Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7. 5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

We stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras from October 4–11, 2025, as a group of four families in six rooms. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food

Blancet seal in paket smell fresh, wall drow cell light in use the light appear. Light in room have different option to meet the different preferences

Magnifying mirror within the main bathroom mirror for shavings etc. Sanitizer to use on toilet seats before you sit down

Pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds and easy access to both the pool and sea. The beach was rocky and in need of a tidy up

We use only the tennis facilities at Atlantica Miramare Beach. The courts are in good condition and enjoyable to play on

Surprised to see, for the first time in Cyprus, that tiles on the pool walls and floor we're missing and in need of obvious repair! Breakfast offering had plenty of choice and was of a good quality

However, the booking process could definitely be improved—it currently requires a phone call, which isn’t very convenient. An online booking system would make things much easier and more efficient

Overall, it’s a good setup, but a small update like that would enhance the user experience significantly

It was only let down by coffee machines which we're slow resulting in long queues, no small tables meaning sharing large rables with other guests and smokers taking no interest in abiding with no smoking areas or staff enforcing the policy

Last day here today so requested a late check out (6pm). Family of 4 (children 13/10) so we booked interconnecting sea view rooms

The service was excellent; we were upgraded to a sea-view room, which is close to the old pier.

Great service, amazing breakfast. Sevearal on-property swimming pools (some also heated), very polite and kind staff members. Comfortable beds, very clean and nice terrace with a side view of sea

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location, just a 5 minute stroll to the harbour. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, Pool area is a lovely place to relax. Lots of sunbeds and a wonderful heated pool

There was music in the hotel a couple of evenings. We enjoyed our sea view (more of the pool), terrace room

Pool was good and really clean the day we used it but we are note beach focused on our hols and love the sea. Location is great and near everything you need with some great beaches nearby within walking distance

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

We had a great time at Atlantica Panthea in Ayia Napa! The hotel is close to the sea with lovely views. Entertainment was amazing for both adults and kids

A few things that let it down was- there’s not really at atmosphere around the pool, the sun beds are taken by about 9am with towels over them even though they are most uncomfortable things I’ve ever led on

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

Attentive and enthusiastic staff. The beach is clean, sandy entrance to the sea convenient. The sunbeds on the sea do not have access to the hotel is irrelevant

The beach it backs on to is amazing. When I stayed kids where running up and down 8am so if that bothers you properly wouldn't be the place for you. Great if you have a family and like to get up early on holiday

a nice hotel with good food and friendly staff nice rooms but a bit noisy air conditioner. lots of activities for guests from morning to late evening. I haven't found anything to complain about

Food, staff and entertainment were all really good. Room was a little tired but still kept nice and clean. It could have done with a bit more storage for clothes etc

The location is not as bad as some reviews state, just walk a little further and you come across plenty of bars. A 15 minute bus ride takes you straight into Limassol, well worth the 2€

All staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff are all friendly, attentive and approachable. We can’t wait to return sometime in the future! Again massive thanks to all staff and the entertainment crew!!!

A very clean and nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is not many parking spaces.

Booked a day pass to use the pool. It is situated in the middle of a residential area; you wouldn’t be aware of that with all the palm trees around the pool. Lovely day out and very relaxing.

The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded

So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once

I was disappointed with the spa area. A nice indoor pool which was quite cool and I saw no one use it. It just didn’t seem very inviting and I love swimming

The beach is tiny but there are loungers and it's quiet over there. Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with this resort having been to many in the past

The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat

The setting is fabulous and about a 30 min walk along the beautiful coastal path to the Harbour. Buses run from outside the hotel. Overall a nice stay but not fantastic

The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special

Had a memorable stay at this hotel. Special shout out to Andreas Moulazimis our breakfast host and now friend. Great set up. Exceptional staff all way through. Keep up the good work. Ps one of the best breakfasts.

Everything was very clean. The staff are attentive and very polite. The food was great. Location was perfect. We were happy with everything and would definitely go back.

Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout

Everything was perfect, the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The food was great, plenty of sun loungers, right on the best beach in Cyprus. Lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Capo Bay Hotel is lovely.Cant fault it .Friendly kind staff too. Two minutes walk to Fig tree bay beach,warm clear water , three minutes walk to a number of restaurants serving delicious food.

During my stay at this exceptional hotel, I must say I have never felt more welcomed and accommodated. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be

Another amazing holiday at the Tsokkos Protaras Hotel. The staff are amazing and helpful , Hotel very clean. The service was absolutely phenomenal

As we stayed in November there was not a shortage of sunbeds available but there are plenty of areas to sit & the position of the hotel was great too & so lovely to be able to step straight onto the beach

She seemed to object to this and said “You’re already in a sea view room” (which we’d paid for). On our previous visit we’d been upgraded to a delux room. Our package said “With free welcome drink”

The indoor spa pool is in a cold draughty area in the basement and the water is cold, not at all relaxing. The hot tub water smells bad and the showers either didn't work or were dirty

Room was very comfortable and clean. Products provided were good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and great value for money

The walk to the harbour from the hotel is very pleasant. We couldn’t find fault with anything & would stay again & definitely recommend

Food looked very nice, but I couldn’t enjoy it as after our first evening meal I had an upset stomach, which lasted the rest of our time there 🤔☹️😢. So all in all, not as good a stay as we’d hoped for

Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, which was excellent. Thank you for the chocolates The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were great bonuses and added to the overall comfort of the stay

The main restaurant area for breakfast (lunch and evening meal), was clean, the team were genuinely nice, amazing and friendly (Zaki, Reda, the 2 girls, the lady on the front desk and the lovely chap who told us off for not having lunch but made us a pizza on our last lunchtime day there) and loads of choice

And finally the reception team and in particular, Muhammad, absolute pleasure. Very helpful, kind and just a lovely, smiley, friendly person. All in all, a brilliant hotel with brilliant people, this place is brilliant

The team on the bar were also fantastic, remembering your room number, remembering your drinks order, also checking if we were OK and needed anything (Anusha and the lovely smiley chap - so sorry forgot his name)

I opted for the half-board package, and both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food. Special thanks to Sangita and Sanjay at aura dining for being so helpful and kind throughout my stay

The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. The coffee machine was a big plus, and it was replenished daily along with a complimentary water

Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. We specifically enjoyed the outdoor cold pool

Friendly staff. Tried both of the formal restaurants and they were both excellent. Well laid out grounds meant lots to keep kids busy - outdoor pool, indoor pool, kids slides, floating obstacle course, pier jumping

On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect

Everything was perfect from checking in. We were a little bit early, they checked us in right way with a lovely welcome drinks. All the staffs were so polite

We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service

Gym was little busy in the morning, but it’s very clean and modern equipments

The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel. Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it

The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

Also had to ask several times for a double bed which should have been done before our arrival. Hotel itself is lovely and pool is great but the cleaning staff were very poor at their job

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold. The only thing we do is eat and go sleep

but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh

Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.   - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

 Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

We witnessed this happen daily with the sunbeds people taking them when people were swimming in the pool or the sea. The pool was great for the kids but we definitely wouldn't stay here again for the price it's cost

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels

Comfy room with all necessities, great view, clear and shiny pool, cute seaside beach and Most important; modest and kind fellow guests. People here have genuine smile

Drinks a bit pricey if you're not all inclusive like. Food is nice and portion sizes good. Breakfast was fantastic and service is great. Access to a fairly nice beach as well, but this is not the hotels beach

I thought of five star hotels we have been to in east part of mediterranean, but couldn’t even compare the atmosphere which charmed us at this humbly four star hotel. Five Big Stars from me and my lovely wife! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

No toilets in the msin foyer are all are only assessible by staires only. Finslly there are no chairs availabke to sit on on the beach only sunbeds. The sunbeds are too low for people mobility to use!!!!

If they renovate the rooms, the hotel will be unbeatable but even in this condition we will come back again for sure! Thank you for the wonderful holiday we had!

Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area

The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet)

The breakfast was perfect, with lots of choice, and the coffee was honestly the best! The beach is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

She really enjoyed the crafts they did together and still wears her ankle bracelet every day! The kid’s club lady would also beckon her over at the disco especially when the Hokey Cokey came on knowing it’s my daughter’s favourite 🤣 she is an asset to the hotel so I hope they look after her accordingly!

We booked our wedding a year ago directly with the hotel through their wonderful wedding co-ordinator Felicity. Felicity is a wonderful asset to this hotel, her kindness and professionalism was outstanding

The hotel has a great lay out, great food, it is extremely clean with a lovely relaxed calm, atmosphere. Would highly recommend this venue for weddings and indeed family holidays

Firstly, Tofinis is located at the best end of the Ayia Napa beach, golden sands run into clear blue warm water without unwanted stones or seaweed

In one word wow. Excellent hotel, great location huge swimming pool, large and very Very bright room, good food and restaurants, great beach near the hotel, Fun entertainment programs and more and more.

The pool was clean, and there were always sunbeds available, although some guests reserved them early in the morning even if they weren’t around all day

Everything about the hotel was first class. From the facilities, to the rooms, pool, breakfast area and general first class cleanliness. The staff were all extremely friendly.

Eventually, another guest managed to kill it, and it stayed in the corridor for a few days. Finally, there’s a convenient shop right under the hotel with practically everything you might need

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view

There are two adult pools and a bar if you fancy quiet area

She is very entertaining and we giggled a lot! Night time entertainment was good, particularly Natalie and Alex and Greek night with Maria!! They were so good, I danced all night!! The floor was filled with guests, they were so entertaining! The bar staff were very attentive, taking drink orders, we hardly ever had to go to the bar! From cleaners all the way to the management, the staff couldn't...

The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch

Special thanks to Maria and George at reception who were always on hand to answer any questions we had,very helpful and professional. I recommend this fantastic hotel to adults as well as families

What an enjoyable experience, one of the best a la carte experiences we ever had! The daytime activities were varied, I've particularly enjoyed zumba with Meta, as well as jenga and darts

The hotel does not have direct access to the sea, but beaches are to the right and left of the hotel, a few hundred metres away. Staff very helpful, of a high standard

Honestly the most lovely resort for a last minute trip to Cyprus! Everything was so lovely and the staff were amazing - the bar staff were attentive and I swear my glass was never empty!! Both indoor and outdoor pools area were clean and well kept. Our room was sea facing with beautiful views of the sea. From the moment of check in to check out 7 days later everything was handled professionally
