I got food poisoning and was sick for two days because of it. Housekeeping is simply awful! Whether I left a tip or not, absolutely nothing was cleaned. Instead, the lady helped herself to the drinks in my minibar.

Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests. Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. The hotel layout is perfect for a family vacation, allowing for different ages to enjoy the day together.
