Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. Beach was great till the seaweed came in but that is not the hotel's issue. They did clean it up. Very irritating that people save chairs at the crack of dawn making it next to impossible to get one. Resort should probably enforce the signage that says no reserving....

Food was ok but not the greatest in taste and quality. The beach water was not clear at all.. could not see my feet even in ankle deep water and I was stung by jelly fish and got random rashes my whole visit aswell as upset tummy and diarrhea. Other beaches such as Mexico beach are a lot clearer.. was unable to see any coral reefs or fish from the beach or pier.

Honesty I didnt have big expectations for this resort but it is small and eash to navigate than the Punta Cana big hotels and you really get to know the staff. Had a great time. Food was hot and so much selection. Food being hot at a buffet is crucial and it was great here.

Love the whole resort, everything was up to par with the beach, pool, food. I wish they had more activities and the room's AC was always breaking down and turning off. The AC was at 80-85 the whole time and I had to keep complaining.
