is amazing. Mom and dad are great cooks !

The host family welcomed us very warmly. We had a beautiful double room with a double bed in each of them. The location was very convenient as it was near the waterfalls

The guesthouse offers food in the morning as well as in the evening. If we pass by this region again, this would be the first place we'd look for

The hosts where very helpful, took luggage to your room. If you need anything, they will try and help. We had a problem with the water pressure, couldn't have a shower for a few days

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the house is clean, the room is clean, and the breakfast is rich although it is charged. Anna introduced us to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants, which was very good

During the period, because two friends were unable to go to Plitvice Lakes Park and stayed in the hotel, Anna's mother would often ask us kindly if we needed anything, which made us feel at home during this stay

When we arrived at the hotel, the owner and her daughter greeted us with a smile, warmly entertained us, and helped us carry our luggage to the rooms

Excellent Service The hotel is located 15 kilometers from the entrance two of Plitvice Lakes Park, and it takes 15 minutes to drive there

The next day, she also took the initiative to drive us to Plitvice Lakes Park entrance two, which was very grateful

The host is friendly, the room is clean, and it is close to the bus stop. You can also walk to Plitvice Lakes. It takes about 20 minutes, but men can arrive even faster, and the path is beautiful, so it is not tiring.

Warm and helpful host who helped us to quickly plan our walks around the Plitvice lakes. Right next door to a good pizza restaurant. It's a very beautiful 15min walk to the park entrance

The guesthouse was very clean and located next to a pizzeria which was very convenient. It is also located not too far away from a small village with a supermarket which is great

Great location to visit plitvice lakes national Park. Short and pretty wall to the park. The room was very nice and out host was very attentive and helpful while we were there

Thanks to Sandra hostess at the breakfast room who was very kind and nice and introduced us to the famous view from the 8th floor of the hotel, of course big praise to all the cooks and waiters

The only conplain is lack of AC so if you are in during the afternoon you will feel like you are in sauna

The coolest hotel around, best view ever, and coolest bar with billiards and awesome stuff. Amazingly merged old-fashioned style with the pop art details in the bar. It is not about the luxury, it is about the great vibe

The beaches are little outdated and they cant keep up with the hotel but it does not change the overall satisfaction of the hotel guest house

So you might wait if you will want to shower immediately after coming in in the afternoon. The staff as many others said already were really friendly and speak english so it shouldnt be a problem navigating around that

Walk 100 meters and you will find a bus stop with no 6 bus which takes you to old town pile gate. Sunset beach and promenade 5 mins walk away. Fully worth every penny spent on renting this property

We were absolutely delighted with our hosts. They were VERY helpful and extremely friendly. Their place is in a great location, very close to Sunset beach and a ton of restaurants

The host were very welcoming and showed us everything for our stay. The Air-conditioner was noisy which made it hard to sleep.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Guest house Nikolina - Nice clean room with all expected amenities like airconditioning and a fridge - Bed's were fairly comfy - Nice balcony with great views of the coast - There was dedicated parking, although a short walk away - Great location, right next to a couple of nice restaurants, 2 mins from a bus stop that will get you into the old town in 5-10 mins, 20 min...

This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. Tons of stairs to get to the apartment, so this is not suitable for those who have any sort of physical ailment or the elderly

I spent four wonderful nights here. The house is surrounded by quiet, beautiful trees and the hosteler was warm, friendly and patiently explained the map

Very cool and quiet place! Nice owners, always clean, there is a place to park the car, we were a family of 4, so apartment number 1 was perfect, 2 separate bedrooms, and a separate kitchen with a corridor, everything is completely new and modern! My only recommendation is that the 2-person bed should have 1 solid mattress and not two separate ones (it was like that in one bedroom)

Very clean, spacious apartment overlooking the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased and we will definitely come back there again.

As for the location, you have to walk a bit up the hill, but this is no problem, because we are only 400 meters away from the water and the promenade. The walk is downright pleasant in such a neighborhood

Friendly hosts, comfortable room and a location not too far from the beach. There's an outdoor kitchen you can use to prepare meals and eat on the patio.

you will have THE best view of Dubrovnik Old Town, lovely accommodation, amazing host, very informative, staying here means you get the amazing views and are just a few minutes walk from the incredible old town, & if the steps concern you, it's €9 from the bottom to the apartment, we definitely did this a few times! Showers hot & powerful, kitchen, just what you need for a few nights, bed comfortable...

We loved our stay at Guesthouse Home Sweet Home with an amazing host Zrinka. It has a bit of steps to get up to but it was well worth it with amazing views of Old Town and Lokrum Island at your door step

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. 20 minutes walk through the woods took us to thr park entrance, avoiding any parking costs or issues

Nice and well -situated resort around the Plytvicka lakes. There is parking, the rooms are not large, as it is enough to overnight. Everything is pure and well prepared

The landlord waited for us, he explained all the information to us. He navigated us on individual options in the neighborhood. The pension is also a pizzeria

Our experiencie was amazing! The owner is the kindest woman, the room was super comfy and the área is quiet and beautiful! I loved our little balcony for chilling there. Super nice views! I recomend the place 100%

The rooms we had was besides the breakfast and dinnerroom which you can hear very clear when it is being used. But we noticed that the owner was very considerate and people left quite early in the evening
