The place is old, and not maintained properly. On the first day I had in my room 2 cockroaches, in 2 separate times. The cleanliness in general is not wow. The front desk guy claimed this is normal for Cyprus to have cockroaches, which is completely false. Only after insisting he made a favor to switch a room. The second room was broken - toilet seat is not mounted, bathtub drainage is block, AC not working, noisy bad... Not only, the electricity braker where you need to put the key in (to have electricity), made an extreme noise like it going to pop or something. No room clean or bedsheets replacement during the stay (5 nights). Still, it didn't prevent room service to enter the room (for fixing the issues), while I'm inside, as there is no lock from the inside so any employee can access the room anytime they wish. The parking is accessible only by calling the front desk, so keep in mind roaming calls costs. In addition, during the day the parking is very busy, and seems to serve employees and other people than the hotel's guests. The hotel did fix many of the issues described, but it shouldn't arise at all, especially so many defects and cockroaches. It feels like I'm not a guest but a maintenance inspector.

We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area. The location was wonderful, an easy walk to the seafront, opposite a very good supermarket and next to the Basilica archaeological site. There were buses nearby as well as plenty of places to eat. The appartment was clean and the kitchenette adequate, though there was a shortage of utensils. We found the reception team very helpful, as were the other staff.

Nice hotel , stayed in a studio apartment which was nice but a little bit dated needs updating, but clean bathroom was really small and shower cubicle was tiny , pool area was nice lot’s of sunbeds and very clean , overall a pleasant stay for a few days

Basic but roomy and clean accommodation in a great location. Lovely pool and welcoming staff. Very good value for money.

Currently starting here. First Jet 2 holiday. The photos of the one bedroom apt online are now what you will have when you come. Furniture is dated.old white wood and lots of chips in the paint work. Kitchen and fridge again both not as photo. There is a small disclaimer under photo which states this will happen. I unfortunately took the photos as fact. Very difference way of advertising, only booked TUI and easyJet holidays before where this does not happen. Second disappointment, the gym does not look anything like the photo. The weights rack contains only 4 sets of weights not like the full double rack as advertised. I spoke with a rep who thought this wasn't an issue, but then advised she does not use a gym . All the equipment is filthy. Broken and again in need of a complete refresh. I have travelled extensively over 30 years and would grade this accomodation no higher than a two star.

Have just come back from our holiday for a week all inclusive at this resort and really enjoyed our stay. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and this was perfect for our needs. The resort has a large supermarket directly opposite so very handy. It is a couple of minutes walk to seafront and harbour with many restaurants and souvenir shops . Is also about a 5 to 10 min walk from tge livelier bar street with clubs and boogies Karaoke bar open until the early hours for the party goers. The resort staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely and tasty and good selection (but not huge) always something for my husband and son who can be a bit fussy. Take own pool towels or buy when arrive as not provided at this resort.

We were a family of 6 and had 2 studio apartments in Harbour Suites on a bed and breakfast basis. The rooms were clean and well equipped for self catering with lovely views from the balcony. Tea & coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. We were surprised with a lovely bottle of wine and Cyprus delight on arrival. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was inviting with a life guard on duty. Sun beds were always available. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The location was perfect for us within walking distance of the sea, harbour and archaeological sites. Across the road was a great supermarket. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Second visit and didn't disappoint. Staff so helpful and friendly and room kept very clean by the staff. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom plus clean towels plus lovely view from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included (buffet style), so there's no need to worry about food.
The menu is extensive, but it can get boring over an extended stay, so
Occasionally I enjoy a luxurious dinner at a restaurant by the sea.
It's close to the ruins, so it's convenient for history buffs.
