Absolutely worked hotel I've ever been in. Staff are useless, don't even speak English. The rooms are filthy, outdated and falling to pieces. Nothing close by, just the beach. The pool also had alge in it. Never again.

Summary: We returned here for sentimental reasons, but the hospitality we remembered is dead. The management is incredibly unfriendly and aggressive. They seem more interested in making up excuses than helping their guests. The Staff & The Lie: The biggest issue was the receptionist’s attitude. I was forbidden from taking my road bikes to the room under the pretext that the "brand-new elevators and walls" must be protected. The Reality: The elevators date back to 1996. They are old and worn out. The Lack of Hospitality: If the hotel truly cared about property maintenance, they would have offered a secure indoor storage room or a locker. Instead, I was rudely told to leave expensive equipment on an open outdoor rack. I ended up forced to keep them on my car for 4 days through three rainstorms. It’s not about the bikes—it’s about the complete lack of flexibility and basic courtesy. Room & Facilities (A Disaster): The "apartment" is falling apart. It feels like the owners are squeezing out the last cents before the building is demolished. Plumbing: The shower is unusable; water alternates between freezing and scalding. Climate: The AC was broken, making the room uncomfortable. Kitchen: Completely ill-equipped. No microwave, and I had to beg for a basic kettle. The few pots available were greasy and ancient. If you must stay here, bring your own kitchenware. Final Verdict: The sea view cannot compensate for the hostile management and the miserable state of the rooms. The staff treats guests like a nuisance rather than customers. We will never return and strongly advise you to save your money and nerves by booking elsewhere.

Old fashioned not good for disabled people even though they said it is food discusting no lights out the back at the bus stop to far away from things

The hotel apartments are terrible , but are clean, rooms are extremely dated, limited kitchen equipment , no dishes for cooking in the rusty oven , no microwave , broken light fittings held together with tie wraps, one socket, hard bed, perished foam on sofa bed. Bathroom toilet not attached to wall, CAST IRON rusty bath, with no plug, cockroach’s came out from under tiling. No information in room for hotel or area, no signal for tv , no remote, no phone to contact reception, furniture old and dated . The hotel looks good it has been painted, food was good and good value. No Wi-Fi only in reception, areas were clean . Outside area is good and tidy, the pool is lovely but no hand rail to help enter, showers weren’t working, the beach area is beautiful soft sand and shallow water. This is why we went but were never shown reviews on booking this was a big mistake. It was unsuitable for us as elderly with walking difficulties just too far out from bars and supermarkets that closed at 7 pm. Had to get the bus constantly which stops outside hotel in car park terminus. Hotel mini market had very little to purchase, not even butter for bread. You had to ask for it to be opened at reception, possibly because no one else was staying there. No rep visits this hotel, we had to phone her, we saw one other man who was demanding to be moved . I have never stayed in self catering apartments as bad as this .

Room was OK for a 3 star hotel. However what made the stay for us was direct access to an amazing clean beach.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews but luckily didn’t let it put us off. As we had a lovely stay there. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by friendly reception staff, in fact all staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful throughout our holiday. My son and I booked a one bedroom apartment, which was ideal to allow us our own privacy with beds being in both rooms. The apartment was clean and some may complain the beds are hard, but I loved that, as I got a great sleep every night and my back never hurt once all holiday. The shower could do with updating, but that was only a minor issue. When I woke up the first morning, I looked out of our balcony window to realise we had been upgraded to a sea view room and couldn’t believe how outstanding the view was. Breakfast had a lot of variety which suited us both. We didn’t eat dinner there as we planned to go out and explore Pathos or try different local restaurants and bars if having a relaxing pool or beach day. It’s a quiet relaxing hotel, perfect for peaceful relaxation, which is we what we wanted. There’s a lovely local bar a few minutes walk away called Legends, that has regular entertainment and nice food and a really lovely restaurant which is also around 5 mins walk along the beach path called Porto Antinca. Plus a bus that stops right outside the hotel which will take you to the Tomb of Kings, plus connecting busses to other places. For only €6.50 for a day pass it’s well worth it.

On arrival it was late at night so couldn’t see much room Ants running all over kitchen work top and sink room very out dated and I mean out dated pool area no rail handle to get in and out of pool sand in pool never seen pool getting cleaned and I’m up from 5am restaurant very out dated only went down once for breakfast and that was enough staff not very friendly reception lady sooooo rude to everyone it’s a shame as it has beautiful walks around it and beaches but will never be back to this hotel and when you see prices for next year they are having a laugh

Stayed in October 2025 - Family holiday via Jet2, 2 rooms, 4 adults (2x Under 25) TL;DR - this hotel will not suit your needs. Read the reviews, set your expectations very low (1/2 stars), and do not book this hotel if you are expecting a “normal package holiday”. If you are an older, quieter, couple, looking to eat, drink, sunbathe on the beach every day and nothing else - this hotel would maybe work. Arrival - Do not book a coach transfer as you could be over an hour from Paphos Airport. This hotel is incredibly out of the way from main centre of Paphos, and one of the last on the main bus route. You will be asked to provide passport and contact details upon arrival, check-in can last up to 10-15 mins. Arrived before 11pm and had to navigate to room in darkness, there is no lighting or none that works. Corridors are outside (like a Motel), ceilings are very low and I personally hit my head hard on this as no signage or warnings were present. Our room (01B) was quoted as a Studio Side Sea View. As on the basement floor, our view out the back door was of a perimeter hedge. Walkways are not accessibly lit, and “ramps” are incredibly radical. Stairways are trip hazards and walls are very low down and could be dangerous for children. There is still Covid-19 stickers, information, and rules placed in the foyer in the very dated lobby, which is the first of two wifi hotspots (which is around 300mbps, hilariously quick speeds for a hotel without any in-room wifi). Placed in the centre of the lobby is a table of “Thank you” cards and a large shrine to the hotels founder. Room(s) - Studio room was very very basic. We did not unpack as there was no space to. The beds were two single beds pushed together, and incredibly hard. Funnily enough, the “duvet” is the same material used for the “curtain” which is really not effective at blocking sunlight, streetlights, or the sun’s heat. The air conditioning, despite being advertised to be “off”, was still operational from the wall however sounded in incredible disrepair and did not blow air at all. Appliances were very dated and damaged, and tap fittings are rusted and dirty. The fridge had not been cleaned. The sheets on the bed were ripped, and the curtains were hanging off the wall. The sink also was blocked upon arrival. The TV looked to be new, however you must ask for a TV remote at reception. Not to worry, as the TV could not tune to any channels and as there is no in-room Wifi, none of the smart features work. If you plan to cook, most of the advertised in-room features do not exist, or you have to request items (such as a second glass or mug for a double occupancy room). What was included in our room, was an array of bugs and cockroaches - causing my partner to be unable to sleep. We reported bugs for 3 days, and was presented with half a can of bug spray. Hotel staff stated “The bugs come in from under the door” - which did not help the situation. The hotel “is fully booked” until a point where

The Corallia Apartments is a great place to stay as we (me & my wife) find the place clean with excellent food and very professional excellent staff. The Reception staff are great especially Adrian who I think is the evening/night guy and Harry who is the day guy. Never had a problem there and they go out of their way to help. Some people say the place is dated but on the other hand you don't change a winning team. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious and the hotel has a pool which is clean and maintained, a pool bar which is attached to the Restaurant complex and serves hot food as well as snacks, coffee, ice creams slush puppy iced drinks as well as alcohol. It has its own beach where a lounger will cost you 2.50 for a visit whether for an 1 hour or all day! The car park attached by a walk way is less than 300 metres and is where the 615 Bus terminates and has a 10-15 min availability and runs from there from early (how early I don't know 'cos we were in bed until about 12.30or even till about 1.00am. this takes you to Coral Bay Avenue and down to Tomb of the Kings bus station, for two euros. Don't expect banging music all night or Benidormesque nights, just the opposite. It's warm and friendly like most Cypriots and is there to escape the madness of Brits abroad. We hope to return in May, all being well. Love going there! PS Surrounded by history and culture if you like it or just lazing, eating and snoozing then more lazing.

This sign is illegal.

It is not forbidden to bring your own food and drink to any beach in Cyprus as not a single beach is privately owned by anyone and never will be.

So whatever beach you like the look of - Use it, respect your neighbours, respect the environment and enjoy the beach as it belongs to all Cypriots.
