What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. I especially want to mention Natali at the reception – she is exceptionally caring, attentive, and always ready to assist with genuine kindness. Her warm welcome and professional support made me feel not just like a guest, but truly looked after.
The spa facilities are modern and very relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of choices.
Overall, my experience at Boutique Spa Hotel Aqua Marina was outstanding, and I am very grateful to the wonderful team — especially to Natali. I would definitely love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, care, and a memorable stay.
Unfortunately there was an unidentified sound, which the hotel was not able to fix. It was in another room near us and was so disturbing, we where not able to sleep at 2am :(. Happily an friendly employee was available at that time and gave us a new room for the night :)

I hope the management will pay attention to these issues and take measures to improve the quality of service.
Room is horrible, with a really small and uncomfortable shower, if you are tall, is impossible to take a shower.
Bed is so uncomfortable as well.
Breakfast is a 0. No variety, no quality, they don't care if something is finished.
I've been in "bed and breakfast" with a better breakfast.
In the Spa area one sauna is broken, and the water is cold.
In booking they say parking cost 10€, but here, if you want it, they charge you 20€ per day.
And as you can see in the pictures, they don't clean a lot. Tables, astrays and everything is dirty. The last picture with the huge spider web, is inside the room.
Not a good experience, and I would never come here again.
The room itself was excellent and had good soundproofing, but the television could use an upgrade. As for the food, while it was edible, it didn't quite meet our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. We had difficulty communicating in Czech during dinner, even though we were in Karlovy Vary, and the server didn't seem to make much effort. Communication at the reception was also challenging.
The pool was clean, and the sauna facilities were good, although the steam room was a bit small, accommodating only two people comfortably.
My partner and my experience at this hotel was horrible. The first night we arrived, and we kept up all night by a sensor light with no ability to turn it off, except for a really tiny switch as small as an ant that was hidden underneath a rotating cover which we were only shown the next night. It would blink on for about 10 minutes off for 30 seconds, and then on for another 10 minutes, the entire night. The next morning we wanted to drink the water from all the different fountains as this is one of the popular attractions here, and the receptionist told us that only three were available and to not bother when in fact, all 12 were working.
The steam bath burnt our legs as the steam comes directly onto the back of your legs. The ceiling of our shower was entirely covered in black mould. Our mini bar didn’t work as the fridge was broken, and when we asked for a kettle and teabags to the room they couldnt provide as such. That was only a really cheap soap left in the room. No shower caps, no other amenities. we didn’t even get robes in our room, and when we asked, they said they don’t come with our room, for a spa hotel that’s terrible. The cleaning carts were left out with dirty towels all day and all night in the middle of the corridor.
It’s only saving Grace is that the location is great however, there are so many hotels that have as good location in this region.
Do not stay here.
However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. The rest of the hallway, was doggy and odd. The floor above us was a bird toilet. Inside it was spacious but even when things was new it was bad. The shower with black mold at the bottom with some new silicone put on top.
They should mention that some rooms are in a different class than the 4 stars on the front door. I give it 4 poops out of 5.
