Accommodation was clean, modern and complete with everything you needed for a self catering apartment, including hairdryer, soap, salt n peper, washing up liquid. The staff were polite and very helpful. The complex was well kept and location was spot on

The place is very spacious , clean and comfortable. Very comfy beds and good equipped kitchen.

You need a car to be there. Only thing we were finding difficult were keys to the house / internet/electricity attached together so if you want to lock the door you have to take them out and than you don’t have light. Difficult to use them , getting stuck etc.

Family friendly, large rooms , comfortable beds.very helpful staff

15.05.2025 Guest

Comfortable stay; clean apartment. We were very happy with our stay. Staff friendly. Gated access to property for safe access for car. Good location few minutes from local bar and few minutes drive from supermarkets. Limited sea view from balcony. WiFi works but not the best upstairs and some plug sockets in rooms did not work but there are plenty in the house to use instead

10.10.2024 Henning

Quiet location yet central.
A car is convenient for getting around, but not essential.
Bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated. Some have poor drainage.
If you're staying there for several nights, you'll have to clean up after yourself.

23.05.2024 Guest

A lovely complex which is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Due to the nature of the local area there are some pretty steep slopes around but completely manageable as long as you are reasonably mobile. a couple of nice local bars/restaurants (recommend Julies) and a small but well stocked supermarket.

11.03.2024 Guest

Good, clean apartment for tripping by bus was easy. Very quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, reception worked good and quick if needed help. Kids were very excited about 2 floor apartment

24.10.2023 Guest

Had a wonderful time at julipapas gardens, I cannot understand the poor reviews at all, we stayed 8 days and I could have stayed much longer and would have, had work not been an issue. I have stayed in 5 star all inclusive plus and yes of course everything is there for you, but then you are paying a huge amount for the privilege, any issues we had were sorted immediately by Migle, and by issues I mean an ironing board and a maiden for laundry. These were brought to us straight away. Walking distance to beach and a lovely bar Julie’s bar not far away excellent meals and really reasonably priced. Already booked for next year.

26.09.2023 Guest

Its a beautiful complex, not your average (basic) holiday site. Has a lovely authentic feel to it that immediately makes you feel at home. The apartments are very well maintained and clean. A lovely owner who is very welcoming and great to deal with. We are a family of 4 with 2 children (girls) and they loved it too.....so much so we've booked again for next year!!

15.09.2023 Guest

I stayed at Julipapas Gardens in August with my family, we had two villas and could not fault them at all. They were clean, have everything you need and spacious. One of the managers Nicola was excellent always went out of her way to help us in anyway that she could. A special mention to the two groundsmen Reeny and Johnson, they work very hard to keep the area surrounding the villas clean and tidy, and were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend to stay here and me and my family would defiantly come back. One of the villas had a private garden which was very nice and there is a great communal BBQ area. If you come here and are looking for a Taxi I would highly recommend Coral Bay Taxis, a family ran business by father and son and they were fantastic, first class service.
