In my opinion, the accommodation itself was not bad, but unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. The place is located on a hill, and the road uphill is quite steep. If you don’t rent a car, getting up and down is a nightmare, and the nearest bus stop is about a 30-minute walk away. The staff and the cleaner were kind. Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking.

We only stayed for a night, but it did the job nicely. Pleasantly surprised with the room size and reasonable conditions. Mattresses aren't the most comfy and we struggled to get reliable hot water, so it was mostly cold showers. Also the location isn't what you'd call convenient and you wouldn't want to be there without a car.

The hotel is not bad but not great. If you looking to not spend a lot of money on the hotel and you kldo not mind the drive to the city. For sure yiu will need car and do not rely in google maps to give you the rout try to go through Chloraka village its the best shortest and easiest way to get to the beaches and the mall.

For Chinese tourists, it was just so-so; locals would probably have had a pretty good experience. We weren't used to the lack of shampoo and shower gel. The facilities were quite extensive, but since we were out exploring, we didn't get to try the swimming pool or gym.

My flight was too late. The room was very clean and the view from the window was truly amazing. If time allowed, I would have loved to stay for several days.

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast. The room was huge and eas cleaned daily. However the aircon didnt work too well and the matress was very uncomfortable.

I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service. The breakfast buffet is more than satisfactory (I don't think anybody will feel differently). The location is great. I recommend it.

I spent one night at this hotel. Everything was fine – the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

A nice hotel in Paphos Harbour close to the promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and served in the nice garden.

The hotel is not far from the beach. Winter is the off-season, so the surrounding area is not very lively. The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. The hotel front desk was very polite. After checking out, they let me park my car until the afternoon.

Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can. Every furniture door make noise at opening and closing.

We stayed here while we were running the Cyprus marathon. The hotel is well placed with a short walk to the harbour where the finish line and expo is plus the bus station to the start line. We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area. We were pleased with our experience. Everything was awesome, one bump was that on the last day we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The room looked dated but that didnt effect our trip, we were mostly in the town not in the hotel.

The only drawback with the hotel, was that the insualtion is insufficient, so I could hear the neighbor snoring through te door that separated the two rooms...also when they were talking playing music @2.30AM...Also when the cleaners started the noise was very load, also because of echo in the outside halls. Other than that, rooms good size, and cleaning every day.

As I mentioned above the location is excellent plenty to do around. the beach is 50 meters away. The staff very friendly the room was nice and spacious but the floor and sink not very clean .

I had my wedding reception here 20 years ago. Wonderful memories and fantastic photos in beautiful authentic setting. I've since come back twice to visit. Each time had a very warm welcome from owner George. Looking forward to visit in the future.

We didn't stay at hotel, just went to the interior garden restaurant. It was one of the best food in the whole Cyprus. We recommend their "specialities": really good!!!

The hotel has a small courtyard that doubles as a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the rooms are poor. There is no air conditioning. There is only a fan. If there are no leftover food from the restaurant the day before, breakfast will only be bread, jam, and milk.

We only stayed one night but it was more than enough. Perfect for people who want to stay a few days. Kitchen, with gas burner stove, utensils, dishes and washing machine. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Booked two rooms,with a request for adjoining, ground floor and they full filled it. Both were clean and tidy. Every thing was there and working for a self catering holiday with no issues. The rooms are spacious but dated. Bathrooms are practical but small. Staff friendly and help full. Despite some of the horror stories i have read on various sites, we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Limnaria Gardens is an apartment complex located approximately 15-20 minutes' walk from Paphos seafront. Loved it here. Great facilities and close, but not too close to the centre. Pool was a highlight. Never busy with designated loungers. Lots of information in the accommodation but could have done with being updated, particularly as the air con had a different remote and it took most of the holiday, and a few hours on YouTube to work it out. We stayed there for two nights. The apartment is big and comfortable. Offers a decent view of the sea. We loved the balcony. The owner is really nice and friendly. 10 mins to the city center. There are many restaurants and lidil, gas station very close to the apartment. Tomb of kings, Beachs are 5 mins drive from apartment.

Hotel is clean modern and In a good location. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast we found there was plenty of choice however hot options were not so hot and sausage was always boiled. Plenty of bars/restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Kings mall only 5 minutes walk and bus station also only 5 minutes.

The apartment-style hotel was very run-down; the shower water wasn't hot and was clogged. Also, one of the staff members at the front desk seemed mentally unstable, which was quite scary.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. There's a pool. I didn't pay any air conditioning fees since it's winter.

You can walk to a large shopping center. There's also a food court, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.

Fantastic location to everything. Public transport from airport is 100 metres away. A bus number 612 costs €2-daytime . €3 - night time service every hour. Shops in a walking distance of 10 minutes. Rent a car directly from reception. They offer taxi service on arrival and departure- €30 one way.

We booked a superior studio and were on the 1st floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and Fabrica hill behind the trees. Stayed here for 3 weeks. Terrific location, close to most of Pafos’ attractions. Simple and comfortable accommodation, though there are occasional hiccups with the showers and no facilities for washing clothes.
