The hotel is excellent – great value for money. The breakfast was tasty, with a small but well-selected assortment. The room was very cozy, with a view of the boulevard and the lively streets of the city.
We especially appreciated the private parking – both underground and outdoor, which is extremely convenient for families traveling with a baby, lots of luggage, and even a roof cargo box.
Special thanks to the lady who welcomed and accommodated us – Marjana Zdravkovikj , an outstanding professional and a very kind person.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, regardless of the purpose of their stay in Zagreb.

Why does this hotel have 4 stars? First, we ordered a room specifically with a view over the city and large windows, when we entered the room it was a small window and it SMELLED like a sewer, so bad in the room we had to go back to the reception to ask for a different room that didn’t smell. We finally got in a ‘decent’ room, asking room service to make the couch bed since it wasn’t made yet. Mind you we asked them to make the bed before we had dinner, around 11pm we came back, nothing happened. No one made any beds. We went back downstairs and apparently she was “too busy”??? Too busy to make a bed for your customers you’re asking money from? Can’t even start on how hard the bed was, don’t know why this is hotel has four stars. An immediate No.

I stayed on Sat~Sun, and there was a public parking lot diagonally across, so parking was free.

The accommodation was much bigger than I thought. The facilities were also good.
The breakfast place was small, so it would be good to eat when there were no people.
Breakfast was delicious.

It's a good hotel. The rooms are not big but the facilities are complete. The only regret is that the soundproofing is not good. I don't know why I can hear the people next to me talking.

The most cost-effective and clean hotel in Zagreb. It is close to the tram station and takes about 20 minutes to get to Jelacic Square.
