Reccomended in Paphos Very nice and well maintained hotel. Staff very nice, willing to help, keep things running smoothly

First time back here since 2013 when we had stayed 3 consecutive years at the Athena Beach; stayed at the Royal for 7 nights 3rd to 10th April which we chose as we don't normally holiday during out of schoolers and was relaxing, gentle but friendly to mix with younger and older couples alike

Very perfect location and nice staffs. We enjoyed a lot.

Rooms cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels and soaps daily. The hotel also had a gym and spa, indoor pool all free of charge. The hotel was beautiful inside and well maintained

The room was ample size and the air con was a life saver! Only downside is that it is far from a decent sandy beach and far from the harbour with all the restaurants, however there are a few good restaurants nearby and it's only a 40 minute walk across

Absolutely blown away by this hotel. The TV’s in the room could be a little better considering the class of everything else in the hotel but that’s being picky. To be honest you won’t spend much time watching TV

We loved it by the Apollo snack bar, the staff there were incredible at all times and super nice to just jump in the pool for a quick dip to cool down! The hotel is big but has a really relaxed atmosphere, lots of different nationalities around which adds a great feel to the place

I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo & Laura Hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire staff made me feel truly at home

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Bruce, the Congolese bartender, whose kindness, smile, and professionalism made every evening at the bar a real pleasure

My favourite being the San Francisco! The afternoon entertainment although aimed more for children is still fun and you can get involved and have a laugh with the entertainers! The are all a laugh and you will leave feeling like a family! The evening entertainment shows are exceptional and again, the entertainment team were fantastic! We also loved the beach, the pools, and the water park – a perfect choice for families with children. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job creating a fun and cheerful atmosphere throughout our stay

The hotel had really made an effort to look after children and adults. Simple entertainment throughout the festive programme including quizzes and other activities. Children well catered for including a visit from Santa

⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Family Holiday ⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Louis Phaethon Beach from 25/10/25 to 01/11/25 for my 40th birthday during October half term

The Food and Drink here is excellent for a AI hotel, the quality and strength of the drinks was good, from the Juice/Fizzy Pop and Coffee machines also the Alcohol (Recommend a Black Russian !!) The food choices were varied and again of good quality with a good choice of themed nights (Which we presume are on a weekly rolling basis) But there is enough choice you could have a different meal every night...

First time at the Louis Phaethon and won't be the last ! Located and the very edge or the main ***** of 'big' hotels and right next to St Nicolas church and sunset point (Which is a must for a sunset of two) But there is a bus stop right outside and you are in the harbour area in 10 mins and for only 2 Euro

And makes your Lunch and evening meal 'Smile' All in all would we stay again? yes we would - I would imagine at full capacity it could be a different animal but in March with plenty of guests still had a 'Nice' feel and atmosphere

And the follow up from the hotel manager Mr Rudi was excellent, he is a friendly guy and will happily have a short (Or Long!) chat about anything and everything with the guests and is very amenable and approachable

Beautiful hotel, great service and very clean. Small pool for children is really convenient for families with children. Very close to the beach.

Some details in the room made the hotel look older than it actually was. The lighting in the rooms was not warm , which made the entire space feel a little bit cold. It will be better if they put warm lighting.

A great place to stay during January when weather in Paphos is changeable. Rooms very comfy, rooms nice and warm on milder days. Food very good and varied. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Her warm approach and attention to detail really add to the overall experience. She accommodated us as we’ve told her that my husband has a health problem, but she made sure we are well taken care of

Virginia is an incredible massage therapist; she gave me one of the best Thai-inspired massages I’ve ever had. She has an amazing technique, perfect pressure, and an intuitive understanding of what your body needs

I left feeling completely relaxed, balanced, and light. Truly exceptional! Marion, the manager, was also fantastic. She was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly from the moment I arrived

No-one getting up at ridiculous o'clock to reserve beds. What a treat, great choice of several AI wines and the staff in there were superb. Great choice and really well made. The food in the restaurant was excellent

The pool area is great, although both pools were cold, it would have been appreciated had one been heated. I was a bit apprehensive about the allocation of sunbeds but it was actually great

A wonderful stay at this hotel. Room spacious and a beautiful view at the front. Extremely comfortable bed, slept so well. Only issue a bit more attention to cleaning. Staff friendly and so welcoming

They have the usual pool bars and another nice bar was the Sunset bar which gets popular at the obvious time

I really can't understand why this hotel is not 5*. We had a last minute break for a week in March and although the weather wasn't the best, we loved it. Massive Plusses for us:- *Sunbed allocation

The Asian a'la Carte was really good, loved the Prawn Puri! The American was ok food wise, service was great

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

entertainment in the bar area was absolutely brilliant we were lucky enough to be there for two of the Greek dancing nights, they have a gentleman who balances glasses on his head sounds boring it is a sight to be amazed at

The events team were very entertaining with their activities and evening events such as bingo karaoke and Greek dancing and fire breathing to mention a few. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable

As someone else reported if you want a mug of tea/coffee take your own mug the cups while clean and washed every day are on the small side, plenty of tea and coffee supplied and replenished every day

Central location, modern design throughout the hotel and attention to detail. Hotel location is perfect for exploring most of attractions, shops and restaurants on the foot or by the car. My room was stylish and modern

From arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. The room was modern and bright, with tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The safe and air conditioning are free to use, there is also a small fridge

The bathroom had a walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, with beds & towels changed frequently

For me as a passionate runner it was a big plus that there is a very long bike/running path from there, always directly to the sea. We loved our stay and will definitively come back one day

The view was very special especially from the Whirlpool Bath! We really loved the room. The bed was so big and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the lovely big sofa was definitely a bonus

Fruit is always an orange and a grapefruit, but less every day kiwi and watermelon, bananas and melon every day. Wine red and white unseasoned dry continuously without oookayfine

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety

I wouldn't go back, merely because of the location (and only booked there for water park as had our 2 grandchildren as a one off) As 2 single people in our 50s, we'd normally choose a villa but Aquasol is probably one of the best all inclusive hotels we've been to

Kids loved the water park - a tip if using the green slide is to stay upright - there are a few joins that can be a bit rough and hurt your back if lying down. Lazy river was great for both adults and kids

The waterpark right by the sea was so much fun, and the pools were beautiful with breathtaking views. The hospitality of the team was truly exceptional. Highly recommended for an unforgettable vacation!”

Buffet had a fab choice and local drinks/cocktails were served at the pool bar or, in the evening other main bar area. Reading other reviews I was a bit skeptical

Once I went to to the outdoor pool to cool down I was advised not to do so, as apparently the doors I used were for escape only


They do not have many external guests and once they charge for the stay in the hotel they could provide gastronomy at more attractive price. 300 meters away from hotel we had a tasty dinner with wine for 70 euro

There is a nice steam room, nice sauna and indoor pool but there is no pool or barrel with an ice cold water to jump in after sauna

Good access to sea and sea walk that leads up to Pafos harbour. 
Good restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. NEGATIVES: 
It is unreasonably expensive: a bottle of sparkling water for 5

A very competent ant attentive staff - I started to smoke a cigar using a normal ashtray and within minutes the waiter brought me a special ashtray for cigars that is much more comfortable

Beautiful location, well maintained - their website is a true reflection of reality. Tasty, attractive breakfast with a good quality of food

great older but well kept hotel. a bit off the crazy paphos path, which is good. Small "real" beach area plus pool. I was upgraded to a "suite" so this was a very pleasant experience

However, if you are looking to spend a day at the hotel just chilling, sunbathing and generally lolling about in the pool, then the all inclusive package is definitely the one to go for

Property is outdated . Pool furniture needs replacing. Meals need to be revised. Only one thing changed on the menu daily .

I loved it here - it had the personal touch and I can see why people come back year after year. Perfect if all you want to do is relax, sunbathe, swim and read

The area is not big, clean and tidy. A large number of sunbeds by the pool, beach, green area (there is where to choose). The beach area is not very large, but there is a sandy entrance to the sea

Wonderful stay here in October 2021. Pool and facilities are great, food great albeit a little samey after a few days. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed

The hotel has a gym and spa rooms, a warm pool and several types of saunas

I had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly but the best bit for me was that I wanted to surprise my wife by upgrading our room and rang the hotel in advance to do so for an agreed fee

The room and hotel were spotlessly clean the food and drinks were great too. We walked to Paphos harbour along the sea front path a few times for evenings out this was a steady 50 minute walk

The staff bar and restaurant staff are friendly and very attentive. The reception staff is accommodating, and nothing is a problem. I can’t praise enough the division manager (Valia)

Great food, changing daily! Have snack zone which works between breakfast and lunch. It was very clean around and in the room! Deepest thanks to all the cleaning team. Swimming pool is very nice, my 5yo child enjoyed it

They have different restaurants, such as Sushi, which worked only during weekends - where almost impossible to book a space. Plus, food there doesn't worth it. We were giving a small plate of sushi for a family of 3

Had different entertainments for kids in the evening after dinner, such as shows or animations. Kids club is also existed, shame my daughter wasn't fancy of that

Overall great experience for a family trip! Then disadvantages: 1. Poor "booking restaurant" experience

Like cmon, get some individuality! 3. Slim room doors, hear a lot what's happening in the hall. In our room the door didn't closed tightly, so there was a hole, bothering. Get lots of noise from outside as well

Long waiting times, and rush and urgentness - is a huge NO. Breakfast food is repetitive, and every day is the same (compared to lunch and dinner, which were great). Plus mains are "english breakfast"

The housekeeping staff maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout our stay. Facilities: The hotel’s pools are sizable and surrounded by ample sunbeds, allowing plenty of space for relaxation

The service was excellent; we were upgraded to a sea-view room, which is close to the old pier.

Great service, amazing breakfast. Sevearal on-property swimming pools (some also heated), very polite and kind staff members. Comfortable beds, very clean and nice terrace with a side view of sea

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location, just a 5 minute stroll to the harbour. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, Pool area is a lovely place to relax. Lots of sunbeds and a wonderful heated pool

This was our 4th visit to this hotel. The whole experience is great, the food, the rooms and the pools. The staff are so friendly and quick to solve any problems you might have

The pool area was fine too, though it could use some maintenance, as a few tiles are missing and it’s clear that this has been the case for a while

The bar staff especially Kesimira and her sister Zoe are always ready to fill your glass. Overall highly recommend this place and have already booked for next year

The hotel is located in a very remote area, so there’s really nothing interesting within walking distance. On the other hand, buses run every 15–20 minutes, which makes it easier to get around and explore nearby towns

The description says the hotel is only 150 meters from the beach — technically true, but that doesn’t include the cliffs you have to go down. The beach itself is gravel, not sand, so it might not suit everyone

This is truly a place if you just want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. Rooms are great I had a lovely balcony where you can watch the sunset

The shower is amazing with great toiletries. All aspects of the food are excellent. Staff members are all friendly with excellent customer service. Glad to see Nicky Oliver is back although I missed her by one day

The “semi sea view, with a balcony was just perfect. Spyros & Anka, managing the front desk the front desk greeted us warmly. Summit the porter, were all excellent with a helpful smile throughout our stay

The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room

Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay with entertainment if you want it or just to chill-out. The food is varied with themed nights offering a wide selection including vegetarian options

Welcome and kind personnel, assistant waiters to accommodate my vegetarian meals I asked for eg. Peanut butter and banana.

The food is outstanding, so much choice and we love the themed nights,the hotel is so clean and well maintained, staff helpful and amazing,definitely stems from the management, manager is just simply the nicest most down to earth man you could meet

So much choice for breakfast and beautifully prepared. I loved the Cyprus night with all the Cypriot dishes, singing and traditional dancing. My father was Greek Cypriot and this brought back so many memories

we didn't get the room we paid for of the view but ours was fantastic anyway,we're not people to quibble about silly things after all on holiday a room is for just sleeping and cleaning and storage

Just returned from a holiday in this wonderful hotel. Fantastic friendly staff who were always available for anything that was required. Superb room with sea view, amazing food

For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms

Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars

I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing

I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system

We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue

However, some features in the room were a bit outdated

The resort does have positives — the pool and kids’ club are nice and well-maintained, and it’s a good place for families with children. However, the food was just okay, and there’s not much to do in the surrounding area

They were all taken before the pool even opened, as guests would wake up hours in advance (sometimes two or three hours early) to reserve them

When I asked the pool staff about removing those items, they said they had to wait at least an hour and a half — but even after that, nothing was done

The rooms themselves could use some renovation — they felt dated and lacked character. Another issue was with the pool sunbeds

” Upon check-in, we found two floss picks left behind in our bathroom, which wasn’t a great first impression. The sheets were also quite itchy, which made the first night uncomfortable

I even noticed some beds “reserved” all day with belongings left on them, yet no one ever came back to use them

Great stay. Comfortable room with lovely views of the pool and sea. Hotel conveniently located for sea, bus station, restaurants and shops. I will return.

The poola at the hotel as lovely the main pool is really large compared to other hotels. For the price and area of the Kissos hotel you cannot beat

The room was large and the view from the balcony was lovely looking at the pool. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was basic but ok. The pool was only open from 9. I would stay there again as very good location

3 minutes walk to the sea front and a beautiful walk to the harbour area with stunning views of the coast line and sea. The hotel is in the most perfect position for the restaurants and bars and the sea front

Hotel was excellent, everyone very helpful, when we turned up to the room, the floor was really dirty, we told the receptionist and it got sorted out that day

Lovely hotel in an amazing part of Paphos. Within 1 minute walk to the main 2 bars and around 8 restaurants

Just had a wonderful week in Cyprus ( first time ever ) we choose this premises as pot luck and what a week we had , everything from the apartment we ended up with to the facilities and food was excellent, be it we only did B&B so we wasn't tied down to staying around the place all day, the food was excellent and we had a good fill so only had to worry about evening meal , staff couldn't do enough...

From the chap that delivers our baggage,maintenance guys, maids, reception, gardeners & even the man that collects the laundry. We got a wave & a Kalimera everyday. I love you all & miss you already

We had a very nice studio room. It was cleaned every day. There was bingo night and entertainment every evening. The staff in the restaurant were friendly.

The next morning, the hotel manager asked us to clarify what had happened, revealing that not only had the broken glass not been cleaned up, but the receptionist had also vomited somewhere on the property and reportedly attempted to drive in that condition

The staff really do make this hotel they are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Loved the little touches like the smoothies round the pool and iced flannels

The food is amazing here we stayed all inclusive and loved the buffet and beach restaurant however the al la carte lacked atmosphere and feel this could be made better with a different themed restaurant with maybe some show cooking

We went all inclusive plus , the a la carte restaurant was again beautiful and something special, our suite was beautiful along with the large bathroom. The cleanliness of the room and all the hotel areas were impeccable

This was our second stay at asimina last time being ten years ago, we try not to return to the same hotel but enjoyed so much last time we broke the rule and we are so pleased we did as it was just as lovely

I have recently stayed at the Athena Royal Hotel, which was excellent. I am considering the Asimina Suites for my next holiday. Does this hotel have any great advantages over the Athena Royal ?

The staff are absolutely fantastic - they really do make Asimina a very special place to stay - it is definitely my happy place I and am just about to book my 5th trip shortly

For this price I highly recommend it

As a solo traveller I was quite nervous of staying alone at this property based on previous reviews that I had read, however, I put this aside and decided not to judge based on some quite negative reviews

All members of staff were very kind and helpful. My room 313 was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of bathroom products provided, beautiful soft white towels and crisp linen white sheets

This hotel is all held together and run extremely well by Sam, nothing was ever to much trouble for her and Sam was always on hand to advice on local buses, beaches, supermarkets

Good choice of breakfast items. Overall great value for money

I would certainly book this hotel again
