- Positive: location, impeccable cleanliness - Negative: everything else • Check-in was very complicated because we arrived after 10 pm. We had notified them, and they were supposed to send us a code to open the container holding the key. On the day of arrival, in the afternoon, we still hadn't received the code despite four follow-up emails and about ten phone calls, which they never seemed to answer. After contacting *********** to ask them to get in touch, we finally got the code, but what a waste of time... Furthermore, I read in some reviews that some guests never received the code at all, so be careful. • The room was impeccably clean and seemed comfortable; however, once you get on the beds, you realize that the night won't be pleasant. The mattresses sag in the middle, as if you were on a waterbed or inflatable mattress. In addition, they make so much creaking noise that it wakes you up every time you turn over. • Really, a lot of noise. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear a lot of people talking very loudly in the hallways and/or their rooms, and it echoes as if they were right there in your room. Furthermore, when other guests take showers in the middle of the night, you can hear all the noise. The reception was also very unpleasant at breakfast and when paying; not a greeting, not even a glance. You get the feeling you're bothering them. In short, I really don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to get any kind of rest.
