Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay.
In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations.
The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property
Disliked: Reception and breakfast were located in the Hotel Atlantic, 150 meters away. Breakfast was very crowded, and the selection was poor. On January 1st, the elevator broke down and wasn't repaired before our departure on January 2nd – carrying suitcases down from the 4th floor with mobility issues was unpleasant.
Just look for the golden elephant.
However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient.
You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in.
The morning dining area is also the check-in area.
The overall surrounding environment is okay, but the room cleanliness is a bit lacking.
And the elevator is a bit scary.
