Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico Hotel

The hotel was beautifully renovated, the food was delicious and the staff was very gracious, friendly and helpful. An absolutely wonderful place!!

An amazing stay. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel was well designed and beautiful inside and only two minutes to the main square. This was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this Hotel. Mauro at reception and the breakfast staff Was great.

Excellent experience. Would recommend to all that are visiting the city. Walk right out the front door and you are in the middle of old town. Staff is top notch.

In the Heart of Beautiful Rovinj
Very nice hotel with beautiful decor, and excellent staff.

This boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a town as beautiful as Rovinj. The design elements of stone, glass, wood and metal brought together perfectly idea of the medieval influence of the Old Town with the beauty and stlye of updated design and architecture. The staff was without exception gracious, kind and accommodating. The offered breakfast each morning was simply amazing and consistenly delicious. We loved the location in the Old Town, we could walk or bike to all the restaurants or beaches we wanted to visit. When we needed our car it was no problem to walk the several blocks to the parking lot, totally worth it to be in the pedestrian-only part of the city. We absolutely loved the way the rooms were designed to make use of all the irregular spaces, it is a truly special place and we will definitely return. The only thing I would ask for is a few more hangars in the closet ;-)

Charming boutique hotel nestled right in the heart of Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep – well, until someone decided to visit the bathroom at 3 AM and flipped on the light!

Speaking of the bathroom… whoever thought clear glass doors for the toilet was a good idea clearly never had to share a room. Let’s just say, if one person gets up, everyone gets up! It’s a unique design choice, for sure, but maybe not ideal for light sleepers.

One thing to note: there are a *lot* of stairs, so if mobility is a concern, this might not be the best option. You can definitely tell it wasn’t easy converting an old building into a hotel, but for those who don’t mind a little leg workout, it’s a great choice.

Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return – as long as we remember to bring an eye mask for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks!

Hygiene: The hygiene is very satisfactory, spotless, and the small skylight is unique.

Environment: As soon as you walk out of the stairs, you will see the charming coast, very close to the sea.

Service: The hotel service staff enthusiastically introduced the local characteristics, recommended restaurants, and even directly helped us book restaurants in the name of the hotel. (It’s not wrong to listen to them in the restaurant, it’s very good)

very good! In the old town, you can choose nearby public parking lots (for a fee) or hotel private parking lots (for a fee). The hotel will have a battery car to pick you up and carry your luggage to the room. This is the best way to allow self-driving friends to check in very conveniently. The service was very good and the hotel was very nice. The staff are very nice! Breakfast was also very good! !

Good customer service they will make you feel welcome. However, the hotel room is more of a design instead of being functional. Stayed for a night and you need to open windows because there is no aircon since its October. You can hear all the noise since it is a small hotel. It is warm and I did not sleep well since I closed the windows.
