I’m writing this review as of our last day staying at Odessa beach hotel! I have travelled (first time) with 2 children (1 year old and 13 year old) without my husband! I just needed a short break! I was slightly concerned to begin with, I had multiple reservations about this trip as obviously travelling with a very young toddler isn’t the smoothest thing! 5, pool is really nice, rooms is perfect and modern. Beds aren’t the comfiest but are okay. Food is great quality and plenty of variety. Plenty of sun beds but can imagine in summer it gets busy

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was nice and clean end the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and also has its own pool area

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

The Odessa hotel for us maintained it's excellent standard,this is our 4th year here and food quality produced by Andreas the head chef is fabulous, Michaelis and his team in both restaurants are a credit to the hotel,and if you have special needs prior to arrival Koulla is that person

A good hotel with a great all-inclusive. Pool area nice, enough of sunbeds, food delicious and wide all-inclusive drink menu. Room was clean, modern and spacious and was cleaned everyday

Also she seemed to be rude to her colleagues (and guests) and I saw her multiple of times checking her phone. I was hoping she could be more professional if she was in a higher position as her other colleagues

I have read other reviews about staff's professionalism and behaviour but I only experienced this with Andrea. I want to send a special thanks to Damna who was working at the bar

Staff was nice overall, but a woman named Andrea who was mostly working in breakfast service with a white shirt could smile a bit more and be more nice to guests

overall a great hotel for a girls holiday! the hotel was very very clean, check in staff were so polite and got food upon arrival late at night. Food was good, a large range and as a Vegetarian I always had options

The only complaint I have really, is I wish there had been a designated smoking area, couldn't sit outside by the stage in the evening as lots of people smoking and vaping, it would also drift into the bar area and could

just home after a week in this hotel, staff amazing couldn't do enough for everyone,rooms were lovely, spotless cleaned daily, fresh towels daily. Food was lovely, themed nights

pool area spotless plenty of sunbeds and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back, Margaret and Tricia PS only one suggestion could have a seat or bench in the spa showers to sit your clothes on

Restaurant manager George is always absolutely fantastic, each time I have stayed he has remembered me and is just so friendly and welcoming, he celebrated his 60th birthday during our stay and seeing the celebrations round the pool really made us feel part of a family there

Amazing staff in all areas..Christina and George in the resturaunts..and the waiters sultani and amari ..food is excellent...the hotel is spottles..we had a fantastic 10 days here..will be back very soon.

We are having a fantastic time and have opened our eyes to the superb experience that this hotel and the facilities have to offer. The food is sublime and the cleanliness is spot on

We also used the spa and the massage was excellent. The therapist was clearly well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. The rooftop bar is another highlight with a great atmosphere and reasonable prices

They made my birthday and the whole stay wonderful for me and my family. The rooms were very big and cleaned, the pool area gorgeous and the breakfast delicious

The room was spacious, there was an outdoor swimming pool, and the service was average.

We need mention Diana (restaurant and mini bars) she was amazing, giving us advise and helping us through the whole stay!! She was a star!! Thank you very much to the whole team for everything

There is free parking, and what stood out most was the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff. The service level felt genuinely outstanding

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca for one night over Christmas and truly enjoyed the festive Gala Dinner. Overall, the hotel made a very strong impression

Snack bar was also amazing and food for everyone, lots of drinks available with the choice of choosing others at an extra charge. Plenty sunbeds and pools for everyone to enjoy. Would 100% recommend and would return

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

We stayed in apartments 5 and yes they could do with a bit of an upgrade, which we were told is happening late December but even so they were clean and spacious the cleaner was brilliant she couldn't do enough if you asked her for anything

I had a great time for my stay at this hotel. The location was great but wasn’t within walking distance of the beach but I knew this better booking

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

The hotel does not have direct access to the sea, but beaches are to the right and left of the hotel, a few hundred metres away. Staff very helpful, of a high standard

Returning to Warm Smiles and Heartfelt Hospitality Once again, our family had a wonderful stay at the Azia Resort & Spa! We’ve been returning guests for years, and every visit truly feels like coming home

Honestly the most lovely resort for a last minute trip to Cyprus! Everything was so lovely and the staff were amazing - the bar staff were attentive and I swear my glass was never empty!! (Shoutout to the staff on the front desk who were so lovely to chat to from check in to check out!) The food was great and the rooms were clean - perfect!

Both indoor and outdoor pools area were clean and well kept. Our room was sea facing with beautiful views of the sea. From the moment of check in to check out 7 days later everything was handled professionally

It's located right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower and a beautiful sea view. The smoothie bar is a real plus too

Good pools, good beach (a ***** of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality

Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11. 30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12

Visited with my mum end of Dec 25 & everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Deluxe room with balcony & sea view was light, spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet had a superb selection of hot & cold choices

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better escape from the city. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach retreat with great service, amazing food, and a touch of charm, this hotel is perfect

Food and drink quality is very good. Maybe hot food selection could be broader but it's end of the season so it's understandable. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations

From arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. The room was modern and bright, with tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The safe and air conditioning are free to use, there is also a small fridge

The bathroom had a walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, with beds & towels changed frequently

The staff work efficiently taking your drinks order and clearing the tables, never a problem getting a table. The bar staff are lovely and always serve you with a smile, never long queues for drinks

The location of the hotel is perfect, 10 minutes and you are at the sea front. We had a lovely holiday celebrating our wedding anniversary ( with a bottle of bubbly left in the room

For me as a passionate runner it was a big plus that there is a very long bike/running path from there, always directly to the sea. We loved our stay and will definitively come back one day

We had a great, pleasent stay 1 week ago. The room was very clean, excellent service, good selection breakfast buffet. Very helpful, attentive staff. Highly recommended

Loo ended up not staying here as they had a problem with a guest that was not feeling we’ll and sent me to another hotel, perfect service, called me a cab and I started a bit farther away from marina but still good hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo

The beach is 3mins walk and there is a bus stop infront of the beach that will take you to MY MALL and other places. There is a big park is also a close walking distance and has beautiful scenery

Will personally recommend TGI Friday and Dodo pizza. The pool at the hotel is nothing fancy but lovely to swim in (and clean). My daughter really enjoyed it

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

It was evident that we were visiting the hotel at the end of the season

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

The suite was amazing with stunning views of the sea - this is without doubt the nicest suite I’ve every stayed in. The hotel and its facilities are also fantastic but what really makes this hotel special is the staff

This is a lovely hotel, the sunbed allocation is good and worked well. The rooms are lovely with huge beds. Excellent location, right on the *****. The staff can't do enough for you

We booked as part of a Tui package and we chose the Sunrise Pearl because of it's excellent Tripadvisor reviews. Location is first class, being near the centre of the town, yet with access straight onto the beach

The hotel is perfectly situated between the main street and the beach, giving us direct access to both. Our stay was very good and relaxing. The atmosphere is spacious and green

The main restaurant has a nice terrace looking at the sea and was great. Since we had full board, we enjoyed all the meals. The food was consistently very fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices

Meals are gorgeous and the rooms are immediately clean with the most beautiful views of the sea. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making our holiday so restful

now they have separate WiFi SSID for the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and polite. You have to pay for fridge and for safe if you want to use them. Safe 10€ per week, fridge 15 € per week

River Rock hotel is excellently situated in Ayia Napa for the harbour, shops, restaurant, bus route etc. The staff are brilliant and so well trained to look after customers

The hotel is very well located — within walking distance from the beach, shops, and many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area

The manager at the bar at the evening the lady who cleaned near the pool honestly you are all amazing. The breakfast was very nice all fresh and staff so nice too. Very nice pool and cabana beds so comfy and free to use

A great experience, easy to check in/out, baggage room, room service is great and the pool and gym are both great. The room had a working AC and a lovely balcony with a great view

While simple in decor, they were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a good job daily. One of the standout features was the staff — always smiling, helpful, and professional

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

The only negative I can think of is the internet access, why can't they just make it free (even just for limited time each day)?

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

For those who love outdoor activities, the eco-friendly trail along the coast was perfect for jogging or long, peaceful walks by the sea

Staff to look out for who were very friendly are, Barbara, Tomas and Nada in the restaurant. The pool and beach area are amazing and the attendants are very helpful. Could find no fault with this hotel and staff

We were upgraded to a room with a sea view, which was beautiful. The service was excellent, and the amenities and spa were great. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!

All the staff without exception were so lovely and attentive, drinks delivered to your sun lounger and these sun loungers are out of this world! Amazing pool, one you can actually swim some lengths in if you wanted to and so warm

They also left a sweet treat and bottle of fizz in our room for my birthday which was a lovely touch. They brought you plenty bottled water to your room and also gave you another bottle by the pool which we enjoyed

By the pool we were brought complementary fruit and a smoothie shot. The deckchairs are extremely comfortable and feel very luxurious. The pool is very quiet which made it feel very relaxing

The calm, relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful sea view make you want to come back. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free holiday

Great hotel approx 30 mins from the airport. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and air conditioned. The pool area is also nice and clean and watched over by a life guard all day

This is a great little hotel, food is varied and really good. The staff are all very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed half board but the drinks were very reasonable

The pool was amazing, with a nice bar with good prices, and great sun beds. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, in my opinion it was missing some vegetables and cheeses, but other than that it was great

The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and there aren’t many sunbeds available. Breakfast is tasty with a wide variety of options. We can recommend this hotel mainly because of the friendly and helpful staff

Location is great and you are in the middle of everything, downside is that in the evening it can be pretty loud because its so close to the amusement and to some bars

All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines

The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place

We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain! Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel

We we're then served the most beautiful and tasty drinks and wine's

15pm and as both pools are surrounded by buildings, with the low sun, you will struggle to get a sunbed in the sun after about 4pm

No problem getting a sunbed during the day though likely because we travelled toward the end of the season. 15th-25th October we had sun every day between 26-30c

Very good hotel and facilities

However, when we had to speak with reception about a couple of things that needed sorting (leaky kettle, toaster that didn't work, uncomfortable beds) they got housekeeping and maintenance right on it and sorted them immediately

Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can

The staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive; couldn't fault them. Never ate at the hotel but others said the food was really good, the advertised buffet selection looked good

Friendly staff, we had all inclusive,the food was always nice and they keep replenishing it. The water park its ideal if you have kids. There is also access to the sea from the hotel which is nice

I have breathing difficulties so any attempt at walking up took me 2-3 'catching breath breaks', however,my own fault for not researching the location more (and I've been to coral bay at least 3 times before so should have known!)

Buffet had a fab choice and local drinks/cocktails were served at the pool bar or, in the evening other main bar area. Reading other reviews I was a bit skeptical

The food is excellent and varied. The beach strip is narrow, the grey color of the sand is not pleasing to the eye. A very gentle entry into the sea, swimming depth begins not earlier than 50 meters from the shore

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Tasty although not very varied cuisine. The beach is fine sand. The depth of the knee to the breakwater. Family vacation with children. The campaign will be boring.

I visited the palm beach hotel at June 2014 which was most beautiful moment in my life i will never forget these days , big thanks to all workers from smallest to biggest one .
