A very nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff. The location was great overlooking the ocean, an my room was nice and spacious, bed was great and it all looked newly renovated. The breakfast room was nice and food great. Excellent bacon. Also the inside pool was amazing, and I was there completely alone, having the place to my self. Was my first time there but will definitely be back next time I am in the area

Although the property was mid-renovation and hosting a conference while we visited, it was no challenge to thoroughly enjoy the place, the fabulous breakfast buffet, the hospitality, the VIEWS!, and the comfort. Renovated rooms were serene and extremely comfortable, and the location was A+++ for enjoying the location, the history and the Hapsburg architecture. If the world were smaller, we'd return.

My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. Its location in the very center of the city makes it an ideal choice for anyone wanting to be just steps away from the main attractions and amenities. A short but very comfortable stay in delightful Opatija, a town I have visited several times over the last forty years, at this excellent hotel. Rebeka, my Guest Experience Agent made me very welcome, was extremely polite informative and helpful. The entire team were most accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this establishment and look forward to another visit.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Opatija. The location is perfect next to the beach and a small harbour. Everything is elegant and brand new. The own beach is nice with the sunbeds. Room was perfect( toilet should have been bigger). You had to pay for the parking which was a bit expensive but the breakfast was exceptionally good.

Unfortunately, after many years in this hotel, I have to write a negative review. Although the restaurant and swimming pool have been renovated, I have to admit that they save a lot on staff and quality. The food for breakfast and dinner is monotonous and not quality for the price. Hello Marijan

The new renovated hotel is really nice. We booked a deluxe hotel room, we haven’t got terrace. The hotel haven’t got own beach, you should pay for the sunbeds (15 euro) and the towels too (10 euro).

We stayed in a newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer a stunning sea view. The hotel has a fantastic location – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent – both breakfast and dinner were fresh, varied, and delicious. We were especially impressed with the new wellness area and the pool overlooking the sea. The pool bar also serves great cocktails, which made the experience even better. All in all, this hotel is truly top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back!
