Breakfast was good, room was good, but did have to exchange for another room due to AC not working.

Staff were all very nice. Denny the bell hop, the young fellow who checked us in, Alexa were all especially great and deserve recognition. Overall a great experience.

My stay was perfect. The staff, ABSOLUTELY all of them, are extremely attentive and kind. I would recommend this resort a thousand times for the exceptional service. Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the food is delicious, and the entertainment was really well done. The staff were generally friendly, although some could be a bit more attentive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this hotel.

The complex is nice and the rooms are comfy. I sent an email with some questions / request a week before arrival and they never replied. This hotel is very large and the reception is adequate! The only downsides are the limited selection at the all-you-can-eat restaurant and the limited availability of the other restaurants; I wasn't able to try them all, which was a shame.
