Very good location, 5 min from the beach, the restaurants, the shops & the bus station to go to other cities. Spacious, clean, quiet, with a nice balcony. Has all you need, from kitchen utensils if planning to cook, towels, WiFi etc. The host was lovely and welcomed me 10 minutes after I booked for 3 days. Had a great stay & and all my requests were fulfilled by them, with a good communication & kindness. Cyprus left me with a very good experience & memories, of places & people. Highly recommend this place to stay. Great value for the amount of money I paid.

Absolutely loved our stay in LarnacaThe location is perfect , just steps away from the beautiful sea and beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Service was efficient and professional throughout. Overall, excellent value for money , would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I was there more than two years ago and enjoyed it greatly. The staff were very warm. Hotel is near the beach. Next to a fun shop where my friends and I bought funk pops! In the video there is a wall of colourful window shutters, which I think adds to the charm of this hotel. In the evenings we could listen to music playing (live, I think). I enjoyed it very much and when there is a possibility, I will gladly return there.

This hotel is a very good fit in terms of price/comfort.
I really high recommend this one to everyone who visit Larnaca.
Just 5 minutes near the sea, many bars, stores and cafes near.
Rooms are cozy and have everything needed for a traveler.
Service is also on high level.
You won’t regret staying here!

A great venue with the nicest staff. Staying there in all my frequent visits to larnaca. Clean, spacious rooms and a great location to get everywhere. Having a spacious balcony is great and many shops and restaurants close by and a great restaurant right in the building.

Very central close to beach, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are spacy but very old and could use a good renovation. Especially the matresses need to be changed. Not very clean, just the basics were cleaned. Lots of noise comes from the taverna below. Friendly owners.

Fabulous location, Fabulous management, Fabulous price. I thoroughly enjoyed my three week stay and will definitely return. The room was cleaned regularly and had all the facilities I needed. It was very hot during my stay and the efficient air conditioning was a real bonus.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, bus stops, promenade. Shops, pubs nearby. At the bottom of the building there is a tavern with great food. Throughout the stay (6 nights) the room was not cleaned once, towels or bedding were not changed. Not even toilet paper was replenished. The bathroom was rather neglected, it was enough to clean it well. During my stay I hunted 3 cockroaches ;-)
