The check-in policy is very strict; you can only check in at 3 PM. Parking is a major issue. The first time, I had no idea you couldn't park there, or rather, couldn't even enter. I had no choice but to drive in to unload luggage, and I might even get a fine. The hotel's location, however, is excellent, with easy access everywhere. I stayed on the top floor, but the elevator only went halfway, so I had to carry my luggage the rest of the way.

It was a very clean, spacious room near the square.
There was a refrigerator and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and easy to use.
However, although I stayed in a room on the third floor, the elevator only went up to the second floor, so it was quite narrow to get to the third floor. It was difficult to carry a large suitcase up the stairs.

The hotel is located in the town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is small, with three floors; the elevator goes to the second floor. Breakfast is simple.

I stayed in a room on the third floor. The elevator only went to the second floor, so I had to carry my luggages up the stairs.

We were recently passing through Cesky Krumlov, so I booked us in at the Hotel Kcinuv Dum. It was great!!! We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of options. The location was also convenient — very central to everything in the town. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to relax after a day of sightseeing, this is a fantastic choice. I'd absolutely stay again!

The receptionist had a smile and was very friendly.
My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my suitcase up the stairs.
The room was clean and had a great view.
I'd love to stay here again when I visit Cesky Krumlov.

Absolutely charming and beautiful hotel, especially if you are a history lover. We had two rooms which were very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. The breakfast was very good with a good selection.

Fantastic location and loved the hotel! The history, the ambience, the look, the rooms- all fantastic! . This could have truly been a four-star hotel except for one thing. Terrible service. The maid service and room service was severely lacking. No washcloths or fresh Kleenex. No new towels or enough towels were delivered. No shampoo no conditioner. The beds were barely made. And spiderwebs hanging from ceiling. The rooms were large, well appointed and lovely. The elevator went to the second floor but no accommodations were made to help guests get to the 3rd floor. Front desk wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was nice and included. The last day the breakfast moved to a sister hotel with no notifications. Very strange.
