Pools were great, quiet and clean

The staff, ABSOLUTELY all of them, are extremely attentive and kind. I would recommend this resort a thousand times for the exceptional service. From the reception to the waiters and room service

The common areas were clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to everything but far enough from the noise to rest comfortably

Staff was phenomenal I never tipped as much as I did on this trip Armando the front desk staff was amazing he arranged all of my dinners at restaurants and helped with almost everything

The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh and high-quality options

Staff were all very nice. Denny the bell hop, the young fellow who checked us in, Alexa were all especially great and deserve recognition. Overall a great experience.

About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year. Excellent resort for all ages

Beautiful resort, the food was fantastic. Staff were good and friendly but not many had very good English. You can walk on the beach for miles and miles

The beach is beautiful, those bright blue waters that I think everyone wants to see in their life! There are areas in the resort that are louder and more energetic if that's your vibe - for us we wanted to be in quieter areas, and there was space for that

There's a quiet pool for anyone that doesn't want the craziness of the big pool at the front of the resort, and you can walk along the beach and find quiet areas where you can just relax! Everyone is lovely, we have had an amazing time!

The amenities were a major highlight, from the well-kept pools and beach access to the wide variety of food options that catered to different tastes

The only negative for us is that the resort is way too big because it includes several different types of Bahia resorts and the beach water wasn’t as pretty (the beach is far out from Turquesa)

Excellent service, great resort. Clean, good wifi, easy access to whole GBP complex. Buffet food and restaurants could be improved. And smoking should not be permitted poolside.

Bar at the beach was poorly run. An hour wait in line just to get one beer. One slow bartender for a line of 20 people.

Staff were very welcoming hotel and their grounds very clean the transportation around the grounds very convenient. I tried a few restaurants they were very good the activities were fun the shows are very entertaining.

The beach team — Yohan, Youhansey, Elvyn, Lorena, Jeffery, Arhensay, and Nury — created a seamless, relaxed experience each day, while Scooby at the pool brought warmth, attentiveness, and an inviting atmosphere

The staff at the members pool and beach were also top notch—friendly, professional, and always making sure we were comfortable

Same goes to Richard and Jose, who work in the Main Pool Bar, are so great! They were the best bartenders I've met here. Orlando, that works in Market, is so caring for our wellbeing

The employees are all so nice, always ready to serve happily- and in here, I have to say: Scooby (Edward) that works in the Sun Pool, is a incredible person, excepcional charisma

We had a great time at the hotel, lot's of great food (especially at the Legendary's Pool)

The service, room, beach, and drinks were excellent, which I would rate 4. 2/5, and the dinners were outstanding at 4. That said, I have a few suggestions for improvement

Great pool! Beautiful beaches. The snack bar by the pool did not have the best choices and the food was not that good. Same fried food each day.

The bar closed at 11 everyday pools close at 6 and do you research before going it's spread out and unclear what you can do or not to do bars restaurants activity ect

We stayed in villa 15, right in the center of everything, close to the buffets, main areas, and the beach

The noise level is rarely below 60 decibels. I was next door to the gym and the outdoor music started at 6:15 am. Restaurants were between 70 and 80 decibels. Each pool is louder than the last

The beach is packed and there you get not only the resort music but everyone’s personal speaker’s blasting in all directions

Great experience, first time going on a family trip with my two kids, everything worked out great with the hotel. The amenities were great and all staff members were accommodating and helpful.

I had problems with check-in, I waited 1 hour longer than agreed and they gave me the wrong room, I booked a room and they gave me another and they didn't want to change it.

Try the french restaurant, good service and great food. Avoid the Rodizio restaurant , poor service , food just ok. Over all is a great hotel but some of the employees need better training .

Punta Cana is beautiful! The resort is very big and has all that anyone could wish. Beach is fabulous! The food is top notch. Service is fantastic! The rooms are clean

so much better than the last place we stayed (see previous reviews) the beach was excellent only wish there where more huts as you have to get up really early to try and get one

The beach is amazing, it’s in the top 5 best beaches in the world, everyone in the hotel staff works very hard to make your stay pleasant, worry free and enjoyable

The ocean water is not clear, so not the best for snorkeling but our stay was great - good food, good entertainment, good pools and GREAT drinks! While our stay was good overall, Miguel is the reason we will be back! The resort is incredibly lucky to have such an exceptional employee!

This place could have been better since it has amazing beach and the food is quite decent. However all the receptionists were quite cold and rude and they did not respond at all to our requests.

My first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food

We booked a preferred swim-up room at the family pool, which was absolutely perfect for our group with children. The service we received was truly exceptional

Castillo, the bartender at the preferred family pool, went above and beyond every single day. He quickly learned all of our drink orders and always had our favorites ready

The place is not too clean. A bit worn out and the restroom disbaled seating has old rust and the drainage is not attached on the shower. The activities are fun and the food is top notch . Service is amazing too ..

Castillo is by far the best bartender we've ever encountered at a resort! Our butler/concierge Albert was equally amazing. He was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay

It showed signs of poor maintenance, had a damp odor, visible mold in the shower corners, a loose toilet seat, and a leaking sink that required placing a towel on the floor

The changing room doors by the pools are on backwards so everyone can see in but you can't see out. We noticed a downward trend in the RIU hotels in punta cana since we started going there

The room was clean, pool hours were more limited, the equipment in the gym is broken and have been for years. The food was not as good as most other Riu hotels

We have stayed at lots of Riu hotels all around the world because we like the all inclusive service and pools

Aside from the room maintenance issues, everything else was excellent

The usual suspects of pool chair hogs every stinkin day that the resort needs to better address ( There are signs at literally every pool cabana and umbrella to address the issue but obviously the offenders cant read!!) Second issue is reserving the ala carte restaurants

Having access to 4 large and very nice pool areas was great. The room was okay but the room cleaning staff was excellent. The food at the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of options

The ala carte restaurants Asian Fusion and their Rodizio Grill was excellent. The beach area is vast, very walkable, and very pretty with lots of palm trees

There were plenty of chairs with palm umbrellas in the beach area. Now there was a couple issues that I had on this resort

The pools were so much fun! There’s a quiet pool where to read/tan and things like that if that’s more your vibe

(the girls names are harder to remember for me but did just as good!) not only was the entertainment crew awesome but the landscapers, life guards, bartenders, restaurant crew, and lobby workers looked like they loved their jobs and gave us a friendly smile and most of the time said hi to us!

Great place! Everyone is so friendly, the food is good, and there is plenty to do. No one is at the pool right when they open in the morning.

The overall cleanliness is excellent, as is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. However, the staff's service is terrible. Upon arrival, there was no one to help me with my luggage; no one would budge

They have a good amount of activities to keep you at Bay during your stay. The rooms are spotless-clean and you can get an excellent view of the sun setting by taking a 3-minute walk to the beach

Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

The room was nice and spacious with a huge bed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the balcony but I didn't try it. The fridge was restocked every day, including bottled water

The club is very weird, there are 3 almost naked dancers and the music seems to have stopped in time. I was transported back to the early 2000s

Lots of sunbeds at swimming area and beach, beach was just near to swimming pool area. Food was okay, but we understand it as there are lots of tourists to feed. Also we tried other restaurants, they were nice too

Staff everywhere are just amazing. Room cleaned every day, new towels every day. Beach was clean and nice, had some rocks in the water, but not a big deal. Hotel had lots of trip out choices, so we went for 4 trips

We spent in that hotel 10 days. Hotel was great, staff helped suitcases to the room and when checked out took them to lobby area. Hotel itself if nice, staff very friendly

We had a 7-night stay, we were a group of friends, the experience was wonderful, the beach in this area was spectacular, turquoise color and transparent water

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

what a lovely hotel some staff are friendly some are not , especially if you don’t tip !! Tipping is essential here or your holiday will be ruined !! very clean rooms lots of verity of food the restaurants are the best food , make sure you book straight away , but also tip again !! if your English tour definitely second best so just remember that

On our last day she made a special towel deco for the kids. Pedro at Expedia counter desk was always friendly and kind. He was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to family suites for privacy and extra space

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

This resort is only worth visiting for the beach and landscape, otherwise in terms of service, rooms and food it is a complete mess. It is messy, not refurbished, smelly, dirty and overall not taken care of
