It's a very nice little complex with rooms and small apartments, budget. Very clean and simple. Staff are really lovely and attentive. It's a 10 minute drive into karlsbad. Don't use bolt taxis!

I didn't stay there actually, but my friend did and I went there to rent bicycles, the host there is just an amazing person and you feel very homish there instantly! I would mos def consider staying there in the future for how the host was helpful! Totally recommended

A bit tucked away from the main stream, we loved every minute in there: spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, beautiful property and plenty to do. Wish we could spend more time in there.

I've traveled a lot, lived in many boarding houses and hotels, but this is the tip!
Beautiful, clean and cozy rooms with comfortable beds and a large bathroom.
I highly recommend even to those who are accustomed to and hotel standards.
What I appreciate the most, is the quality of the WiFi, it can be convenient to work and stream the video (in the room). The beds are on both sides of the socket. Finally, somewhere to understand that the cell phone need to charge and have him in range.
Bar with beer and nealkem is open 24/7 and is self-service.
The rich breakfast of the hotel type. Parking inside the premises.
The whole building is beautifully restored and maintained. The picturesque surroundings.
The owner is me, a day devoted to and helped me create itinerary trips around the area.
I consider the guesthouse for a perfect compromise between a hotel and a guest house. Certainly, do not wait completely the anonymity of the hotel and the dinner time is to be agreed, but it is not a amateur family pension.
The only critique I have is the soundproofing of the rooms.

Clean and well equipped rooms, nice view from the windows... Quality service at a good price. Accommodation is suitable also for large groups of people, because they have a downstairs and a well furnished common room :-)

I liked my stay at the pensions very much, and can recommand it.
- I had the best 2 night's sleep for long
- Great location in nature ça 20min from the tcheque ski slopes
- Great breakfast and dinner
- very friendly woman renting the place :-)
- Common room to discuss/play/for kinds to play with table tennis
For non tcheque / German speaker (English only) it might be a bit tricky to get around.
