Cosy hotel with small territory is located near the centre of Paphos. Recommend as a budget option for a relaxing holiday.

Location: in Kato Paphos. To the resort centre where there are a large number of bars, cafes and restaurants is 2 km away the Closest bus stop is 200 metres away. 15 km away is the international airport of Paphos.

The hotel has 84 rooms. There are non-Smoking.

Total area: 3 500 m2.

Beach: public sandy beach is 600 m away, the third coastline. Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. Between hotel and beach road and walking road.

I booked the hotel and we tried to check in but it was closed, we were waiting for 15min and also tried to call them. But nobody answered to the phone provided on the booking or at the hotel webside. It did not look liki it was even operating! Also thumbs up to Agoda who is trying to scam and not bay back my money. And their reason is that our check in was too late. That is total bull....! You can clearly read on the hotel page that the front tesk should be open 24h. And I also write the property in forehand 5 days before arrival they did not answer me anything!

Helpful service, the lady at the reception speaks Polish. The hotel is quite nice, breakfasts are very good.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, with no issues. For the price and location, this place surpasses many of the 3-star hotels in the area.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

We only stayed for one night, had breakfast, and checked out early the next morning, so it was a relatively short visit and we didn’t have the opportunity to try the bar or other amenities.

Given the cost, I have no complaints. The location was convenient, we had everything we needed, and breakfast was included, which suited us perfectly. While I know some people have mentioned issues with breakfast, for the price, it was more than adequate in my opinion.

I stayed here for 5 nights in October and chose the hotel primarily for the location. It is situated only minutes from the harbour and has many bars and restaurants very close by. There is also a very convenient shop only a minute away. Although my room rate included breakfast, I didn't eat there as I met up with family each day at the harbour for brunch. The rooms are exactly what I would expect for these prices. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and had sufficient storage space. I had a room with a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. There are a couple of karaoke bars next to the hotel which close at midnight - not a problem for me but if you want a peaceful evening it's probably not the place for you. I didn't use the pool but I found some nice outdoor space to relax and read in the late afternoon sun. The staff that I had contact with were very helpful and friendly. I enquired about car rental and they were very efficient in organising this for me. As per a previous post, one criticism is that the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Overall - very good location and good value for money. I would certainly consider it again when next time I visit Pafos - hopefully very soon !

Mixed review for this hotel. Positives - very helpful and kind staff. Very clean, the cleaners work very hard. Location is perfect. Car parking. Negatives - Breakfast - Cyprus has an abundance of cheap fresh fruit yet every day the only fresh fruit was melon. Low quality products were used for the hot selection, and the cold selection was very poor. Do not stay in room 138 as it has an adjoining door with gaps all the way round - you get woken up by your neighbours every night. Please clean the pigeon poo around the pool by the lemon tree.

Loved this hotel.Breakfast was such a good choice of food.Rooms were spacious, and cleaned daily.Pool doesnt open till 10am ,which l think is better as l think it stopped people putting towels on sunbeds.Only 1 complaint ,around the pool is a lovely lemon tree unfortunately the pigeons sit in there and make quite a mess with poop ,which it seems was never cleaned or removed.It would be so much nicer if this little problem could be taken care of.

The old hotel is well maintained, the breakfast is rich, and there is a Chinese restaurant opposite the store.

I keep on coming back to Cyprus , and this is my first time to stay in this hotel. It’s a nice hotel but the climb from the beach is a little bit tiring. I waart there in January and there were few guests. They serve Breakfast in a very big portion and tasty as well.
I would recommend the hotel because of cleanliness .

The bathroom decoration is rough, the sanitary ware is old, the sewer leaked twice, there is no small refrigerator, the breakfast is good, and the service is okay
