Nice part of the hotel with private pool

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Beach activities are a short walk away.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Nice pool and spa. Breakfast and good quality was high. Loved the beach so close. The let down is that staff lack any warmth and welcoming hospitality. For the price you pay you would expect fantastic service.

My favourite hotel on the Island. Even though it’s five star, staff is really making an effort, warm and welcoming attitude.

This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect from checking in. We were a little bit early, they checked us in right way with a lovely welcome drinks. All the staffs were so polite. Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. The Staff were always extremely attentive and helpful. The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet). We've been to Cyprus 3 times in the past, and we chose this hotel every time. The rooms are perfect and the kitchen is amazing. There are different themed dinners every night. Great property, recently updated with a light and bright aspect. After we arrived we decided to opt for a larger room and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area.
