Everything about this property is amazing. Enjoyment for the whole family. All staff are professional and kind.

We had stayed at this property 12 years ago so we decided to stay again. It was not as enjoyable as the first time. It was very noisy and the property had not been maintained very well.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.

Stayed for a night, very friendly and accommodating staff! Breakfast spread was huge and everything was fresh. Room is small but nice upscale design.

My Husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. We were so impressed during our stay. Our suite was spacious and clean. We were upgraded to this hotel when our original choice had to be closed due to low booking. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome. Lovely room with excellent view over the Harbour. Room had very efficient air conditioning. Very nice breakfast buffet. Definitely best place in town.

We tried the restaurant late night, excellent location , warm welcoming friendly staff that spoke english well. Recommended us a Croatian dish (Brancin) which was delicious.

This is a beautiful place to eat, the service is exceptional, the food was expertly prepared, the wine choice, directed by the waiter, was excellent and from a local vineyard. I can't recommend this enough. The hotel also looks very nicely presented and seems like the perfect place to stay in the old town of Zadar.

Good location along the water, nice room, I think people lived there which was a little uncomfortable. The lady who took us up to the room just dumped us off, said nothing, how to work things, close by things to see, not friendly. The worst part was when we were going back to the room to check out, the cleaning lady acted mad at us for wanting in our room to get our things.

Only issue I had was it was on a main road that was loud, no way I could leave the window open. I recommend getting a room on the non-street side if that kind of thing bothers you.

We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.

Karlo was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff was impolite and the units smelled bad. Location was terrific. Lots of stairs up so don't stay here if you're not mobile.

The room itself was fine but keep in mind that only the check-in is at the given address. The rooms/apartments are scattered around town up to 1/4 mile or so from the check-in desk.

For the money paid it is not worth it. Small room with no charm. Host was incredible though. If it was not for his attitude I would be disappointed. It worked for us for one night, but longer stay would be problematic. Overall Zadar is not worth a trip. Sorry
