Hotels with pool in Opatija

One of our favorite hotels of our trip. Excellent location along the ocean walk with easy access to the ocean and a very nice pool. Lots of pool chairs available and very family friendly

The outside swimming pool is suitable for kids only. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It’s hot without air conditioning right now

We spent another great time here before Halloween. Our room was very clean with a nice view as always. It was our fourth time at this hotel. Breakfast was fine and the dishes for dinners were also very good

We extended our stay with a late check out, which was amazing because it allowed us to explore the area with a quick drive over to Rovinj without having to worry about parking or luggage security

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with everything you could possibly imagine. The staff were extremely helpful and Nice. Short 20 minute walk into town. Views from the rooms were incredible

The hotel was super clean, parking was easy, it was an additional EUR 17/night. Breakfast was very good and the dinners as well. This hotel was again a perfect place to recharge our batteries

Great hotel, the breakfast had a huge selection to choose from, great pool and pool bar, the staff was splendid

– In the spa area, it was too hot on the loungers and there was no real way to cool down unless you moved to the pool area in another room. - It would be nice if still tap water was offered free of charge with dinner

Very nice stay! The rooftop spa was cozy with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby bar was also a highlight, with great vibes and live music in the evenings

50 per day, the garage is actually a good deal. Suggestions for improvement: – A drying rack in the room for swimwear and towels would be helpful, especially if you don’t have a balcony

– On the pool terrace, water from the upper level sometimes drips onto the loungers below. This could easily be solved by adding gutters

The infinity pool, spa, and saunas with breathtaking sea views were just stunning. Honestly, those views alone are worth the price

So if you are not a good swimmer better to take an air mattress or use the infinity pool on windy days

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed

We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags

Bloody Mary and champagne for breakfast, picturesque view from the room, magnificent jacuzzi, sea water in the pools, hammam - I recommend!

Room was great, clean and spacious. Hotel is ok, indoor pools gets crowded in the afternoon. Evening music was a disaster, please change the "singer" (Tin).

In the following days, we realized guests wake up early just to claim sunbeds, then leave for hours. Signs say towels will be removed after 30 mins, but staff didn’t enforce it

When we asked, they simply advised us to “do the same. ” Locals and non-guests climb over the fence from the walking path and use both the pool and beach loungers

At check-in (3 PM), we headed to the beach area, only to find all loungers “reserved” with towels but not a single person present

Loved our stay in Opatjia. Marina and Sara were amazing at the concierge desk.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Opatija. The location is perfect next to the beach and a small harbour. Everything is elegant and brand new. The own beach is nice with the sunbeds

A very nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff. The location was great overlooking the ocean, an my room was nice and spacious, bed was great and it all looked newly renovated. The breakfast room was nice and food great

Also the inside pool was amazing, and I was there completely alone, having the place to my self. Was my first time there but will definitely be back next time I am in the area

The pool bar also serves great cocktails, which made the experience even better. All in all, this hotel is truly top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Although the property was mid-renovation and hosting a conference while we visited, it was no challenge to thoroughly enjoy the place, the fabulous breakfast buffet, the hospitality, the VIEWS!, and the comfort

We stayed in a newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer a stunning sea view

We had a balcony where we could sit and take in the view, the bed was very comfortable indeed and we had all the provisions we needed, including bathrobes and slippers for the lovely pool and spa

Perfect for us from the moment we set foot in the door: service was accomodating (but not overly), room and common areas spacious and well cared for, food delicious and ample, location quite central. Highly recommend.

This was the most wonderful stay in an elegant hotel along the Croatian Riviera. Our room was sumptuous and luxurious, tastefully decorated with a stunning view over the bay

The hotel is an Austro-Hungarian Empire style building. The rooms are not big but adequate and the service is very good. The hotel's paid parking lot is a bit far away

The location of Hotel Bellevue Liburnia, the fantastic view, and the friendly staff all make for a great stay. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Opatija.

However, what truly sets Milenij apart from other hotels are the people. The level of service and attention to guests is at the highest possible standard

We are already looking forward to our next stay and continuing our Easter tradition at Hotel Milenij, as well as visiting during the rest of the year

We would also particularly highlight the Argonauti Restaurant, which has impressed us every time with its superb food and overall dining experience

The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced, diverse, high-quality, and beautifully presented

Location is amazing, atmosphere and feeling like being at home. All Milenij Hotel staff give their guests the feeling of belonging and importance

BUT carpets throughout very stained, basin plugs leak, inadequate lifts for size of hotel, units in rooms badly designed with many sharp corners, inadequate lighting especially in area with kettle…outdoor pool large and pleasant but to access must exit hotel past kitchens, down service road, cross public area, climb flight of rusting steps… Buffet breakfast good, dinner inconsistent ( not always hot...

Several times we have come upon dog poo in the stair wells. Large breakfast buffet but nothing special about it. Outdoor pool is large but outdated and not in best repair. Staff is lackluster for the most part

Hotel very clean & comfortable although a little tired in some areas. Food excellent & plenty of choice for breakfast & dinner. Staff all very friendly & helpful

Our room was 206, I just couldn’t get my head round that we had to go down in the lift from reception not up! Our room had twin beds pushed together, a nice compact shower room, a stocked mini bar with a place over the top for my travel kettle (reception hire kettles too) and a gorgeous view of the marina

Sometimes too cold but opening the patio doors soon warmed it up! We asked for a rubber bath mat for the shower and it was delivered next day. We had bathrobes and slippers. The food (we were half board) was amazing

At dinner you could opt to sit outside but the pigeons drove us mad so we preferred to eat inside. Never a problem finding a table. Everything cooked well and sometimes on the spot in front of you

The hotel is very nice,especially the staff . The swimming pool is great,the water is warm. The food is top. The view is spektacular from room,from restaurant... You want't regret if you are normal person.

We just returned from our traditional December vacation in Opatija and I must say that Hotel Istra exceeded all expectations this year! Although we have been coming to Opatija for years, this time we were completely overwhelmed by the warmth of their staff, especially Mrs

Wow what a lovely hotel We have been on holiday for a week as a family from Brighton England The restaurant was fantastic, Mary and her team were very welcoming and made meal times comfortable, the choice of food was great even when we had a very picky autistic teenager

The highlight of the weekend? Today they prepared Breakfast with Santa for the children - a meticulously crafted, magical and unforgettable experience

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was without a doubt the most pleasant in the whole of Opatija. Thank you for this fairy tale!

Perfect location, directly on the promenade / Lungomare and close to Opatija's city center. Indoor pool with sea water works till 19-00. Rich breakfast from 07-00 till 10-00

The food for breakfast and dinner is very good and there's nothing better than eating on a beautiful terrace with views of the sea in all directions. The room also has a beautiful view of the sea and Rijeka

Really nice place, workers are always smiling and ready to help, room is really pretty, but it needs a little renovation, food is delicious, hotel is situated right above the sea, so morning view is amazing, hotel is near stores, cafes, playground, fitnes room is really good, pool is great, but is could use some renovation, hotel isn't the newest, but is really pretty!

It's an old hotel, but everything is very clean. The water in the pool is just the right temperature and salinity

The entire staff is extremely friendly. The only downside is the parking lot. Opatija is really desperate with this. It's already hard to get a parking space on the street

Every single staff member was genuinely warm and super-friendly and we felt pampered and almost part of the family! In fact, we learned that the Navis was actually family-owned and got to chat briefly to the owner ourselves

We loved the pool terrace and beach area which always had plenty of sunbeds

We both got great massages from Alma, definitely the best of our holiday! It is a little bit peculiar that in order to access the sun terrace, guests have to walk through the spa – which is not conducive to creating a tranquil atmosphere in the spa

Knowing Croatia well, we were prepared for having to climb down a ladder into the crystal-clear sea (there is also a very small pebbly bay but you’d need swim shoes to go into the water there)

The Navis’ restaurant is simply outstanding (separate review). We enjoyed one superb dinner on the terrace. The included breakfast buffet was great and offered a lovely variety of dishes

Another minor niggle was the shower above the bath (luckily, we are both fit enough to climb into the bath but it could be an issue for somebody with mobility issues)

A wonderful weekend spent with my daughter. Exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff, a room with a sea view, excellent room service. And in the evening a gourmet experience with chef Mateo Frlan

Lovely hotel right on coast with great views - well appointed furnishings - great service - all the boxes checked for a good stay. Easy walk to City Center - maybe 15 minutes along the coast line

Great communication and help from Paula before the stay. Lovely breakfast and fantastic beach which is popular. View from the rooms is stunning and the walks and amenities close by are fantastic

The proximity of the port is certainly not in favor, but they still managed to organize the beach so that swimming is comfortable. We enjoyed our staying very much

We unfortunately didn’t get sun loungers because we were only staying for one night but we would get them if we came back again because the location is so perfect

The charm of Europe IS that it IS dated and so for the purpose of review I would say the decor is beautiful reflective of it's culture and was incredibly charming! We had beautiful view of the sea, and there was a church just to the right of our window where a wedding was taking place with flower pedal's lining the brick walk ways! A street singer played in the evening and the bride and groom boarded...

The best hotel in Opatia. Must go hotel if you seek a comfort, a great hospitality, a quiet place, a short distance to the beaches etc. An excellent relax place in Croatia.

Later in the evening, we had dinner at the hotel. When it came to my dietary needs, the staff really went the extra mile, and once again, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs

They were incredibly thoughtful and made sure I had delicious options that fit my requirements. It really made a big difference in how at ease I felt during my stay. And speaking of the staff, they are amazing

They were always super polite, cheerful, and ready to help with whatever I needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about making your stay special, and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality

When I arrived, I was, once again, really impressed with how spotless and cozy my room was. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-organized, making it a super comfortable place to unwind

I am pointing this out because often it is said that Opatija and Croatia in general are very expensive. Yes, the food in many restaurants in Opatija is expensive, but there are other with more affordable prices

Highly recommend to go there, because after the small part with stones there is a huge part with sand under the water. In the hotel's surrounding you have a lot of shops and restaurants

Inside this hotel there is a chocolate museum where you can buy chocolate produced in it or upstairs you can eat cakes made with this chocolate

This was our secund stay in this lovley hotel. Employer at the reception were very helpful ,frendly and pleasent,especially Domagoj. Breakfast was delicious,lot of choices ,nice and fresh food

Clean rooms,great food and amazing staff! The hotel is in the city centre which makes it perfect for sightseeing.

The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. This hotel has several restaurants and has a great location. In several minutes walk you can reach the beach Tomaševac

Almost quiet, accept weekend when is party in downstairs bar. Wi-Fi is sometimes weak, but working. Beach is about 25 stairs down. Also small swimming pool on the beach- very comfortable if sea is cold

Adriatic Riviera Nice and cool old style hotel in Opatija. If you like the Riviera feeling, you get full value.

That is perhaps 50 to 100 yards away from the hotel if you go to the hotel first with your bags then you have to take a long route back to the garage because the road by the hotel is one way but really a very nice place to stay

We enjoyed fine dining and service during our stay. One complaint was that the room was cold the first night. The reason being the heating system had not begun for the fall season

Amazing hotel with spectacular views and services. Why? The reception was welcoming and all of the staff members were service oriented. The room was clean and had a very special view overlooking the Adriatic sea

The hotel should tell you before you go to the beach that it is not included. Maybe the hotel should work out a deal that at least offers a discount to guests

Great stay, good location, easy parking, expensive beer. No kettle in room & the little mats which are laid on the room floor are dangerous

It would also be great if the outside area could be used to have breakfast as it is so beautiful outside. Overall a great new hotel with high potential. Except for the small details we are enjoying our stay here

" We were sitting at the beach that the hotel gave us towels for when a young gentleman came over and tried to charge 25 euro for our chairs and umbrella

I didn’t stay at the hotel but used it occasionally as a beach spot and for a quick bite. The food is very tasty and served quickly. The beach is nice, with paddleboards available for rent at a good price

The room was a small room but for me it was ok. You always hear the hvac system zooming. The location for me was not perfect, there is no beach here just concrete quays and stairs to get into the water

Nice little hotel. The room was okay, a little dated but this not a problem. The bed was comfortable. You have AC in the room, a plus in warm weather. The breakfast is good and you have a varied choice.

It surprised me that there are beachbeds on the concrete. If you walk 30 minutes there seems to be a gravel beach

Personally I liked it because it was very quiet compared to other places in Croatia and you could really relax in there

Really old building, but it still works. No TV, air conditioning, internet, refrigerant. The beds were too soft for me, but everything else was fine. The people are friendly, the view is awesome, and the beach is near.

Fine place for the undemanding guests who love the remains of a past that will soon be forgotten... Be sure to get seafront rooms. Reception on arrival and departure could be smarter...
