The room theoretically had enough space, but the layout was poor. There was little closet space, and the wardrobes were missing their keys, making them difficult to open.
The location is okay; the parking lot isn't directly at the hotel but a street away.
Breakfast is basic but fresh.
The exchange rate at the hotel is worse than at a bank.
The staff are friendly, and when the combination of language barriers proved too much, they helped out with gestures and a bit of good-natured ribbing.
The room was substandard, with issues ranging from hair on the mattress to mold.

Everything was fine, except for the breakfast. There wasn't much choice of decent hot food. The tasty salads were sparsely served, like it was a matter of first come, first served.

Great value for money accommodation in the location. We were travelling with an 11 month old and the studio room was ideal for us - spacious enough for a cot and a really big balcony. We were happy. Breakfast was average in a good way, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Just be prepared that the car park is on the other side of the hotel than the entrance, so logistically more difficult for someone with such small children. However, for a limited time you can drive your car right to the entrance.

Good location. The accommodation had an equipped kitchen and a clothes dryer. But cleanliness and service for us below average, breakfast poor, little privacy.

Nice accommodation in Bedrichov, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, restaurant with dinner.

- dirty room - already ugly carpet covered with a lot of dog hair (apparently from different types of dogs). Terrible, even when we had a crawling baby.
- in the bathroom human hair, stink from waste, overall equipment corresponding to the dormitory worth about 500 CZK / night (the same can be said about the total equipment "studio")
- stale towels, some of them torn
- owner (or operating-do not know) when handing the keys well drunk
- breakfast was possible, although once again could not make the apartment cheaper, I evaluate at least fresh bread
