The hotel is conveniently located near convenience stores and restaurants.
We got this hotel because it looked nice and it was close to the train station and bus station and about 20min walk from the center (also well communicated by tram).
We got it and sat on the bed and almost broke a bone on that wooden table they intended to pass as a sleeping area. Then the spiders came, I had to crawl to get one and I got to see (right after checkin) the state of the floor first hand. I do not recommend the experience.
The insulation is absent, you can hear the people in other rooms as if they were in yours and the toilets above raining upon you.
The people running it do not speak English but they were nice.
I put a picture of the spider for reference it was Enormous.
The floor of the hotel room was not clean enough to walk around without shoes, and there were beard hairs in the bathroom from the previous guest. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location is very good.
