We recently spent a luxurious week at Tortuga Bay Puntacana resort. It was magical! The grounds were stunning and impeccably maintained, the accommodations were amazing...spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The service was top notch and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive. The spa and golf courses were fantastic as well. We loved every minute of it...

This was one of the loveliest beach properties I have ever stayed and feels like a private island once you are on property. I highly recommend this Tortuga Bay Punta Cana and cannot wait to come back and bring my entire family. The food was amazing and the kids loved the golf cart. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. 5 stars!!!

We had a wonderful time at Tortuga Bay. The property is beautiful and perfectly kept, our accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean, the food is fresh, of high quality and delicious! Just stayed 5 nights at the Tortuga Bay Puntacana Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Very nice resort. Food is good. The steak house is very good. Beach is nice. Entertainment crew is super friendly and very engaging. Spicy, Maria, Jeffery, yarlis, and myrobi, made are stay great and always kept Us entertained pool side. Younger omelette cook with notched eyebrows is the hardest worker I have ever seen and was always so polite to me. On the boom scale I give it 5 big booms💪

Excellent location, staff were super attentive, answered all our questions immediately both before arrival and while staying. The room was stunning, ours came with a little pool which was a lovely touch. All the amenities and little extras made the stay memorable. Plenty of sightseeing near by and restaurants as well as the walking street!

Great room and facilities. Some staff is kind and helpful, but we have had a bad check out experience that left us with a negative experience and we have thus cancelled our return plans for later this month. Good potential but a service of a 3 star hotel.

We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music. This is our second time at Trs in 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The beach is amazing, the rooms are super nice, the food options are great but the service is the best part. Hotel in a large complex right in front of Bavaro beach. The facilities are good, although compared to other hotels I miss an infinity pool. What I liked least was the quality of the food, worse than expected, and the service a bit slow. For several days they did not refill the minibar.

Visited this resort in September 2025, not bad overall, but a lot of things to improve especially in comparison with the others Iberostar selection resorts. They don't have drinking water in the rooms, the rooms are old and dirty, the hotel in general needs renovation.

Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster.

Now the rooms are humid do not drink the filtered water I got extremely sick as well as many others at the resort they gatekeep the water bottles and won’t provide it to you at all!!! The property is nice but a little older than anticipated. It is very well maintained. Staff was very nice and will to help with any situation especially Perla and Migel. Perla was an angel. We would have loved more Dominican dishes and some ginger ale as a soda option.

I would not consider this an English-friendly resort. Most workers do not know any English, this includes service staff and even security officers. This made ordering, checking in, and generally asking for help difficult.
