Slightly bland but very clean hotel on a main road out in the suburbs but easy to reach the old town by uber. What gives it four stars rather than lower is the pleasant and welcome pool (especially after a hot day of sightseeing) and the very helpful staff. It's also quiet - at least our room was, which faced the pool and had a small balcony. Negatives are few - the lack of a lift is an obvious one...
Excellent mini-hotel near the center and the beach, parking, swimming pool, excellent. Everything at your fingertips, friendly staff

The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.
Convenient location and nice room.
Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.
First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.
There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.
Simple institutional style hotel, no frills but clean, just a bit out of the way in a suburban semi industrial area out of the centre. Ok when you get Bolt app.

I had a very pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, the staff was great, beach is near and bus station is close by. Very good 👍
Lovely service, very warm and confortable, looking forward to returning in summer.
The hotel is directly at the sea. Room was clean and the hosts helpful. We ordered mostly fish menu at the restaurant. Everything was great and we recommend this place.
Excellent accommodation and friendly hosts. The room was very neat, I will definitely come back again!
Good place for accommodation if you need a bed and shower. Breakfast also ok. Rooms are wide and clean.
Restaurant with classic menu and pizza. Terasse with sea view. Pizza is good but small. Service is good.

Lovely campsite with amazing facilities. Private beach and access to the Funimation wellness center and spa. Only a short cycle into Zadar following the coastal road. Private beach ⛱️
Had such a pleasant stay at Falkensteiner. The Spa treatments are a must try and the staff is very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.
I liked it very much, all the employees work with great and always polite, very light food. I recommend!!!
Great location and quality staff. Best for families with children since they have playground and a lot of stuff to do for kids
Nice hotel but the food during lunch and dinner isn't the best. Big slices of pork (bacon?) is more boiled than fried. I ended up going into the city to eat instead. Everything else is great
Great friendly staff that speaks foreign languages. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch was so so. Heated outdoor and indoor pool. Fantastic views from rooms.

The room is very satisfactory, the heating is sufficient, the sea is opposite, the service staff is very fast, free parking is available, and there is a buffet
Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.
There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
Not satisfied, service facilities are poor
Very good hotel and delicious breakfast, our room is facing the beach and the swimming pool, walk 20 minutes to sea Organ

We were there in August, the weather was very hot, and the hotel was completely full. Despite being completely full, everything worked fine, the hotel was very clean, rooms are nicely decorated (except for the annoying thing, that bathrooms do not have doors), air conditioning was perfect, and it was silent at night. Luckily for me there is the beach, because I could not have stood the full, loud,...
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Wonderful clean and large pools for both adults and children. The staff was kind and very helpful. Range of activities for children is large and animators were great with kids. The food was perfect and the selection was large. We are definitely coming back again.
The best hotel I’ve stayed in. The food is wonderful with absolutely everything you could want for breakfast and dinner. The pools are all heated. The reception staff are very kind and will do everything to help the only drawback is there’s no door on the bathroom although the shower and toilet each have their own door but when hubby got up during the night to use the bathroom he had to put the light...
Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Definitely a 5 star hotel, the hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious and perfect for families with the kids room separate. The food is absolutely amazing, such great variety and delicious, especially the pizza! The sweet room is such a great idea and has the wow factor. Falkyland is incredible, it’s so great for children under 10, the soft play and the...
We are staying 9 nights at the hotel, and are on our 7th night. This has been hands down our best family vacation yet, and this is comparing to family resorts across the Caribbean, Maldives and Turkey. Falkensteiner Diadora stands out on several unique attributes which we didn’t get anywhere else. We are generally big fans of Falkensteiner family properties, having stayed numerous times at Falkensteiner...

The hotel is located in the center of Zadar's old town, on the pedestrian street, so you need to walk in. The location is excellent. It is in the ancient city. It is very convenient to reach all attractions on foot. The service is very good. Worth recommending
The location is great but the price/performance ratio is not high
Very happy with the stay here. Nice bed, clean room and lovely breakfast. I recommend the eggs Benedict
Great hotel in a beautiful location. Situated right in the historic center of Zadar, very near to the port, it is a small hotel with nice, comfortable rooms. Everything was great, I cannot speak for dinner and lunch as I dined outside, breakfast is excellent. Super nice staff that’s always happy to help you!

Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good. Not bad, not great. All inclusive, the croatian style. Food a little repetitive, leftovers from lunch are often reused for supper. Enough tasty fish, different types, different styles. Very pleasant stay (5 nights) , tastefully decorated but room was a little small. Good breakfast, just ask the staff for hot food and they make it (much better than a hot buffet). Great location with most things in walking distance. Staff always courteous and friendly. I would definitely return.
My Husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. We were so impressed during our stay. Our suite was spacious and clean. We were upgraded to this hotel when our original choice had to be closed due to low booking. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome. Lovely room with excellent view over the Harbour. Room had very efficient air conditioning. Very nice breakfast buffet. Definitely best place in town.
We tried the restaurant late night, excellent location , warm welcoming friendly staff that spoke english well. Recommended us a Croatian dish (Brancin) which was delicious.
Excellent hotel, had a few restful nights there. Large rooms with nice view from the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the staff welcoming and kind. Every room looks elite and has a nice style. The city center was close, really had nothing to complain about

The room facilities are relatively simple and slightly old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an obstacle for ladies.
This hotel is located in a remote area, but it has its own parking lot, free parking is convenient, the room is clean, and the service attitude is very good. In addition, the breakfast is rich and cost-effective, so it is recommended to consider it. 😁😁
Close to the road, too noisy! The room is also old.
Really nice little hotel away from the busy old city but close enough to access. Very friendly staff and a great pool to chill out at.
Managed well with all the facilities, loved the breakfast too with variety of different foods..enjoyed the stay with kids.

Just like Airbnb, the hostess is very nice, but there are stairs and it is hard to carry large luggage
Because of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. She is a very beautiful lady! Candies were prepared for the children, and drinks and coffee were prepared for the adults. She also carefully introduced the must-see places in the old town. The room is fully equipped, beautifully...
We absolutely loved our stay! Yes, these are more of luxury flats than a hotel. And yes, the building and the climb up the stairs are not a strong point. But the rooms themselves are treat! We stayed in the Gold room and loved the convenience of the location and how the room was furnished. Beautifully decorated and stocked with nibbles and drinks. Inga was a wonderful host who gave us a great overview...
To start: i think it’s inaccurate to call it Hotel. It’s more a “luxury” flat in a very ugly building. If you have locomotion problems this is not for you, as you have 3 floors of steps to climb to the room, which by the way is very beautiful and well decorated. Everything new and good quality. It was not easy to find the closest parking lot, since the street where the hotel is located is forbidden...
Inga our host was warm and welcoming and everything was presented beautifully. The rooms are in a great location to explore the old city.
Firstly, I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you have a car. The carpark was a bit tricky to find and was absolutely full when we arrived, with people double-parked everywhere. Luckily someone left while we were hanging around - but this is just an ordinary uncovered public carpark and so we didn't feel the car was very secure. However, the rooms were only a 4 minute easy walk away - and we were met...

Our fifth visit to the Adriana and as usual it was exceptional. The rooms have been refurbished since our last visit but we were pleased to find that the ambience and service remains as we remembered it. It was clean and comfortable and very quiet in the apartment complex. Staff was lovely and quick to respond. Bit surprised no reception but wasnt a problem in the end. There is free parking which is good but for some reason our space was taken for the duration of our stay. Which was naughty
Very nice welcome, the room is in a building. It is modern and pretty, a small problem all the same, the water seeps under the shower door.
Furnishings and flair of the room is great, but there are a few shortcomings - a faucet in the double sink is broken, spots in the shower are hanging out of the wall... Bed and bed linen are very comfortable, the balcony was very bare - no seating
Not only did it save our vacation, but the room is splendid, Clean, with a "Luna" theme (refined, well-kept, clean interiors ... in short, luxury!). The receptionist (Zlata) is a splendid girl, extremely available, prepared and professional!!! It is 300 meters from the bridge that connects with the old city. There is everything nearby: supermarket, bars, restaurants, bike rentals and everything necessary...
Nice room and very cozy bed. Spaceous bathroom.

Nice, clean place with kind and good staff.
This is a beautiful place to eat, the service is exceptional, the food was expertly prepared, the wine choice, directed by the waiter, was excellent and from a local vineyard. The hotel is new and everything is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The owner is the receptionist and he is very helpful, easy going and overall nice to chat with. The rooms are great, bit far from the center, you need to use bolt/Uber. The view from the last flours towards the bay is great
Price-quality wise easily the best hotel we had on our Croatia trip. Breakfast is offered on the top floor, providing you with an impressive view over Zadar. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always provided. Very likeable owner, who truly wants you to have the best possible experience in his home town.
A bit pricey but everything was excellent. Clean rooms, big bed, one of the best A/C systems available, modern showering facilities and a very nice pool to cool off during the heatwave. There is a free parking for customers and its pretty close to the center of Zadar if u want to go visit some shops/dine/party. Great hotel!
