My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Classic hotel with comfortable rooms. We really liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the welcome glass of prosecco or juice on arrival. The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day.

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.

Cleanliness ok, but old wall to wall tapestries on the floors. We had a buffet dinner one evening at the hotel, which was also not very good. The whole hotel bears the stamp of age and seems a little tired. My wife asked for an extra duvet because she was cold, but she didn't get it from the receptionist - she just said no... Considering the price, we can't recommend this place

This hotel is a gem. The location is great, 3-4 min walk to the Colonada. There are so many small shops and cafes. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals to chose from. We loved their food! It’s clear that hotel management keeps a high standard of service.

This is a conveniently located small hotel in Marianske Lazne, walking distance from restaurants, spa and kolonada attractions and trails. They included free dinner and breakfast for our booking. There is also paid parking by the hotel, but you can also use street parking or free parking near the supermarket.

Hello! We had room 304, which was clean and functional. The food was good. Parking was okay with a small car. It's centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The terrace was satisfactory. But we liked the hotel. Thanks.

Value for money hotel.. The rooms are tidy and sufficient.. The spa probably is not the best but it's not the worst either. The breakfast was good.. The location of the hotel is perfect.. The swimming pool is not really a swimming pool.. It is way to small for any kind of activity.. Overall the hotel pleasently surprised me..

The location of the hotel is superb as it's located in a quiet area of Marienbad. We stayed 2 nights, not in a weekend. We had a big room with a nice view over the city. The furniture and carpeting in the room are in moderate condition. The breakfast buffet is perhaps the most extensive buffet we have ever had in a hotel!! Because of the big room and the extensive breakfast it's good value for money

Everything was perfect, a lovely and very clean hotel with an excellent location.

The hotel has potential due to its central location, but overall the stay was underwhelming. The building is very old, and unfortunately, the interior reflects that in ways that are not charming — rather worn and in need of renovation. I appreciate keeping the historic facade, but a refresh inside is urgently needed. The room lacked basic amenities: no water, no tea or coffee available — not even...

Good for 3star hotel but not 4 star I wouldn’t call it 4 star hotel. Max 3sta otherwise it’s ok.

Massage is temporarily not possible, carpet in the bedroom and stairs is very worn, curtains are worn and the curtains at one window could not be closed, good explanation at reception, breakfast reasonably good

I stayed for 3 nights.Breakfast and dinner,access to SPA.Food is good,room was nice with balcony and nice view to the park.I will come back
