I stayed at Tofinis Apartments in September 2025 with a group of 10 people. Honestly, I was a bit worried beforehand because of some mixed reviews, but overall it was a good experience.
The food was absolutely delicious, seriously one of the best parts of the stay. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were amazing as well. The only downside was that some fizzy drinks like cola were not great, but the grapefruit juice at breakfast more than made up for it.
The rooms were okay. I had to sleep on a fold-out bed, so it wasn’t the most comfortable night’s sleep, and the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door, which was a bit inconvenient.
The pool was clean, and there were always sunbeds available, although some guests reserved them early in the morning even if they weren’t around all day.
One thing I missed was more adult-focused entertainment; most of the evening activities were for children. On the bright side, the morning aerobics were fun, and there were plenty of activities and things to do around the hotel. There’s also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
The only unpleasant incident was when a cockroach was crawling on my room door. I reported it to reception, and the staff said it had been dealt with, but it was still around. Eventually, another guest managed to kill it, and it stayed in the corridor for a few days.
Finally, there’s a convenient shop right under the hotel with practically everything you might need.
Overall, Tofinis Hotel is a solid choice if you’re looking for good food, nice drinks, and a relaxing pool, but just be aware that the rooms are basic and adult entertainment is limited.

Everything about the hotel was first class. From the facilities, to the rooms, pool, breakfast area and general first class cleanliness. The staff were all extremely friendly.

Room was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first time in Cyprus for a wedding and picking the right place was sketchy because there are so many hotels. I am so glad I picked this hotel. Great choice. I will definitely go back and stay here. Excellent location. Excellent staff. Loved it!!!

Even after reading the positive reviews, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
Firstly, Tofinis is located at the best end of the Ayia Napa beach, golden sands run into clear blue warm water without unwanted stones or seaweed. From the beautiful beach water sports are available on tap, jet skis, inflatables. Pedalos and more, there are also bars and parasols. Walking into town is easy along the beach (15 mins), it takes a little longer using foot paths along the roadside. For us, with young family, this is the best place to stay in the area.
The hotel itself is nice and wants for nothing. The staff are friendly and the food is better than you would expect from an all inclusive large hotel. We visited in October and it was warm and not too crowded. The splash park is great fun, pools are not heated it must be noted and the sea is much warmer than the pools. The activities are fun and the team do their best to make it lively although children's entertainment is not the strongest feature of this beautiful resort. The background music around the pool areas is just right, not too busy or loud, everyone enjoys it.
I was not a fan of package/all inclusives before this trip but Tofinis has turned my head, it feels special and we want to return.

Hotel is lovely and clean throughout. Staff are great at reception, pool bar and restaurant- couldnt fault at all. Family room floor 4, room 1428 with lovely pool and sea view. Huge rooms with divider doors to bunk beds for kids 12 and 15 (was like 2 bedrooms). Pambo (reception manager) and colleagues were so helpful when we lost 4 passports and all our cash coming off the airport transfer bus- night manager (didn't get his name) but particularly Pambo were absolutely fantastic in helping us sort the issue (travel to Nicisia for replacement passports etc) and just talking to him, showed such understanding (much more helpful than TUI hotel rep I have to say).
Not seen any litter issues as mentioned before- totally spotless I'd say -this hotel is fantastic, lovely shallow beach nearby and bus stop to town centre just outside- also takes you to Nicosia if fancy a cheap day trip for 11 euro return, 1.5 hrs on comfy air con bus-easy peasy. Dont listen to the fussy moaners on here, you'll love it.

Lovely presentable Hotel. All inclusive was excellent
The only disappointment was the lack of room cleaning. For a 4 star hotel would be nice to have the room tidied and the bed made. Stayed in other lower starred hotels which has this. Apart from that a lovely hotel!!
They also charge for pool towels too!

Overall an okay place to stay. Struggled with ants in our room coming from under the sink nothing we couldnt deal with but what really made our stay was 2 waiting staff Seyam and Muhammad.
We tipped them personally as they were so kind, hard working and always had our table set as we would use the same tables for breakfast and dinner.
They wasnt aloud to keep the tips even though no other staff attend our table.
From our understanding they were told off for giving our kids attention even though are kids absolutely loved them! Seyam is leaving so we most likely won't be returning. The bosses of the restaurant always had a face on.
They made our time in the hotel forever looking forward to see them and will be returning to Cyprus to meet them next year 2026.
