Absolutely Amazing, it was beyond what I was expected. Kevin the owner is quite a host, I had to book a 2 bedroom at the last minute from an unexpected situation with another place that I had booked

The area is okay to walk around. There’s plenty tourists around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. I wish I could stay more because the apartment felt like home but I had to continue my trip

This is the best place I have the pleasure to rent. The staff is amazing to say the least. The description of the apartment we rented under valued. 3A is very spacious and clean

The out door patio with 8 person hot is absolutely fabulous. And it actually has a hot water if you want It hot. All the kitchen utensils are uniform and proper

It was a good stay I just had some minor issues,I had to take cold showers ,it's a switch in your room you turn on before using the hot water but mine only got hot 1time,then my lock on my door was not working and I was on the outside trying to get in,maintenance had to come and take the lock outta the door,took about 40min too get in and about the same to put a new one in,they have the good drying...

This place is amazing and my wife and I recommend it to any whi want to stay at a really nice place

Beach with crystal clear waters and white sands. preferred by many for its shallow depth and its food, games and parking services. For those who love photography, they can delight in its sunsets

The restaurant serves an excellent variety of delicious food, also at great value. We stayed for a full week and so took advantage of the proximity of a great supermarket around the corner

Just had the best vacation of my life and this hotel was half of my experience! Located seconds from the ocean, with a beautiful view of ocean from some rooms

The rooms are an excellent value: clean, comfortable, and steps away from the beach. The rooms catch the afternoon breeze. The staff are helpful, even with small needs

30 second walk to the only grocery store in town, 2 minute walk to Scotiabank, and ease of access to any restaurant you wish! Will be back again soon!

The location is prime, beachfront and walking distance to everything in the small town. Even though the beach can be busy with local people on holiday or in the afternoon, it's peaceful and beautiful in the morning

The family owned hotel is nested right on the water, beautiful rustic rooms, super clean and excellent service, they make you feel right at home, the restaurant is on the way but plenty places to eat around

Roku TV in the room! We were able to watch our Netflix and paired our cell phone so we could stream the rugby game. House keeper did a fantastic job cleaning the room. We kept our food in the fridge there

A bonus point is that guests can use the paddle for free and can also book the guided tour to see the coral and mangrove. A pleasant stay and great value for the money

The room amenities are old but functional and clean. The highlight is definitely their staff who are friendly, hardworking, understanding, and helpful

The place is right on the beach, affordable price. It has so much potential, but seems to be dirty, no well take care. AC is controlled by management, nobody at the front desk after 5pm

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was decent. It only need a little bit more of TLC by owners, and definitely 24/7 customer service. They will improve a lot more if they set up a kitchenette in bedrooms

The hotel is a bit deceiving but once inside you're pleased. The best part of my stay was the staff, especially Gisell. She really took care of me and my business partner

I do feel like there could be a better way to communicate when needing something. Each seat had a bottle of water. And for lunch the buttler asked if anyone wanted some soft drinks

I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area

I recommend the restaurant at the property they have brick oven pizza and other good dishes(if you go on the weekend make a reservation) the waiter that take care of us was very knowledgeable of the menu really make me feel at home, after a long day at the beach which is a walkable distance came back to relax by the pool, for my luck he was at the bar good cocktails

My son like it he said “ we have to be back here”

Outside the hotel was a litttle underdeveloped and the walk down to the beach was okay but didn’t feel totally safe as a tourist at night. During the day it's fine though

There are some areas that could be improved as the hotel finishes opening: hallways are noisy with rolling luggage, the bathroom sink/outlet setup is awkward, and the room could use more furniture

The lobby is stunning, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff were consistently friendly, bilingual, and genuinely welcoming

The nightclub’s shared entrance creates crowding during peak hours. Still, the staff, especially Mr. Báez, made my stay exceptional

With a few refinements, this hotel has real potential to become a top choice in Santo Domingo

The hotel was very nice, its not completely open and its missing some details but it was very good

My suite was missing some details like night table with lamp, more lighting in the bathroom mirror, a mirror outside the bathroom, us womens need a mirror☺️. Even with all the details missing it was a good experience

However, when you ask the staff to use the gym, they say it is for the owners only. Why are they posting pictures of the gym if one cannot use it?? False advertising- not good. Other than that, it was a great experience

A fine place with a few hick ups. The property was overall great. The kitchen extractor in my apartment didn’t work. Another issue, they show a very nice gym as available on the property for use by guests

Beautiful property but for a luxury property I would have expected better amenities. No blow dryer in either bathroom ( you had to request). No amenities in the kitchen, not even salt

Resturant food was excellent but very limited. It is suppose to be a combination of hotel and apartment but falls a bit short

Clean, great food, amazing service, a lot of entertainment options, plenty of pool areas… I loved the stool under the pool with a swim up bar

We LOVED this property and hope to stay there again! The ONLY issue we had is with trash/litter … the property itself is very clean but the areas around the property have litter & trash and even some on the beaches and sand areas in front of the property

The room and the architecture was beautiful. There are plenty of places close by to go eat, learn, explore and to support the people. It was the perfect place to get away, go on adventures and celebrate

Even our driver was perfect! The food was great, the staff was so professional, kind & PATIENT. I loved hearing the ocean waves from our cabana each day and just being emersed in nature

Lovingly situated up the hill from Sosua Central. This is a great place to relax and recoup. 10 minute walk to all amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts Luce and Maximus are fantastic and always obliging

We spent 5 days as guests, and returning to El Mirador after each day of experiencing the many activities available in the Puerto Plata/Sosúa/Cabarete area to be greeted at the gate by Zeus, the red and white Collie mix was a pleasure

The Mirador Al mar is the perfect(!) place to relax after a day in Sosua, because of its quite location and its heartwarming hosts Maximo and Luce. The rooms are very spacious and they are beautifully designed

The owners are very welcoming and truly interested in ensuring their guests enjoy the stay. Massimo is an artist with pasta, save at least one night to enjoy his creations

You should definitely try Maximos Mangorisotto, a fusion of Caribbean and Italian cuisine

The hotel is authentic, you must experience!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/poolside was nice with a lil karaoke. The beach is a ten minute walk with shops and tiendas along the way

Cozy hotel which is a 10 minute walk away from the beach. It was recently renovated and you can tell it’s been done with care. Good food and excellent location

Cool with me than everyother places

Property is clean basic rooms if you need a safe place to stay not to expensive then City is a good place. No elevator so walking up the steps is worst then a workout in the gym

I would not recommend for anybody in a wheelchair or have walking problems. Breakfast is basic bread cheese juice boil eggs. Up the street is empanada spot the one with the red cart best one

Also a Mc Donald’s and supermarket around the corner. Area is pretty much safe but I would not walk at night better if you take Uber to where you will have to go

Really good place. quiet and clean. Lady at front desk was very helpful with everything and assisted me with extending my stay with no problem

Its been pretty good can't complain could use a little upkeeping but other than that an ok place.

It was really good, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I stayed all day in the restaurant ant the beach chairs and it was super, the service was excellent the food amazing really good tasting and interesting dinner plates and the restaurant is beautiful and next to the beach and the sunset is simply perfect

The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with lots of seating/sunbathing options. The food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious. The environment is calm, relaxing and their staff is friendly and attentive

Super fun relaxed atmosphere with friendly service and delicious drinks! Had the Rum Punch several times and the Pina Colada was scrumptious. The wait staff was incredible and made us feel so special ❤️

Getting here from Santo Domingo is about a 2 hour drive with a lot of tolls so keep some cash on you when you start the drive over. The food menu at the hotel is huge, you'll have plenty of options

DJ had the moment going so well, I thought i had arrived in heaven, wanted to burn my passport and stay forever. If your in the area, you have to Go and thank me later

Carlos and Irina were both wonderful. The pool area is beautiful, and they have food and drinks and are extremely helpful. Parts of my room were a little run down and the shower wasn’t working properly and no hot water

It's not unbearable but it's there 2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control 3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work That's pretty much it

Outside that, this is an amazing vacation spot. I'll probably be going being despite the issues. Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect for a private place to settle down at night

Nice place to stay, very private and parties are allowed. You can rent all the rooms and take the place for yourself. Very affordable and nice, the people that works there are nice and very amigable. Love it.

The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things: 1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash

This is a cool secluded out of the way hotel. Very beautiful inside with excellent service food and drinks. Rates for rooms I believe around $60 per night so very fair and local to everything

We visited the DR to attend a wedding at a resort. My boyfriend and I didn’t want to visit a foreign country we had never seen, and spend the entire time on a resort, sheltered from the community

Each morning the staff offers a lovely breakfast with 3 options that are tasty, and the breakfast area has a really nice vibe. I could go on and on about how great this place is

Clean quite place to stay. Access to food and shopping. Beach is nearby alone with many other activities. I recommend this apartment and will return.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The living facility was quiet and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get away from big hotels and resorts with tons of people.

We were concerned about transportation to and from wedding events prior to our arrival, but we were informed that Uber was available…and it was VERY affordable and reliable

A modern style hotel, Italian style. The owner is Italian and he brought here a piece of his land. The tiles, the windows, the indoor and outdoor furniture, the Italian cuisine…. it is a piece of Italy in Santo Domingo

The front desk stage was very polite and atrentive to all the needs. The butler was excellent. The waiter outstanding especially the guy at the restaurant called El Barón he was outstanding in his service

My stay was great from the moment of arrival. Leonor ( front desk staff) es la mejor! Beach area was great and close to everything you need. Great place for breakfast steps away from property.

lots of other beach front options with better selection and cheaper. There was quite a bit of construction going on so it was super loud in the mornings at odd hours

The check-in with Leonor was great, she was very nice and friendly with me and my children, made sure we had waters and towels , always smiling and polite

The front desk clerk leonora was wonderful very helpful and the guy who works opposite of her shift so friendly and attentive of your needs
