My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. We had a coffee and a Strudel outside on the terrace. Service was pleasant, and the Strudel very nice. One comment though: like quite many east European luxury hotels, staff were not trained enough to radiate cheerfulness and helpfulness.

Classic hotel with comfortable rooms. We really liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the welcome glass of prosecco or juice on arrival. The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day.

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.

The location of the hotel is superb as it's located in a quiet area of Marienbad. We stayed 2 nights, not in a weekend. We had a big room with a nice view over the city. The furniture and carpeting in the room are in moderate condition. The breakfast buffet is perhaps the most extensive buffet we have ever had in a hotel!! Cleanliness ok, but old wall to wall tapestries on the floors. We had a buffet dinner one evening at the hotel, which was also not very good. The whole hotel bears the stamp of age and seems a little tired. My wife asked for an extra duvet because she was cold, but she didn't get it from the receptionist - she just said no... The Nove Lazne hotel opens its "cures" to anyone who books up - just go to the entrance to the right of the main fron door that is tited "Balneo" and look at the prices that are clearly posted and book up a session. I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. Lots of smokers right by the front entrance and smoke goes to the guest rooms that are facing park. Nice property, lots of holistic treatment options. Beautiful surroundings. Parking may be an issue despite 5 stars rating. Also, air conditioning wasn't available and room became uncomfortable on the warm days.

We really liked the Ensana Nove Lazne in Mariánské Lázně. It's very centrally located, right next to the colonnades and the spa park. The reception was very friendly, and we were able to communicate in German. We booked half-board. The food was very good, some of it freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This is an iconic old style Spa hotel. Perfect for those who go to enjoy the indulgence of the spa, relaxing, and various treatments. We spent 3 days over Christmas and were very happy. Rooms were large and well maintained. Beds were soft... Food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet and Christmas night buffet which were both plentiful but also great due to the very good choices available...
