In the heart of the down town. Easy access to places. Room was smell cigarette I don't know why as it was non smoking room.

Bathroom is tiny, you should open the door first then in and close it to reach basin. There was a loudness from the other rooms as I experienced the sounds of the next and upper rooms in my room.

However you can stay for your short visits.

Please keep in mind that there's currently an active construction site right next to the hotel. I had to walk through this because there was no pathway which was incredibly unsafe. I found out after that there's another route via Google maps. They could've warned guests in advance. For that reason, they get 1 star for lack of consideration for guest safety. Apart from that, the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was delicious

Had the pleasure of staying there after a recommendation for nearly a week. Rooms were cleaned every day. Personnel was incredebily kind and professional. They were also quite flexible and helpful upon us sharing our dilemmas. Defo coming back when visiting Zagreb.

The hotel is well located - and although it is close to the central station (the window overlooks old locomotives), it is very quiet. Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts (10eu). The hotel has its own parking lot (10 euro/day).

This is an old building with minimim amenities. It is more suitable for budget travelers.

Pros:
1. Pretty decent location in Zagreb for the money. Not in the center but close enough to some good restaurants. We went to restaurant Nk Trinje, which is pretty close by
2. Rooms were clean
3. Nice terrace outside where you can eat and drink your own stuff
4. Breakfast was nice (although the sausages/eggs didn't have heating elements below them)
5. You can decide on a day by day basis if you want to take breakfast by buying a coupon
6. Didn't experience noise (we fortunately didn't have a room near the terrace)

Cons:
1. In both rooms of me and my friend the shower head didn't stay on, so we had to shower by hand
2. In my bathroom there was no protection cap on the bathroom light, seems a bit dangerous. The hotel has some wear and tear that requires renovation
3. No fridge in room
4. If you're unlucky enough to have a room near the outside terrace, you will probably experience noise
5. Parking is not included in the price

The room was nice, a bit small, but very clean. The bedding wasn't likely to cause allergies.

The drinks at the hotel were a bit pricey, but the convenience store at the gas station near the entrance solved that problem.

It costs an extra 15 euros for guests with pets. Although the bed was intentionally designed so that guests couldn't crawl under it, it was possible for someone to crawl under the edge. I spent two hours looking for my cat.

The hotel is rather dark and far from the bus station, requiring a certain distance to walk, but the room hygiene and overall service quality are acceptable and I would book again if there is a chance!

No one took notice nor cared
£5 small coke no change given . Apparently no change but ask for it to be paid in cash

Stayed overnight. Good option for "sleeping". The biggest plus in such heat is air conditioning!
If you stay for a long time - not an option. No refrigerator, kettle and bottled water (not provided)
