First, the reception is outside the main building. You arrive with luggage and have to walk around just to check in. It feels unorganized and inconvenient from the start.
Second, there are zero facilities. No swimming pool. No gym. Nothing. If you expect even basic amenities, forget it. You pay hotel prices and get less than a budget hostel.
Third, the breakfast is a joke. Very limited choices. Same menu every single day. Five days of eating the exact same food. No variety. No effort. No value for money.
Housekeeping was even worse. We stayed five days. On the third day, we clearly hung the cleaning card on the door. When we came back, they only changed the towels and took out the trash. That is it.

• No proper bathroom cleaning
• Mirror still full of water marks
• Shower not properly cleaned
It felt lazy and careless.
To make it worse, there was no hairdryer. No toiletries. The booking clearly mentioned these items. They were simply not there. And unbelievably, there was not even a kettle in the room. Not even basic hot water for coffee or tea.
This place is overpriced and underdelivers on every level. The service is poor. The facilities are nonexistent. The cleanliness is unacceptable.
Honestly, it is complete bullshit.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Save your money and book somewhere else.
