Nice, super and luxurious hotel. Sumptuous food and drinks, nice and helpful personnel, the only problem is: most of the personnel don't speak English (the International language). We are most grateful for ezgi for her English knowledge, it helped us a lot( foreigners )of your country . Clean and spacious! Thank you!

I had such a great experience thanks to suphi can. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. The drinks were perfectly mixed, balanced, creative, and exactly what I wanted. What stood out most was their attention to detail and how quickly they remembered my preferences. On top of that, their energy made it more fun and inviting. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests and enjoy what they do.

The professionalism and care shown by the entire team made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Apart from the staff shortage in the restaurant area, everything else was great.

Had a very bad wxperience at the beach club. We were first ti e visitors and made to feel very unwelcome. Not many british people around so I believe this could be the reason. We were being watxhed by staff the whole time ans even followed when we left the complex. We will nwver return here.
