Avoid this place if you’re traveling with a female group. My friend and I were harassed by a group of men while sitting on the beach area & when we reported it to the staff, nothing was done. The situation was handled very poorly and when we escalated it to the manager, all we received was a simple apology and an offer of two complimentary drinks, which we declined.

This kind of issue should have been taken seriously, with immediate action to ensure guests feel safe. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. There are much better and safer places to spend your money and enjoy your stay

I'm from Thailand. It's so nice to stay here. Room was big and clean. Food's amazing. The best thing's lovely and friendly staff. I would love to come back here during summer time.

Service is immaculate, staff spoke good English. Good selection of food. Facilities are great, indoor pool is massive and heated at good temperature. Happy with overall stay. Highly recommend!

Kids club was very good. We loved. Alexis all staff very caring and friendly. All activity amazing. Espically face painting every day. Botanica, sinema' trambolin, origami they were very creative. Thank you teacher Eylul and Muti. Alexis amazing, wonderfull. Animation actlvlty dart jenga were enjoyy

We are 2 female travelers. We were harassed by a group of four male guests at the harbour and immediately reported it to the bar manager, but it was handled very poorly.

We then went to Guest Services and the management team got involved, but at no point did we feel safe or supported. It left us feeling extremely uncomfortable.

This incident really put a massive dent in our trip and made it unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. I truly wish the management had handled things better and that staff were properly trained on how to deal with these types of situations. Guests should always feel safe and respected here.

I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and it was a very nice experience. We really enjoyed our stay — the food was great, and there were many attractions for children. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

There were many Israeli Palestinian families with children, we were very disturbed by the noise, the food was very good.
