A highly recommended establishment, with very modern and clean rooms and all the necessary services for your stay in Zagreb. The breakfast was varied and abundant, with options for all tastes. The reception staff was very friendly. It is located in a quiet, suburban area near a large shopping center. The room was very spacious and had a large terrace to enjoy the outdoors.

The only issue is that it says on Booking that there is parking, but we actually had to pay for the city garage located in the hotel building. That was a very unpleasant surprise. The location is perfect, right near Jelacic Square in the city center. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious enough. Since the room key is a regular key rather than a card, the door doesn’t lock automatically. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Zagreb.

Fantastic location with great airport pickup option. Staff was very nice. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom well sized with good amenities. Our room was quiet and we were there on a weekend. Breakfast was average. There wasn't an elevator, which was a little difficult but not terrible.

We enjoyed every thing about this hotel- staff, location, shampoo/soap/lotion and especially breakfast. Be aware that the hotel fronts onto a no drive street and has no elevator. Thus schlepping bags could be a chore if your’s are big & bulky and/or you’re physically compromised. The parking space is located a short distance…maybe a block from hotel.

Fantastic location. Could walk to everything downtown; the main square, funicular, museums, open air market at main square, old town, fabulous restaurants. A little gem tucked away! The entrance to the hotel is off the Main Street and a little quieter. The staff were wonderfully friendly! The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. It's a very retro hotel, located on a hillside. The environment is great, and the air is very fresh. It's in the northern part of the city, and there aren't many amenities nearby. It's about 10 kilometers from downtown, so transportation isn't very convenient.

Just spent 4 weeks touring the western Balkans and this was our final night, as well as our wedding anniversary, so we wanted somewhere special. We could not have chosen better. Beautifully decorated hotel including rooms. Service was excellent, the staff are very professional. There was a buffet plus cooked-to-order hot breakfast. Beakfasts were so good we ate too much. I stayed on Sat~Sun, and there was a public parking lot diagonally across, so parking was free.
