I didn't sleep there and I didn't pay anything but the free swimming pool (easily accessible by the left side or even by the beach entrance) is awesome! Once in the swimming pool, the water is just perfectly warm, even on the outside part

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Nothing bad to say about here at all

Beach is clean with enough shade and space. Pool seemed ok, but never used it. Or 20 minutes by tourist train (30 kuna per person) or bus (10 kuna one way ticket). Don't expect many shopping oportunities near hotel

All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it

There are some souvenier shops and a Konsum about 10 min away. Donat is fair average for a reasonable price. : I felt like in Czechoslovakia back again. :) You'll hear a lot of czech and slovak languages

Good location near bus station, beach a'd city center. Summing pool is nice. Quite rooms and comfortable. Good welcoming and food is just great 😍🍰! Love it. Surely I will be back and its my best location in Zadar.

This is a quiet hotel with a nice pool. You can stay here as your base and enjoy the sunshine. Helpful staff and nice rooms. It may be a taxi ride to the old town but the sea isn't far

The overall feeling is not lost, the hotel decoration is like the 80s and 90s feeling, lack of light, all the electrical appliances in the room have to be separated to switch, the toilet flush can not cover the entire toilet, so there will be urine smell, electrical sockets only two tables

If you are carrying heavy luggage, bring your own strong man, because there is no lift, you have to lift up the stairs, the only good thing is that there is free parking and a terrace to see the beautiful view

There are wonderful places to eat and visit around the hotel including the sea organ. Don't worry if you do not know how to get there! The staff will be more than willing to help

We tried the restaurant late night, excellent location , warm welcoming friendly staff that spoke english well. Recommended us a Croatian dish (Brancin) which was delicious.

We used the spa facilities, which we sincerely enjoyed. Seriously, we can’t recommend this hotel enough. Very happy with our stay! Will come back if we are in Zadar again!

There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend to others to stay at this hotel!

We had not planned to stay here but after my Husband has a accident at the beginning of our Croatian Cruise, we were stuck in Zadar waiting on our insurance company to call, so after some time we decided it was best to find a hotel for the night and Hotel ZaDar was the closest to the bus station, where we were hanging around! We could not have chosen a better hotel

Negatives are few - the lack of a lift is an obvious one, but the staff will help lug your bags to your room, and another was the horrible air freshener they use in the rooms which, to us at least, was too full-on and required a couple of hours of ventilation with open windows to get rid of

We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and had lovely fish the first night and although my order was messed up in the second night, it was still good and I was not too bothered

Very nice small hotel with excellent service and good parking. Breakfast was very good. Room with good AC. And Google shower and adicquite lighting for shaving. The only problem no lift. Else all was great.

awesome hostel to stay at! Comfy bed that's nice and clean, there's a mirror by the bed which is great when I'm getting ready in the morning for make up. There are mirrors everywhere else too (bathroom and shower)

My room has our own toilet and shower room that are separated and super convenient. You can pull down the shade for privacy, and there's 2 outlets for charging. Location is amazing in the old town

We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated

The free breakfast in the morning was another excellent surprise, and everything was so clean, new, and cozy! We didn't need to have the air conditioning on too much during our stay, but it's great to have during the height of the summer

The room was equipped with AC which was really helpful during the hottest days of the year. We absolutely would come again

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The rooms are newly updated and it was such a pleasant surprise. My friend and I stayed in direct view of the church tower and square, which was amazing

Having said that, we got our VW T Cross rental through the gap without any damage - it did take one of us directing and one driving! The host also allowed us to park right outside, so we didn’t need to drive over the uneven surface

Highly recommended in the heart of the old town Lovely apartment in a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town minutes walk from the cathedral and Roman forum. Our room was a good size with great storage

The room itself had a great kitchen area, with a sink, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom was compact, but had everything that was needed. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep

When we arrived, the host gave us some excellent information about Zadar, and not only recommended a couple of good places to eat, but also called to make reservations for us

The room was up a couple of flights of stairs and there is no lift. If we were to stay in Zadar again, we would definitely stay here

It is disappointing for the price. Although it was expensive compared to the old town, I chose it because of its convenience, but it feels like it was made with a partition on the second floor of the bus terminal

I don't want to recommend it to others. And because the signboard wasn't right, I wandered around the bus terminal for about 30 minutes. If the owner reads this article, I hope it helps to improve

The furniture was new and clean, The heating was noisy and it was not working well, so it was cold all night. There was also my mistake in choosing the bus terminal, but it was noisy

We went with our 4 year old son and they got along very well despite not speaking the same language :) Very nice location, quiet, nice design of the house and the pool and its surroundings are clean and tidy

First of all I would like to start with the host: he was very nice, helpful and friendly. On arrival, he explained everything in detail and showed us around

He also gave us ideas on where to go, what to see, where to eat. The room was also very nice, clean and well equipped

All in all a very super place to stay, I can only recommend it to everyone who wants to stay here

The dorm beds each have their own lamp & socket as well as a large locker with its own provided lock - always a bonus! Each floor (3 in total) has their own shower & toilet (our floor's facilities came with a rather unpleasant scent that did not encourage one to linger - a slight surprise given the daily thorough cleaning)

Great location. Very clean and cosy. Crammed in the bathroom and staircase. Friendly employee. They should change the gmaps entry to show the bar and improve the signs to make it easier to find.

I loved the room it was alot for me and my mother we slept well but the problem was that there were alot of loud people and people shouting outside The cleaning Staff with the bathroom was horrifying the toilets were smelling on the last day and it's not somewhere you would wanna pee in but overall all 4 nights is ok

Travelers were able to book 1 night at a time and extend without issue (during the offseason). Additionally, you were able to store luggage for free after checkout

There is a tiny kitchen upstairs which is combined with a hangout social area although no one seems to hang out there (not the most social option)

There is nothing special about this place but it gets the job done if you want a centrally (tourist) located hostel option that accepts cards
