3 star hotels in Zadar

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.

Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.

Convenient location and nice room.

Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.

First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.

There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.

Simple institutional style hotel, no frills but clean, just a bit out of the way in a suburban semi industrial area out of the centre. Ok when you get Bolt app.

Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

Great service, perfect what we were looking for. Spent 1 nt. Quick Uber into Old town. The bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Only 25 mins to Zadar aiport.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend to others to stay at this hotel!

The overall feeling is not lost, the hotel decoration is like the 80s and 90s feeling, lack of light, all the electrical appliances in the room have to be separated to switch, the toilet flush can not cover the entire toilet, so there will be urine smell, electrical sockets only two tables. The room facilities are relatively simple and slightly old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an obstacle for ladies.

This hotel is located in a remote area, but it has its own parking lot, free parking is convenient, the room is clean, and the service attitude is very good. In addition, the breakfast is rich and cost-effective, so it is recommended to consider it. 😁😁

Really nice little hotel away from the busy old city but close enough to access. Very friendly staff and a great pool to chill out at.

Managed well with all the facilities, loved the breakfast too with variety of different foods..enjoyed the stay with kids.

We went to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was so welcoming & the food was amazing! Will be back next summer when we come visit my husband’s family again!

Unfortunately not stayed long enough and the promenade in front of the villa is in refurbishment but for sure for the better. The rooms are amazing and the staff is awesome. A place to come back for sure.

The room and bathroom were perfect, the staff is just so sweet and the access to the sea right across the road is perfect for sun bathing and swimming. The breakfast is good and has a lot of different possibilities and the menu is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a good and calm hotel not too far but not too close to Zadar.

Nice family hotel with awsome postion,next to the beach. Parking is vailable on front. We enjoyed staying here and would recomend it. Great restaurant and service. Conection to the city is easy with bus station in front. All in all great stay.

Villa is located is fantastic spot exactly opposite the beach. Good breakfast every day. Rooms is clean but little bit dated. When you going to swim you need to wear rubber swim shoes to protect your feet from Sea urchins.

It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing.

Just spent a 4 day midweek break there. The owner Zoran and wife are very friendly and informative about the hotel and surrounding areas. Couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the town from, 10 minute walk to the coast. Basic but light and airy, off road parking. Breakfasts offered at a reasonable price. All round good value for money.

Amazing host. Outdated but very clean rooms. Not so far away from city by foot or car and it has a free parking.

The owners are extremely friendly and nice, you truly feel at home and welcomed (bonus points for the lovely cat!). They have a breakfast option that is decent and gets you going for the day (continental breakfast but homemade and nice). The rooms are a biiit small (hence the 4 stars) but very clean and with all the amenities, we had a balcony too. The location is a bit further from the old town, but...

Lovely hotel, 25 min walk to the old town but there is a bus if needed. Cheep and cheerful, the rooms was very clean. Zoran (the owner) was extremely helpful, and looked after us our whole stay. Would recommend this hotel as very budged friendly.

Nice homestay with extremely friendly hosts. There is space for parking as well. We chose to have breakfast there and it was great.
