I really enjoyed my stay here for the recent night. Everything went so smoothly, the breakfast was great, the room is also clean and friendly looking, the staff was helpful... If you need a good place to stay in the central part of Zagreb, and if you're used to the urban downtown life noises just like me and they don't disturb you, this is what I really recommend for You also!

The staff was polite and willing to answer any questions we had. The room we stayed in was very clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of food.

Misleading parking information.

The property is advertised as having parking, which turned out to be false. There is no private parking. Only a vague recommendation for nearby parking, which in my case had no available spaces.

Because of this, I had to find parking myself and pay 36 EUR, something I would never have accepted if the information had been accurate from the start.

On top of that, there is no elevator, making luggage handling unnecessarily difficult.

If I had known the real situation, I would have booked elsewhere. Transparency is the minimum expectation. It was not met here.

I would not return and do not recommend this place.

Location is practical and good!

The rooms on the top floor are similar to attics so not too comfortable to walk around with the beams all over. The step the moment you open the door is also a bit dangerous without a headsup if you don't know about it.

I didn't mind the noise. As I live in a metropolitan city.

The reception staff is great!

The breakfast has a nice selection, not everything was labeled though so you have to ask about most things.

The breakfast staff asked for my room number 3 times in 40 mn during me eating breakfast and that was very uncomfortable.

Great location, right in the center of the city. Because of this though, the street the hotel is on is very busy, especially because of the tram, so the rooms are a bit noisy, but nothing too crazy if you're used to city noise. The staff was very nice and kind, they welcomed us warmly despite the slight language barrier (my parents only speak italian). Would definitely recommend staying here, even if you have a car, because the hotel is near a public parking spot.

The hotel is located in the 1/F. The staff is very kind for help to carry my luggage’s to the hotel as he saw me to carry a heavy luggage. Room is clean and tidy and the breakfast is quite good.

Terrible room. No elevator, even to reach the front desk you have to climb stairs so be careful if you have heavy luggages. They told us that there was no AC, apparently the manager cut it off for some reason? So it was incredibly hot in the room. We were in an attic room so there was a stick to open the windows, it was poorly insulated. They give you earplugs but you can feel and hear everything, the whole room starts trembling when the tram comes nearby or even when people open and close doors. The bedside lamps were broken. There’s Netflix and YouTube at least… The staff is nice at the front desk but that’s it. The breakfast was average.

The hotel is good. The room is big and clean. I upgraded to a family room for free. The breakfast is good. It is close to the old town and attractions. The price-performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied with this booking. If I come next time, I may stay here again.
