The arrival was not exactly pleasant when we found out that we could not go to the pension. Fortunately, we were saved by a tractor, who took the baht up to the cottage. The guest house is located next to the ski slope, which is prepared in the morning and you can ski well, which is no longer the case in the afternoon. There are good jumpers. The service is pleasant, except for the caretaker, who looks like he's packing this big one every morning (I show a lot). The rooms are small and do not have good facilities, see. Room No. 6 and its polystyrene painting, which is attached to the wall with a piece of string, which is glued with a piece of isolepy. The bathroom consists of a toilet shower and sink in 1 square meter (little like a pig). The beds are awful, our necks hurt. At the end of the ski room, turn on the light in the socket (the switch does not work). There is also a buffet with reasonable prices.
I would never step a feet there again. Overcharging for extremely disgusting place. You have to climb up the place and it takes aprox 15 mins, so imagine the "fun" you have with your luggages in the snow. The house is very dirty and extremely basic, definitely far away from the "cozy" description. Never ever would I recon this place.
This place had its bright and dark moments. The good thing is that it's close to the slope well cooked and friendly staff. The bad thing is that some of the rooms are insurmountable by I mean Room No. 16,17,15. I hope you enjoy it 😉😉
If you want to return to the establishment from the communist years, you have to come here. Em By car you will not get to the pension, it will bring you a lot of your master from the pension Nico. The cottage itself is in its original state, when it was built in 1786, but did not give it a crown. The common room is pretty cool, it just has years, but the rooms (see photos of people here) - it's power. The ski room is broken down, the water in it as in Balaton. So if you add to the reluctance of all those who are supposed to take care of you, the pitiful state of the facility, you will get a real tragic experience from Czech Aspen. To have such a real estate in Špindlerův Mlýn, and to throw it, pity. If you at least advertise it as a retro style. On the other hand, there are quite a few reviews that truly describe the situation, so potential visitors should know in advance what they are going to :-)
Immediately upon arrival and climbing the hill because of the snow and the impossibility of coming to the "guesthouse / hotel" by car, we were very welcome, reluctant and evil lady who "opened her mouth" to us. The first time we came to the Nico Hotel, where an arrogant gentleman took us to us, and he "liked" us to take the luggage to the pension Lovochemie. He was talking to us all the time. Customer behavior and customer service in general is at a totally disastrous level. The guest house and its facilities are acceptable. As for the common toilets and our experiences, there was no toilet paper on them, and then the response of the staff: "Take the men's lavatory" came funny. Price 550, - with breakfast and dinner for this "guesthouse" I find at least funny. The food was acceptable, but there was no miracle. I do not recommend this "pension" mainly because of the staff. I will never step back here again.
